They don’t answer your calls and after waiting and waiting, then the phone hangs up. I do not recommend this pharmacy. If they can’t do the simple things, imagine tasks that are more challenging.

This review is for the pharmacy. I can understand if you’re out of stock of meds which this pharmacy usually is. But my recent experience was horrible the pharmacist rep got caught LYING. They told me my meds were not ready when I got a text it was ready and there was confusion with the instructions the doctor gave. She then said we called the doctor and left a message you will have to come back to pick it up when we hear back from the doctor. Excuse me then why did I get a text saying it was ready?! I decided to not leave and call the doctor myself. I get a hold of my doctor and they said the pharmacist never called or left a message! I then said “my doctor said there’s no record of the pharmacist call.” She then changed her answer and said “we’re working on it” I then said “but didn’t you say you called them?” She completely ignored me when I asked! I would not trust the girls that work here! They seem deceiving and were caught lying to their customers!

This Walgreens is very close to where I live. Unfortunately they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are short staffed and they almost never have our prescriptions in stock. And when they do they do not have the full quantity. If I could I would give them 0.0 (zero) stars.

Pharmacy is the worst. Horrible with wait times. Orders take forever to be filled. Workers lack social skills and are lazy. No work ethic at all. NO urgency at all.

Pharmacy there is the slowest I've ever been to took over an HR after they claimed it was ready. Couldn't even get Halloween stuff as they packed it up before Halloween Eve. That is one of the absolute worst pharmacies I've ever been to. If you have any other options use them this place almost prides itself on its incompetence.

They take pride in making sure you can't get the medication you need. Staff doesn't communicate with each other and you'll have to call them 8 incredibly long times OVER THE SPAN OF A WEEK before they flat out refuse to fill your prescription. THEY DO NOT CARE.I talked with one guy (who was either in charge or should have been) that tried to work with me and said they could fill it. I'm sure they could have if they COMMUNICATED with each other. I'm going to throw up.The rest of the staff are Karens that don't care if you're trying to get the help you need, they just enjoy saying you can't get it because it makes them feel important. Sociopathic.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! THEY ARE VERY RACIST AND RUDE TO CUSTOMERS. VERY POORLY TRAINED AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I AM A REGULAR PAYING CUSTOMER AND BECAUSE OF MY SKIN COLOR I WAS TREATED POORLY. THE MANAGER WITH THE PINK NAILS WITH THE NAME GARTH WAS VERY RUDE AND TOLD ME TO SHOP ELSEWHERE AFTER I ASKED TO PAY MY RENT. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AND RECOMMEND THAT YOU DONT EITHER. Walgreens Pharmacies are always slow, but this one may be the worst. Called and Verified that my Prescription was received at 10am, it still was not filled at 5pm. Went to the store to check and they said they were still working on it, said it should be done before the end of the day. Do NOT go there if you need your meds in a reasonable time.

This is a NEGATIVE STAR review!! My husband was hurt and at doctor yesterday morning...given 3 prescriptions!! Drove to this pharmacy yesterday told they'd "now put them in line!!" That was at NOON!! Got text this morning at 10:29 saying "ready for pick up!!" Got there around 12:45 and ONLY ONE READY!! THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!! DON'T USE THIS PHARMACY!! Savemart around the corner is so much friendlier and quicker!!

The pharmacy absolutely needs more assistance ASAP!! The pharmacy was closed all day on Sunday and today they closed unexpectedly AGAIN and wasn’t going to open until 3:30pm if it even opened! I have been waiting since Friday for my medication and I don’t want to keep driving back and forth on a daily basis!! Terrible set up there. When the pharmacy IS open - the customer service provided there is great. Currently I am very unhappy and very disenchanted with this pharmacy - the way that it just freely closes and customers like me need our medication and have to wait.

Worst customer service I experienced. I ordered a refill of my prescription Tuesday, July 5th and I was told it will be ready in the afternoon. I went there to pick it up the following day and I was told it's not ready because they are short staffed. I was told I'll receive a text if it becomes ready. Didn't receive a text the following day so I asked my husband to go back to this pharmacy on Friday, July 8th only to be told that it's still not ready because they are short staffed (same BS). My husband asked when it will be ready and as usual got the "I'll text you when it's ready" BS response. I went back Monday, July 11th only to be told that it's (still) not ready but will work on it and will text me when it's ready. Didn't receive a text (even until today, July 29th). I ran out of my med that I have to borrow from my husband.Decide to call my primary doctor on July 12th to transfer my prescription to CVS and after 2 hours it was ready.Customers will run out of meds and will die because of the incompetence of this Lathrop Walgreens Pharmacy...Change your slogan to "AT THE CORNER OF WAITING AN FRUSTRATING!!!!"

