I was actually parked in front of the Most Likely Cafe Diner, (that is closed down), having my truck driver break. Cute town, population 99. Watch your speed there; I watched 2 separate vehicles get tickets. It's likely I will travel through Likely again. 😉

It's a great stop if you need some essentials. They have everything Lodge, so, if you're in the market for cast iron skillets, this is your store. They have quite a variety! They have one top shelf that has vintage appliances with cobwebs and all 🤣! It's a must stop when passing through Likely!

Best country store for 100 miles at least. Need a cold beer in the hot high desert? How about some local art or some new cast iron for the kitchen? This place has a little bit of everything and very pleasant employees. Serves as one of the only stores around for the local ranchers. Amazing place :)

The people here are very friendly. This is an old fashioned general store. It is an old building with a lot of character and history. When you go in it takes you back. They have ice and most of the things you need to go into the warners or down the highway. They have gas and diesel . There is a large dirt parking area across the highway that trucks and RVs can easily park in. Make sure and check out down stairs when you stop here.

Absolutely the coolest little general store I've ever seen. Takes a person back 60+ years to a time when it was the center of a very small community get together sitting on the front porch with a cold beer after the crops were done or the cattle brought in, and talking about the days events.

Absolutely perfect old general store, I love this little town and the wonderful people here. Absolutely don't neglect to visit the basement of the store for so many beautiful decor items, cast iron and enamel wear, locally made goods, and more. Also thrift clothing items in the back with coffee and a small seating area. Also offering horse tack, basic fishing tackle, local honey, and products from Stringers wild plum vineyard, among so much more.

I used to live in Likely and the General Store was an awesome place. It was like going back in time almost. The owners, Rod & Carol Weed, were some of the nicest folks you could want to know. Such a wonderful place with everything you might need on your journey through or your stay in the area. And the owners are very nice and welcoming. Walking through the door here is like stepping back in time. They don't make stores like this one anymore. It's a true relic and quite a treasure. Spend some time (and money here). You'll LIKELY be glad you did! 😉

This place reminds me of growing up in my hometown. It really does have a little bit of everything. The woman we met was very friendly and as was her little boy. For being a Podunk town of 99 population, the prices were more than fair. Stop by and say "hi" and get an idea of what a general store really is.

Ok. What a jem. If your in need of "Lodge" cast iron, then stop here. They had the best selection I've ever seen in my travels. They also have a gas pump.(when in need)

Carol the owner has done a wonderful job atStocking the store. Even though we are 110%Rural in likely..home to the biggest Cattle Ranches.We have a real general store ! Stop by and fill up on what you need......prices are resonable.I do 90 % of my shopping at LIKELY GENERAL STORE. ENJOY.PS. I work in the Saloon next door.Nomad life. Last year Camp host. Arrived here running on vapor in my Gas tank as the last sign just past Susanville, CA read next gas 70 miles! This is the first place to offer Gas in more then 80 miles and what a Charming place it is. Serving local Ranchers, it offers basic produce which the owner brings in from Burns OR. This is a real time capsule worth stopping for and checking out!

Do not stop. Do not pass go. If you want to stay healthy don't stop here. it used to be a good plave to stop and eat...mmaybe 8 years ago but now the owner is very ill and can't keep tabs on the workers. Even the locals don't come here any more.
