So all the employees are very nice their drive thru needs help. Bring a long novel, homework, a snack or main meal, YouTube videos, a blanket for a nap or you will be very bored waiting. You finally pull up to the window and no one is there. Where did they go and why?? This is not satisfactory! Get it fixed like other Walgreens!

every single time I go there, there is a girl with long Burnet hair that is always on her phone. like she'll make you wait in line while she's texts. it takes her 5 minutes to acknowledge you. then when you finally manage to be helped she just sits and texts on her phone the entire transaction. the last time I was there, there was a man clearly dressed in walgreens clothes, and when I asked for help, he said he didn't work there and then walked to the backroom DRESSED IN HIS WORK CLOTHES. these people are clearly lazy and untrained. they don't care to help you and will ignore you or lie to get out of doing their job. absolutely hate how rude everyone is. there used to be a sweet old lady that worked here and she was the one redeeming person. these kids just don't care.

Do not bother making vaccination appointments. The Lemoore Pharmacist takes walk ins through your prescheduled appointment. If you are lucky, he’ll tell you “Come back in an hour after I’ve had lunch”. Walgreens Pharmacy has total disrespect for your time. They do not care if you made an appointment, arranged to make the most use of your work day and drove twenty miles.

Pharmacy is unorganized abd needs serious help. Being forced to go there now due to savemart shutting their pharmacies down and sold to walgreens. The staff is super slow and moves at a snails pace. They knew they were getting 1000's of new customers and did not prepare ahead of time.

Since Walgreens has bought Save Mart pharmacy it has gone to the dogs as they have ruined it completely. The employees are very unprofessional and rude. They don't like to answer their phones, they don't like to answer questions and they don't like to work. They need to work on their communication skills because it is lagging big time.

WORST PHARMACY EVER. I had a prescription sent over that was time sensitive and someone lied to me saying it was discontinued. A few days later, no call, and all of a sudden it’s ready for pickup. Not only would it have saved me money but also time. Never going here again. Took an hour to get through to them over the phone. Not surprised by the other reviews. The staff doesn’t know what they’re doing.

Called for my mom's prescription refill, there was a misunderstanding about the walgreens location we wanted to pick up the prescription from. I was very polite but the staff, Neil (I asked for his name) was rude and gave us an attitude, even hang up on us instead of explaining things clearly. I can't believe people like him work on customer service. It was really bad experience, very upsetting.

Beware of the rude tech named Jennifer at Lemoore pharmacy. She had the worst attitude after i questioned that my rx’s weren’t ready, the pharmacist had just spoke with me on the phone 5 minutes prior saying they were. She was rude and shouldn’t be working in customer service. Also after our encounter, she was gossiping about my personal information with friends that do not work with her, which is a hipaa violation. She’s a bad apple.

This is one of the worst pharmacies I've never been to. Even action by the district manager and the investigative team of blue shield could not correct the mistakes of this pharmacy. On at least 5 occasion's the pharmacist interfered with my health care. They are unprofessional they are incompetent and rude. It is quite a shame considering they have a good store manager. According to the store manager the pharmacist in charge would leave mid day and not perform her duties as expected. It is in my informed opinion that anyone trying to receive quality health care avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

If I could give a 0 I would! I was in Hanford for a year and then Lemoore for the pas 8 months. Hanford NEVER had my prescriptions ready when the text said they were ready. When I moved to Lemoore I called the LEMOORE Pharmacy to refill my prescriptions at the time needed. They wouldn’t because they were filled in Hanford. Only they weren’t! I’ve been telling Hanford not to fill my prescriptions since April! They still do it every month with a “I’m sorry we will take it off and you can get it in Lemoore” every month! Seriously it is not rocket science. They are on the same computer program! They are slower than my great grandmother at filling prescriptions. When I went today to pick up 3 meds that I had a text for I was told they didn’t have any for me! I need those meds today. I was told they would try to get them done. According to my text they were READY! Why have the automated text if it’s not correct? Unfortunately there is not a decent pharmacy in Lemoore! Tired of this bs!

The pharmacy staff is rude, lazy, and has absolutely no concept of customer service or courtesy. This pharmacy allows you to turn in a prescription but dies not check to see if they even have it until hours later. Then they call to suggest you pick it up and take it to the Hanford store without telling you they can transfer it for you. Recently, after being released from the hospital I sent prescriptions to them to be filled. The gal told my friend 30 minutes. When she went back in 30 minutes she was told my husband had picked them up, but I don't have a husband. When I sent a second person to get them he was told they didn't have any prescriptions for me. I called the Hanford store and was told that they couldn't be transferred because of the type of medication involved. I needed that medication but could not get it until the next day. I had called and spoken to the store manager and requested a call the next morning from the pharmacy staff but never got it. When my person went to get the medications they were rude to him. Any time I call to complain they accuse me of yelling and hang up on me but I'm not yelling as I am too ill to yell.. The supervising pharmacist is Tom Buford who was the owner of Leonie's in Lemoore before Walgreen's opened. He is in Walgreen's once a week on Wednesday's. I'm going to make it a point to let Mr. Buford know what a rude, uncaring staff he has in his store and strongly suggest he look into some serious staff changes. From now on I'll do business with the Hanford Walgreen's.

I have never had anyone be rude or unprofessional to me or anyone in front of me so reading some of these posts you need to be aware that maybe the customer is to blame. I am always greeted as soon as I walk in if there is anyone at the front register, They are a clean store and usually I can get what I need,yes they are a bit more pricey, hence the word convenience in convenient store. you're paying for convenience of them having an item that may not be stocked somewhere else. No complaints here.

HORRIBLE! Go somewhere else before your prescriptions get stuck there and no way to get ahold of staff. Been on hold for over an 1.5 to see why my order is still pending from 4 days ago. Would drive over but every time I do I only get partial fills only to have to keep going back! Switching to another pharmacy ASAP!

One of the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to. Save yourself the time and drive to the Hanford location.Dropped off a prescription that I’ve had refilled multiple times at multiple Walgreens. It has never taken more than 20 minutes to fill because it is a common medication. At this location, they told me it would take over 3 hours to fill. When asked why, the staff was rude. When it was explained that it has never taken this long at other locations, I was told “this is not other Walgreens”.When I returned to pick up the medication, I had to wait again for the pharmacist to get off the phone (another 10 minutes)to question why I was picking up medicine for my immobile wife-once again, never had this issue in the 3 other times I had this medication filled at other Walgreens locations.In summary, rude staff, slow. Avoid if you can and go to the Hanford location.

I use to go to Rite Aid in Lemoore but there service started going down hill. I would call in a prescription and then wait for a few days so it would be ready, would get there and it still wasn't ready. After numerous times of this I transferred my families prescripts to WALGREENS in LEMOORE. They were very good for a few years but not any longer. They are now doing exactly what Rite Aid use to do. When calling into WALGREENS pharmacy, you wait on hold for a good amount of time, only for them to pick up and then hang up on you. When calling to speak to the store manager, I was first told he was on break then put on hold then was told by someone else he was on a conference call. Will be looking to move prescripts somewhere else.

Worst photo lab. Dropped of 35mm film, it did not arrive when promised. Went to pick up 2 times it was not there. When I called the prints were hard for photo clerk to find. When the prints were finally available for pick up, I opened and the quality of the photo paper was horrific! Flimsy and the pictures weren’t even placed on the paper correctly. Horrible and never again.

Every single time I try to call the Lemoore or Hanford pharmacy I can never get through to anyone. I have been trying to get a prescription switch over to them for weeks now and no one will answer. They definitely lost a customer.
