I stop by this gas station to full fill my car tank, I went inside the store to buy coffee and I ask the cashier if I could use the bathroom, she didn't even let me finish and she said outside and pointing outside, she was verry rude, not polite at all and I would never recommend to anyone to stop at this gas station!!! Very disappointed.

Great place for gas at a low price and food for the road is great here, both hot and cold food. The only star missing is for the restroom are way below acceptable. Clean the restrooms, please

I always go to Am/pm because they're always clean and they have a huge variety fountain drinks and for a cheap price. Hot deli is ok...I don't why but this Am/Pm had Marlboro cigarettes under $10.00

Almost don't want to share this secret gem slightly off the beaten trail. The stars are only for the gas prices and convenience. The town itself has all the charm and ambience of a cement mine.

Easy stop off the highway. Clean and organized per CA standards as is service.While using the bathroom I couldn't help notice. Another CA display. ...🤭Without knowing if this is a cry for help mentally or physically what do you think it says? Also how much time did this person spend in this bathroom since it's carved pretty deeply into that toilet? Did anyone notice someone 🤔 in the bathroom for an extended period? 🤔

My coworker and I stop in there a couple times a week for drinks and snack foods and to use the clean and spacious restrooms they have. It's a truck stop so they have a few more amenities than your average convenience store. There is also a Wendy's inside the building also.

I found stepping on the frozen ice outside more of a pleasant experience than this gas station. The man at the register did not care about anything and the bathroom was a mess.

I really like this gas station as it is the lowest in the area, I wouldn't recommend pumping at the grapevine or Gorman as it is more expensive, this arco is usually cheaper. And yes they do have a bathroom on the side of the building.

This is consistently the lowest priced gas before dropping down into the Valley on the northbound 5. My only complaint is that the men's room is consistently in disrepair.

Their cold coffee in three different flavors is the best. I enjoyed it all the way home.The cashier was courteous and allowed me to check the flvor before buying my coffee drink. I ended up mixing two flavors in my coffee cup and it was the best tasting coffee.I would higly recommend their cold coffee.

Stopped here when I was passing through. Decent little shop. Has some good variety if you need some snacks for the road. I personally got the $1 ICEE which is a pretty good deal. Pretty good gas prices considering that Cali prices are always higher. Bathrooms are a bit dirty, but that's pretty typical for gas stations.

The gas is reasonable but across the street it's the same price for cash. The restrooms are terrible- the men's room has 2 urinals that are both broken right now. There is graffiti in the restroom. No paper towels.The lady at the desk is pleasant and friendly.

I stopped by to get coffee and ice on the way to go hunting. It's convenient, since it very close to the Morel 6 me and buddies stayed (check my review). The coffee was good, but they had no food prepared and the gal working the cashier was a total flat liner LOL!! Anyway, it 3 stars...

The gas tanks are under construction but the store is open.2 small bottles of water cost me $5.75I could have bought a case of water someplace else.So they are making up by over charging for water and snacks.I get the same water at the Flying J 2 bottles for $2 dollars...I won't be going to Arco again.

I have never experienced such blaringly loud music at a gas station. It hurt my and my husband's ears. I come to a gas station for gas, not deafening music. Will chose to pay more to avoid this place in the future.

Place is alway busy but gas is cheap here you can fill your tank for your money worth. I recommend to come here. Am pm is clean and great service. Friendly staff here.

I HIGHLY ADVISE NO ONE GET GAS AT THIS GAS STATION. ESPECIALLY, IF YOU ARE ON A ROAD TRIP TO LA LIKE WE WERE WERE.WE FOUND AN OILY CONTAMINANT IN THE GAS WE GOT AT THIS STATION ON 6/24/18.ALSO, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY REPUGNANT.After getting gas, our car was spewing thick white smoke from the back as soon as we got onto the on-ramp. The car was too unsafe, so we had it towed from Lebec to a toyota dealership in LA.At the dealership, they immediately found that the fuel had been contaminated. The technician had to basically take out the tank, drain it , and purge the lines. And that wasn’t the end of our car problems. After draining the tank, they found that the catalytic converter was busted. And they said it was probable that it happened as a direct result of the contaminated fuel.WE LOST OVER $1200 BECAUSE OF THIS. We had to pay to stay at a hotel an extra night in LA and pay for Ubers/Lyft because of repairs. And keep in mind we were on vacation. Last Tuesday, We spent most of the day (that was supposed to be part of nice and relaxing vacation) sitting in a lobby surrounded by all our luggage because we had no where else to go.Oh, and I almost forgot to mention, the greatest irony in all this is that I got PREMIUM. PREMIUM!When the dealership first found the contaminated fuel, they initially said it was diesel because it’s a very common contaminant. But it was only later after we called to report it to arco, did they find out it was some type of oil after some simple tests. That was their mistake, but it didn’t change the fact that something was wrong with the gas we got.I mention this because when we first called this ARCO to tell them something was wrong, the man who picked up started yelling at us. Saying things along the line of “YOU’RE LYING! YOU’RE WRONG! THAT’S IMPOSSIBLE!” over and over again.We had no choice but to hang up and call corporate. And after explaining everything to the customer service rep including the costly repairs, they haven’t even refunded as much as the cost of the gas yet.Then, an hour or two later we get a call from a woman that was either this station’s owner or manager. She tells us they are inconvenienced because of our complaint. That they had to shut down the pumps and take them apart to analyze them. And she also insists that we must of gotten that gas somewhere else.Okay, first of all she’s telling us how inconvenienced she is when we were pretty much stranded in LA. Far away from from family or friends that could help. I was crying and worried and so was our entire family.Second, I have so much documentation that there was no way I could have gotten this contaminated fuel anywhere else. I have a bank statement that says I got gas at a Sacramento Arco and then the Lebec Arco and the transactions are right next to each other. I have dash cam footage that shows me pulling into the station and getting gas at pump 3.Anyway, the day after we talk to that women, we get a call from another woman that seems to be the GM or district manager. She basically said she would be handling our case. She exchanged e-mail and contact information with us. However, when when we sent a list of evidence that we had that the gas was contaminated there was no reply. It’s been about 5 days since we sent that email.Arco was very responsive at first, but it really seems like now that we actually have a case against them they’re ignoring us.

No seat covers, no toilet paper, no paper towels no soap, and dirty toilet seat allscratched up with graffiti. I’d rather use an outhouse than these bathrooms.
