My chihuahua is 20 years old. The Dog House ladies treat him like one of their own. Their sensitivity and tenderness towards him warm my heart. Shadow loves the experience and he comes home with shorter nails, clean ears and smelling wonderful!

The groomer Yvonne knew how to calm my very excited dog down and get the job done unlike other grooming places in the area. My pup was groomed very well for a great price! Will recommend to a friend 5\5 experience!

Took my 10 year old Border Collie to get her nails trimmed. Walked in (no appointment) and they did a quick professional job at a decent price. Recommended. Also nice to supporta local business.

Total Shock! I dropped my dog off to be be groomed. When I picked her up, I discovered they had shaved her COMPLETELY BALD!! Without my knowledge or permission!! 😓When I finally found my voice to stammer out to the “co-owner” how stunned I was, the other co-owner came running out the door (as if she had been anticipating my reaction ) and tried to defend what they had done, claiming they had “no choice”. What?!?I had taken her to a different groomers recently, and that groomer was able to get my pom’s beautiful long red hair groomed, combed out, and fluffed up without having to shave her completely bald. So I’m not too sure where that “reasoning” came from…Bottom line: you don’t shave someone’s dog bald without asking them first. If they had asked me first, I never would have agreed; if I had had any idea they were shaving her bald, I wouldn’t have been so shocked when I picked her up. I guess that’s why they made me pay first before I saw her. I even left a sizable tip because I was expecting them to do a good job.I called the shop a little later to say that in the future, if they could ask ahead of time before doing something like that, it would be very helpful. My little dog already gets cold easily, even in the summer time and with her long fur. The owner became extremely rude; Apparently she has no remorse for what she did to my dog physically and to me emotionally. I guess I didn’t need to make that phone call after all. There will not be a next time, as I will not be returning there.

💜I love these Groomers!! I would highly recommend taking your fur baby to them! I have a shihtzu and she is not easy to groom, mainly because she is very spoiled and braty! Jasmine is very professional and communicates very well

This is undoubtedly the worse place I've ever had my dogs bathed and groomed. I asked for half off and the groomer chopped almost all their hair off. Neither dog had been bathed. My poor little dogs look looked awful. Not to mention the the price. Whee...high.

Amazing and worth the drive. Took my cocker spaniel, hound mix and cat and was done in three hours and was 130 all washed, flea bath and teeth brush and cocker groomed.

First time I went there had a great experience dogs were well groomed no complaints on the grooming, But ........The next time I tried to make an appointment, I called to find out availability and was given an attitude and told they were booked for over a week, Ok no worries, So I called back a couple weeks later to make a appointment and they called me back a day later and we made an appointment for 12:00pm for two days later, Great, So the day before the appointment I get a text for confirmation, I confirmed, So the day of, I was running late and texted them to let them know I was running late by 15 min. It read running late be there in 5 min, So I got there at 12:16pm I call and I say I'm here with the dogs nicely, And the reply with an attitude was "you were over 15min late and we'll have to put you back in the schedule", I reply "wow for being a small local Leona business, You should be more flexible"(I was raising my voice due to the AC on in my truck in 90° weather) She replys "You don't have to raise your voice sir", I reply "Sorry, My AC is on and it's 90° degrees" she replys "You were late and we normally cancel appointments more than 15min late, And I was going to drop what I'm doing to come out and get your dogs" I then tell her "I don't have to use your service, Don't do me any favors, She then replies, "You are banned from using our service" "I replied, Good I'm never using you again, You suck!" She replies "Don't threaten me, " Don't ever come here again" I replied "No Prob, I never will!" She replies (again with a attitude, Well YOU have a nice DAY!, I replied " "You too!", All I can say is that was a horrible way to deal with both a new neighbor and new customer really???? I admit I was late, Totally my own fault, And sorry if I wasn't 100% ontime, But in my defense, This is not the first time living in a small community, And my past experiences in all my years, Have always been good, Usually a local business will go out of their way to be helpful and courteous, 15min has never been an issue, Whether it was me as a customer late or the groomer late on finishing the job etc, It goes both ways, So sorry I didn't humble to their attitude about punctuality, But I'm busy too, Or I wouldn't even be using a groomer in the first place, That being said I'm not sure why this was such a big deal, Understandably everybody does there thing different so I guess it just depends on the situation, Noted that they generally have good reviews, I hate having to give a bad one, But maybe they'll learn to appreciate the business and not act like their so important in comparison, I think whats more important than keeping the schedule is keeping your customers feeling comfortable with your customer service, Especially when making appointments and making last minute adjustments, It's just good practice and proper customer service, Smh
