I was shopping at one of your stores at 15240 S. Harlan Road in Lathrop, California. This was on 10/13/2023 around 11 pm with fellow clerks named Julie and Rosie working the Night Shift. I’m complaining due to the terrible horrific service I received from both of these workers. Julie was my original clerk scanning my items one by one very aggressively. She then walked away twice and gave no reasoning to why she was leaving the register when my order wasn’t completed. As she scanned some diapers I was going to buy them but the wrong price had popped up onto the screen. I mentioned to her that it wasn’t the price I saw originally on the shelf. So she walked away and sighed loudly with an attitude. I luckily took a picture of them before she said anything about the price. Once I showed her the original price and all she still put that tag back where the diapers were which made no sense at all. To say that wasn’t the price of the diapers I was buying and then put that same price tag back. After that she had a conversation with Rosie regarding the price tag “mistake” however, Rosie was also arguing to me that whether I like it or not she won’t honor the price. I said that’s unfair and definitely not right when it is considered false advertising. She still did not give a care in the world and proceeded to be mean to me in front of my family. I would like there to be further actions and consequences to take place on these clerks because it’s nasty customer service and makes your representation of your company look beyond disgusting to treat paying customers this way. If your company can honor the price it was originally shelved at please reach out to me and let me know. I’ve been a frequent save mart customer for years and buy my local groceries at your store. I’d greatly appreciate for you guys to get back to me at your earliest convenience. Thank you!

Just your local grocery store. Love the app and the perks. Good selection of local vegetables fruits and some exotic as well. The plants are pretty cheap is comparison to home Depot. They just added a quick checkout which I've been waiting for for a very long time!

The register is so mean, she almost throw my shopping items this morning because she thinks im rude for the one ahead of me..infact i didnt know that the person ahead was not yet finished bec she moved on, and its too late that i know she still waiting for her receipt...so i stand near the register for me to be served...so sad Savemart had these kind of people..she is i thnk in her 50's- 55th and having a long black curly hair....

The store was well stocked and they had really good variety of Coffee Mate all the fall flavors 🎄The Cashier was friendly and knowledgeable; showing my how to download their App and told me make sure to cut the coupons prior so when I come in the next time all I do is add my number and it will use the coupons that I clipped 👍

Good people and great service. I return to this location for some of the best service and to avoid some of the crime ridden locations other than Lathrop. It's worth the drive to Lathrop to go shopping.

For as over priced as this store is you would think you could at least get your groceries bagged right! These people shoved 3 - 2 liter bottles, coffee creamer, and butter and they even put 1 of the 2 liters upside down. Almost none of the produce is labeled with prices, none of the bakery and deli items are labeled with pricing. Just a poor poor managed store price gouging the heck out of customers.

This store is going down hill quick. There's always long lines, the self checkout machines constantly have errors, and there is no carts or baskets available. They used to be competitive in prices and they used to have a larger staff. Now it seems like management doesn't care for the customer

I bought 2 packets of Michael Angelo's Lasagna for $13.99 each from Save Mart. The worst lasagna I have tried. There is absolutely no meat in the meat sauce, only a smattering of cheese, & an abundance of flavour-less tomato sauce. When I checked your website, I couldn't find anything on return policy. What a waste of money! Save Mart should know better than to keep low quality products.

Scam alert!! They sell expired frozen goods marked down, but don't disclose on tags or signage that it's expired. Stuff from December 2019 and older stuff from 2018. Check the dates on everything, don't buy anything on sale without checking it first!

Needs more disabled parking. Along with the prices not being so expensive. It's great that even though Lathrop is small, we do have the produce that's around the county.

I love coming to this Save Mart. They are in a strip mall with lots of other businesses, however they have a large parking lot so there is never a problem getting a space.The store is always clean and mostly stocked very well. I know currently everyone is experiencing some shortages, so occasionally I have seen some product shelves empty, but I understand it is not the stores fault.All of the employees are very nice and helpfulThey have a large produce section with fresh items to choose from. They also have a large freezer section with many options.

This store would be a 4 Star. With one notch for expense. I chose a one star, because it doesn’t have SELF CHECKOUT. Lines are always a problem. I would much rather just check out and go. It’s always a few items. But I spend more time in line there then my morning commute.Corporate. Please add self checkout. You are losing sales.

New self Check out Person Manning it yeah walked away as soon as I went to scan my items. I had an item that locked up and needed to be Override to continue.. There was 3 clerks in one checkstand at the far end of the store no 1 else at selfcheck the line grew longer and longer took at least 5 mins for any clerk to come back. Then went through my 5 items to see that they were rung up.Really disappointed. 1 check stand open. 2 self checks and there I was holding up the line. Because of a lack of CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Should be called Spend More. Everything seems overpriced. It was convenient for me because it was within walking distance. I went in trying to save some money on food, as I've been in a hotel and having stuff delivered, but ended up spending almost as much and had to walk 4 blocks there and 4 blocks back.

This is our local Savemart and over time the service has gotten terrible. I did not get the name but whoever was working at self checkout at 12:40 pm today did a terrible job at helping my parents.

Probably one of the most unorganized stores I've ever been in. It's like a pot head walked around stoned and whatever he was craving at the time he put on that shelf. They have handfuls of the same products scattered throughout multiple shelves randomly. If you want a specific Rockstar flavor you gotta scout 5 locations in the store =p

Customer service is always great here. The store is clean and rarely ever runs out of items I buy regularly. You can find "manager's special" items in the last aisle near the yogurt. You can find good mark down their wines, too. If you download their app, you can take advantage of savings, coupons & freebie Friday. This store is my go-to grocery store.

Clean, well staffed and product. Cashiers were friendly. It's not DIESEL friendly though. The flying J is the next exit. Drop your trailer there and Bob tail back. The prices were a lot cheaper than the truck stop. I will definitely stop in here to shop again.

Staff are the best! Always courteous, always friendly, like family. Store is clean and organized when the regular staff are there. Even temp staff who have jumped in to help during this crazy COVID pandemic are great. Prices are in my families budget.

They are pricey compared to Food 4 Less, but have quality meat options. Also, I love their pre-bagged pork and veggies and shrimp and veggies. Salmon and chicken options can use other seasoning options in my opinion, but the Salmon one is still okay. Easy to toss in the oven when you need dinner quick and not messy.I also love that you can get money orders here up to $1700, card or cash.Workers are always polite and professional.

It was cool! The store had a handicap cart to where you can drive it oh, I'm not handicapped but I rode it. People were offering me to get things from high spaces to me and everybody was being kind. The look on people's face when I got off the handicap cart and started skipping away to my car with my bag was priceless!
