The customer service is not great. If an item is locked don’t count on those buttons because no one is coming. Go find someone. The checkout line is a mess. They are unorganized. Before they only had ppl do self checkout unless you had alcohol but now that it’s 10 items or less for self checkout it’s chaos. You can tell they don’t know what they’re doing. I only do car pick up and it was a better experience but they hired a girl who is always doing pickups and she is so rude and has no customer service skills. They just keep getting worse. They really need to look into who is managing this store because someone is not doing their job.

I came to ask about their car seat trade in event, and if they were doing it at this location. When an employee went to go ask the manager about it because none of them knew what was going on. The manager responded very rudely and negatively to the employee which I could hear. I personally was a store manager and I would never talk to my employees the way that she did. This is now the third time I’ve had some type of incident at the store with rude managers or rude employees. I personally will not be shopping here due to the lack of customer service.

Everything in the store is locked up. And I understand that, but to get help to get a product takes forever. I was not able to get assistance for anything I wanted. And everyone I asked just said they’ll call someone but no one ever came. The store needs to hire more people. I understand they get overwhelmed. So it’s not on the workers. They just need more people

Nice selection. Difficulty retrieving items that are locked up but I don't hold that against the store as they have to protect their assets from thieves. Quick check out. Nice customer service personnel.

Not the best target it's next to a local h.s so everything is locked up due to a high theft rate from local students, but its close enough to grab a few basic supplies. The isles are blocked if you go at inventory time and sometimes homeless people take up alot of time in that bathroom. Sometimes it's irritating to go to but just know these minor details beforehand

Essentially a mini Target with a little bit of everything a full sized target would have. It's definitely smaller than the average Target; Upside: it's easy to navigate, Downside: limited product. However, they have all the basics covered from the fresh market, to CVS pharmacy, and of course, a Starbucks. Check out can get hectic during peak times due to less checkout stands but the same can be said of a regular Target: more product, more people, more check out stands, peak times will always be busy. I recommend checking the Target App to see if your product is available at this location before venturing out.

Targets with this type of set up (locked bathroom code and overly secured) detract from the normal target experience. I usually use targets as pit stops when on a long trip for a bathroom break and a snack but this target had really gross bathrooms and was trashy all around. Might as well be a Walmart 🤢

almost every isle was blocked by boxes. very inconvenient, couldn't even get the cart thru most isles. its a good store. great location....but shouldn't block the isles making it difficult to shop. and no one was "stocking shelves " so that made my first shopping experience at this target not so great.

Small Target and Customer Service lacks attentiveness. Went in on a week night and wanted to get something out of the case as a lot of "high theft" items are locked up, which makes sense. What didn't make sense is that it is very difficult to get assistance and when you finally track down an employee pretending not to see you, they don't have a key to the case. On a recent visit, I waiting for 15 to 20 minutes and was told "let me get someone" about four times, which was followed by them saying something into their walkie talkie and then nothing... eventually someone came.

If you proceed to shop at this tiny Target after reading these reviews, whatever experience you get is your fault. Don’t get upset when you have to wait in line (look up patience), or when your item that you can probably do without is out of stock, or when the workers don’t have time for your entitlement. Get off your high horse and shop somewhere else. If not, whatever happens, happens.

This target is terrible comma all of the workers are so lazy. Nobody will help you with anything. I had my cart half unloaded on a check out line, And the girl at the register told me to use self ceck out instead and put myself back in my cart

This experience made me not want to shop at any Target at all in the future. Let's face it they want us to scan our own items and bag them. This is the story for the last 6 years. Today I waited in line and they refused to bag my items because I did not have an alcohol item. I have many options to buy my items elsewhere. I rather shop where I get better customer service and the associate was not courteous at all. She helped the person after me while my 7 items were already on the belt. You bet I did not buy anything today at Target.

This target is a mess!!!!! It's the closest one to my house, but the Redondo beach location is light years better. I've gone there for years and I've never encountered a problem. Im not paying for incompetence. I came in today 5/29/23 @5:11pm and encountered Jonathan "Mr. Mvp" and I think someone forgot to tell him he works on customer service. I said "hi" and he just stared at me and couldn't fix his mouth to say "how can I help you". And continued to stare like "what do you want".(Review from Months prior) Stop following people around as if everyone is there to commit theft. I love to shop and I love taking my time to shop; it's very relaxing. I also like to read labels to ensure the ingredients are up to par. Every time I visit this location, there is someone following me as if I'm there to commit theft. I notice that out of nowhere, an employee would show up with a cart on my aisle. One time, I was in the feminine care aisle, and three different employees came at different times. I WAS LIVID!! I called the store and spoke to a female African American manager who assured me that she'd talk to her employees about that. Apparently, nothing has been done because i just read a review about the same complaint. I work. I make a decent living, and I can definitely afford the items at Target. And if i can't, I'll stay home.

Pretty much everything in this Target is locked in the cabinets. I came here for one item and couldn’t find it, even with the app. You’re better off going a bit further down the road to the Redondo Beach Target.