This pharmacy is a joke i went in 10 minutes before it opened just to wait 40minutes to finally get to the front where they finally told me that my prescription that was sent in at 9am the day before isnt ready yet, i said nothing and left just for them to call me 15minutes later while driving to work to tell me that its ready for pick up! It was a complete waste of my time especially because i work thru the day and that was my only time to pick my prescription up.

This is literally the worse Walgreens pharmacy. I have been using this Walgreens over ten years and it use to be great and everyone use to be so cheerful and efficient always helpful. In the past year staff has changed and the pharmacist and manager on down are rude and always messing up my prescription. It’s also always closed

Look at all the awful pharmacy reviews and it's clear nothing has been done. They are the rudest bunch of people I have ever encountered. Its every single visit. Super unfriendly, slow as can be, busy chatting amongst themselves and the eye rolling is ridiculous. Seriously the worst customer service ever. This really needs to change there is no excuse for it.

Worst pharmacy Experience one could ever have. I went down there for PCR test on scheduled appointment time and it was closed (Sign on drive thru window ). Even I received conformation thru email 24 hours before appointment.Second incident, I received a message that prescription is ready for pick up. When I got there for pick up, again they were closed and there was a sign on the window,” we are temporarily closed.”

We made the wrong choice of switching to this location - 14780 S HARLAN RD, LATHROP, CA.The management needs to do a better job. The pharmacy hours are not being followed based on what they communicated.Example: On Sunday - 10AM–1:30PM 2–6PM. Close for lunch.However, on Feb 20, 2022 -- they opened at 2:33pm. Customers who needed the prescriptions urgently, waited and some had to go back and forth until they are open.We will switch back to our old Walgreens location.

The worst I stopped taking my medication because they never had it in stock… horrible service, no Spanish speakers for other patients causing to hold up line, sloooooooooow will be going to CVS for now on, when my doctor accidentally planned prescription here I was nervous they didn’t have it like always ugh!!!

The worst customer service pharmacy ever. And here in the reviews, whom ever keeps replying to the reviews just types a standard response. Nothing is really changing. They just keep saying we are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. You need to start making changes. GET THE TEAM TO TREAT PEOPLE WITH RESPECT OR CLOSE LATHROP WALGREENS PHARMACY.

The pharmacy staff is terrible. Prescription never ready on time even when they tell you it's ready. I sat there for over an hour when they kept giving me the wrong thing over and over even when I clearly specified which one I needed and in the end they still gave me the wrong thing and they gave me false instructions. Theyre rude and incompetent. Don't use this pharmacy for anything. You'll be saving a lot of time

I have issues in communication with Pharmacy via phone. I get put on hold for 10 to 25mins whenever I need to call. Also get hang ups while on hold. This has happened in other locations also. There needs to be more assistance

My Dr ordered 2 prescription I went to pick up and the order was not ready they told me to come back in 2 hoursI come back and only one was ready and one of the medicine that was for cough that I need it was not ready so I went back home, and they prepared my other medicine and they never notified me that was ready at 7:10pm I could pick up the medicine and save me suffering all night coughingOther pharmacy have notifications

I feel for everyone that gets their medication from Walgreens. I was here when they opened and it was nice, the staff was nice. The population has grown soo much. They can't keep up. It's no ones fault. Try lathrop pharmacy. It is one of my best kept secrets.

I just waited over 20 mins in drive up line for the girl to say we’re closed. I told her I’ve been waiting in line 20 mins and she said no you haven’t that I just drove up. I was so heated she said I was lying and this is the worse customer service doesn’t know how to speak to customers. she needs to be fired or rewatch the customer service videos.

I was there at the drive thru at 6:15 pm I was the third car and no one behind me. When I finally got to the window at 6:26 the girl working the window slammed the closed sign in the window and pulled down the shade. This got me very upset being that it was not 6:30 yet. Is this common practice for the company?
