This is a good store, staff will help you out if you need anything and the selection is big. Pricing is a bit steep though because they sell premium brands mainly, but it's quality. Changed my dogs food to one of there brands and it really improved her coat.

We have two large dogs. One is a mastiff that has lots of allergies. We have been in there twice. BOTH times (months apart) they had teenagers working in there. My husband and I were surprised and delighted at how knowledgeable both of these kids were at finding a solution for my problem. The picture below is probiotics that they gave me to try for a week. I greatly appreciate this company hiring very friendly and knowledgeable staff! This will definitely be our new place. We were given a sample of a healthier food for Pepper. She loves it!😋🐶 I purchased a can of the wet food that accompanies the dry she had tried; she loves it and so does her sister the cat.💜🐶😹 Going today to get more.😋💜 When Pepper goes to the store she knows where her treats are and she especially looks forward to seeing Dominic.

We we’re getting concerned about our beautiful blue nose/ bull mastiff pups fur. They saved us tons of money in unnecessary vet bills and test and synthetic nonsense going through his body. We love this place!!

Went there to wash our labrador. They have a very clean self dog washing station. It was a great price also.They also have a nice selection of pet food, treats and toys. So glad I found this place.

I needed a new type of food for my 13 year old Schnoodle who now has failing kidney disease. The young man at the store right away told me about a raw dog food that would help my dog. My dog is a very picky eater, so I was worried he wouldn’t like it. But I was given several sample pieces of the food that was suggested and fed them to my dog. My dog loves it!!! We also have two other dogs that will also get this new raw food. I was very impressed and thankful for the great customer service I received from Ben’s Barketplace.

We’re new to the area and are adopting two puppies. Sally took an hour of her day to talk with me about everything from raw food to shampoo to toys. At my request, she recommended a great vet in Fair Oaks, and shared insights on spaying/neutering, vaccinating and other hot topics. She also gave me a great magazine (Dogs Naturally) that I’ve read cover-to-cover. She obviously cares deeply about animals, and she’s a wealth of knowledge. Also, the store has a great selection of quality products. I will most certainly be back!

Owner was very knowledgeable and helped us find a new diet/food for our Great Dane who has digestive issues due to Bloat. We were able to get a Raw food and snacks. Our Great Dane is eating the raw food and hasn’t had any issues with transition from kibble food. Prices are reasonable and owner was very informative on how to feed the dogs and amount size. We will return to the store and support a local nearby business

The store is big, clean, and the employees were nice. However, the natural dog food we spent 160 on made my puppy extremely sick! It’s going on two days now and he hasn’t eaten any of the food that has made him so ill but his symptoms haven’t gone away. Now he needs a vet visit. Not happy with the outcome of the food that’s supposed to be all natural!

Great local pet food store! I stopped in here a few weeks ago as I have an adult cat who likes to barf food up on random occasions no matter how many foods I tried. The associate was SO helpful and sent me home with 4 samples. All 4 samples were great for my cats so I stopped back in today to pick up a full bag. Today's associate was helpful, kind, and new information about the products. I love that they have a rewards program and she even carried the food to the car for me. We will be back!

Love this place! Raw diet dog food and plenty of choices to pick from. My dogs love the frozen meat patties. Always get their treats here too! They love the freeze dried bison and duck tidbits. Plus, Ben's has a loyalty program! Score!!!

I'm so glad that I found Ben's Barketplace! I have significantly improved my dog's health. She suffers from several food allergies. The people at Ben's were able to help me change her diet for the better. They are extremely knowledgeable on both cat and dog nutrition. I found cat treats that my cat actually likes! I had begun to think that was an impossible task! I highly recommend Ben's, if you have some special nutritional needs for your animals or just want some good advice and excellent pet products!

They care that your dog gets the best food you can afford. They offer several helpful suggestions like don’t give puppies raw bones until their adult teeth come in as the puppy teeth may break. I drive 45 minutes to get my dog food supplies there.

Undoubtedly the BEST pet food store around. I have been desperately trying to find a dog food that 1) will help support my immune suppressed yellow lab and 2) something he actually wants to eat. I’ve seen Ben’s Barkplace in Lincoln and have always thought it would be an overpriced, hoity-toity store... Yikes, was I incredibly wrong. I went in on a whim, out of desperation, and came out with more knowledge, suggestions, and resources than I’ve received at some vet’s visits. Christina & Chris (aka “Big Time”) were amazingly attentive, inquisitive and knowledgeable, as well as invested in helping me problem solve. The dry kibble I left with was less than $12 and my big fur buddy LOVES it. Absolutely, recommend this store. Thank you for your help in keeping my best buddy healthy from the inside out. ❤️
