Target, a decent experience like you'd expect. Pretty much most things you'd want to find are here. Starbucks here is always great here.One downside of the time of year, transitioning between holidays is a corner of the sites is trashy and parts barren. I'd think it better to block off the area instead. There were items on the ground and it looked like no one walked by in a while.

Horrible experience here. I used to love this target but I won’t be coming here again because of the immature employees they have. Stop hiring high schoolers, they ruined target and don’t know what they are doing and are Very rude. Had to look around for a long time just to find an adult employee who was willing to help me find something.

I love the Target Drive Up option. The order is ready in 2 hours or less. Friendly customer service reps brought my order to my car. Love this service!

Target Lathrop employees made my day great when many things could have gone wrong. I almost lost my purse and staff went out of their way to help me find an item I was looking for. Every staff I encountered were very helpful and professional. You saved me many headaches! God bless you all!

Stop being cheap and hire more personnel. Always understaffed. Most employees do way more than their fair share because of that. Management isn't very smart in that regard. Long lines at the registers and very few cashiers. Great selections. Clean for the most part but some sections of the store are messy. The pharmacy is the only department that is on point.

Stopped to get some groceries, lathrop target, and was kicked out of the parking lot from security saying TRUCKS (Semi) ARE NOT ALLOWED on the property!! Tells you to park on the back of the street WITH No problem . LIES!!! You’ll get a ticket.. So ridiculous now we CAN’T even get our Groceries when we are out here Working!!

No EV charging is pretty lame for such a nice new target, and lines always long inside. Hella registers but few employees. The self checkout has been down lately, too, making the lines even worse.

Wow, only one check stand open and self checkout. The checkers line went to the clothing isle all they way. The self check out was going back to grocery with full baskets of goods. I had 2 items and just left. Not a good business model. I will avoid this place. Crazy. Would give negative stars if possible.

Well I just came back from Target doing some grocery shopping and I didn't notice that the knucklehead checking me out put my bread in the bottom of the bag and then put some multi-grain Cheerios and some frozen chicken nuggets on top of my bread

My son got me Beats Studio plus that had bad connectivity issues. I went to target Customer Service and I gave the worker the receipt. She opened the box and she told me that the headphones do not match the serial number on the box. The actual headphone case matches the serial number on the box, but she instead got her manager involved and he also said something similar. It made me feel as if I was stealing the product when I had the receipt and the entire product in near mint condition. Worst customer service ever, these people didn’t have any customer service or knowledge about the product. I googled it to see if only the serial number and the case matching the headphone box mattered. they need to get more educated before assuming people stealing.

This is the worst Target I’ve ever shopped at. I haven’t written my review sooner because honestly I had hoped it would get better. It’s been several bad experiences at this store with app orders, returns and it’s impossible to call the store. No one ever answers. My last mobile drive up order was missing more than half of my items. The gentleman reassured me it was all there. It was not. I got home tried to call the store 8 times. No answer. Finally got through to electronics asked for manager and he hung up on me. When I called back & asked for his name and he hung up on me. Twice. He said he wasn’t giving me his name. Seriously!? I was trying to get my order fixed so I called HQ. They took 5 days to refund my account for the items shorted. I don’t understand how this store gets away with this poor leadership and customer service.

Order pick-up experience at the online store is hassle-free and convenient. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and my order is always ready on time. I appreciate that I can quickly grab my baking ingredients and be on my way without having to wait in long lines or deal with any extra hassle!

Never any check stands open except one. Want everyone to use self check. Stocking shelves and blocking aisles with product. Was just there and girl checking me out was rude. Took my own bags and she wouldn't pack my items. Asked about it and she said no we don't always do it. Don't think I'll be shopping there anymore.

Dont buy Gift Cards from Target. Whatever money you load into the gift cards, it does not show up on card and target takes that money. when the card is used finally, it will show zero balance. Not making this up, i have a valid reference number with me . reference number 190872882. Still did not get the money back. Store people told me that its a usual case with gift card.

I’m a Truck drive went in bobtail to get a few water cases and parked on the east side of lot so i wasn’t close to main entrance where cars park had no issues what so ever thank you Target

I was profiled here for trying to buy discounted item with open packaging. I'm not sure if it was how I looked BUT I was buying socks that were opened but had the pairs still intact even with the picture on the packaging showing the product. The cashier did not comment on the product but scanned it, bagged the packaging but not the socks and had another employee come by with a tablet to look for the socks on the website. The cashier just kept staring at me and waited for a response by the other employee, she did not comment or ask about the product to me. She did not fill me in on why she had to have another employee look at the product. So after about 3 minutes I realized they probably suspected I stuffed the socks in the ripped packaging so I told the cashier that the packaging has the picture of the socks included. The cashier pulled out the ripped packaged from the bag and confirmed, I was right and she didn't even apologize and just handed my receipt. This is unprofessional, I should have to know why I was suspected or had to wait another few minutes for trying to buy a discounted item. I shouldn't have to wait that long if all the cashier had to ask was a simple question. I was happy to answer and let her know I found it at the item at clearence section. Communication is Key.