I was followed through the store when I didn’t even have a large purse with me. Kept feeling watched and couldn’t shop comfortably. When I was directing my way towards the register the “undercover” security ran towards their office/camera room. Never shopping here again. Some people actually have money to purchase anything they’d like, they should train them better.

I like this place since its closer to my house and I can find stuff that i need for my school and stuff. The Starbucks there is really good, The line is kinda long but i personally think they need to hire more Staff since its understaffed and barely any of the lanes are open even tho i normally use Self-checkout. It’s really really organized and the stuff there are is really favorable. The staff even gives you bags if you ask, they would ask you if you need a bag while you pay at self checkout. The people at the Starbucks are very kind and they also spell the names suitably and they make your drink very quick. The lines at the Starbucks are short and sometimes long but the lines and swift. I like how quiet it is there at target its very calming and pleasant.

Is a small store. They usually don't have items in sick that I've bought there before. Most employees are good, some not. There's never anyone around when you need help. Have to track someone down. Their excuse for not having items in stock, 'well, is a small store.?? If I've bought an item there they should keep carrying that item so I can buy it again. Usually in beauty supplies area.

Walked into this Target store to grab something from Starbucks and I was told that they are closing early. I asked what time do they close, she said they closed at 8pm however it was only 7:45. I still asked why cant you take our order, it is not past 8. The male employee replied " we are short staffed" mind you, there was no one in line. it was just me trying to buy a drink which wouldn't had taken so much time since they where "short staffed" i walked away and could hear them giggling amongst each other, very unprofessional and rude. I wonder how many sales they lost due to wanting to close early.

First of all this particular is not a huge target but still bigger than there small neighborhood stores.My main problem is I spent 45 min picking out items I needed, full cart.When I got up to the cashiers there was 1 cashier counting a drawer. I asked if there was someone who could check me out, she said no flatly. "Only self check out"I just had way to much stuff for self check out. When I asked the manager a costomer service her response was the same. Then the security guard tried to tell me they were a "small" store. Target is a multi billion dollar corporation, they can afford to have 1 cashier on at all times.Anyway aperantly this location has no cashiers in the am.If I'm gonna spend 200 I'd like some courtesy and some help checking out otherwise I'll just have the stuff delivered ,to my door,without me having to do sh☆t.

I'm giving it two stars because it's a target, it's clean and neat, it has easy parking. But I'm not giving it any more than two because it's 6:20 on a Saturday evening.... Not some random time, and there were no checkers. You had to use self check. I am tired of being forced to provide my own customer service for the same prices. I'm tired of places that have one check line or two check lines open at the busiest times of day so you wait over 25 minutes.... Or you provide your own customer service. But this is even worse. There just were no open check lines and you had to do self check. Target is an incredibly profitable corporation and there's no excuse for not paying some freaking employees to provide customer service.

1.In the returns area there were two associates one behind the counter one in front. As I sat my bag down , without speaking the associate pointed to the other check out to motion me to go where there was no one on the register to help.2.Second incident I walk into the return area and the associate is at the register on her phone. As I walk towards her , she takes the phone and walks away leaving me there. Two new associates walk up and begin to ring each other up . As I’m standing there they finally asked if I was being helped, I said no and one of them rung me up3. Last night I ran in for 3 items .I got into the self checkout line and waited my turn . I walked up to the register scanned 2 of the 3 items and the associate walks up and ends my transaction turns the register off and asks me to step back in line to wait for another register to become available.So I wait rescan my 3 items and leave .I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS TARGET. They collectively do not have common curtesy

Management needs to be more involved when it comes to returns. Management was telling associate that I cannot return a defective item because I had wrote on it plus I didn't have the box. Then on top of that the Management told associate that they couldn't talk to me because they was too busy over the radio.

I went to purchase an SD card for my Nintendo 3DS and headed to the electronic station and there Mr. Jeff the manager was so helpful and told me some very informative information on what I can and cannot do. He even told me of his own personal experience with the Nintendo 3DS. He is a great and helpful manager!!!!!!

Pick your Target store but they're Lego selection was not very large and they needed to have a $10 purchase off of $50 to match of the prices so we ended up getting the Lego at Barnes & Noble

Worst customer service ever!This young man was so unprofessional and rude when he told me to move because I was in the way of the self checkout line,I had a question for the cashier which is why I wanted to checkout with the cashier. Mind you there are no markings on the floor or signs indicating which line is for self checkout and cashier line. This is clearly confusing for other customers as well.So I assumed there was one single line for all customers.While waiting in the cashier line to pay, I maintained my social distance from customers and employees to walk by and also let the previous customer pay, given that this target is small and we are still in a pandemic. These two females cut in front of us and I confront them telling them we are in line, when one of them rudely replies, "it doesn't look like it."This almost caused me to start an altercation with these two females due to this confusion. And trust me I'm not one to start drama over this but I will stand my ground.Get it together and train your employees to be more professional. Worst experience ever. Not coming back to this target.Clearly they DON'T care for the safety of their customers because although there are signs indicating to wear masks they don't enforce it as well as social distancing amongst customers.
