Truckers: First time here and will gladly come back. Great people and fast loading. You first have to drive into the scale, get out and walk into office, once inside read the signs for drivers! It will have instructions on how to get your weight stamped on paper, then proceed around the back park in the dirt lot and walk over to door 11. Get a dock assigned back in and wait for the green light. On your way out go to the scale again and re-weigh to make sure you're not over 80,000 lbs. Then make sure you drive across the street to the flying j to get accurate weights on each axle. You will get loaded heavy!Safe travels drivers

In and out in 40 minutes heavy loads dry van only refer type trailer not recommended. Security and Workers were friendly and very alert about safety codes

When you come here, you have to jump on the scale and get your light weight, your checking in time will be giving to you on the same copy.. If your here for shipping. Go around the back by making a left after you scale in..Receiving office is around the corner located on the east side of the building.

Don’t come here to unload a hopper. If you’re early you wait. If you’re late you have to wait.Not much different than hauling groceries to a grocery warehouse.

Sunday always slow loading. If appt 3 pm you will get door by 6pm then loaded in 1-1:30 hours.No parking. Dirt lot, too many trailer dropped they load only dock 3 and 4. Dock 2 is down. Detention after 3 hours

What a great start to my day!! I haven't been able to come here often, but each time I have its been a very pleasant experience! Today, I tried the breakfast burrito and house coffee. Both were very tasty! Although I know of other establishments in town, Toledo Coffee Depot will always be my preference. Thank you SO much for starting our very long trip off right! I appreciate all you do! Hope you have a very blessed New Year 2022!

I did a pickup as a trucker at this location. I spoke with 4 employees of Diamond Pet Food and they were all friendly and respectful. Normally I'd run into atleast one disgruntled employee but not here on this occasion. With a pickup appointment it took 3 hours and 45 minutes to get loaded.

I was informed that on Sunday the August 16 they will close at 04:00 PM and I was to pickup a preloaded trailer. I arrived at the main gate at 03:15 PM and found the gate locked and no one answers the phone. So lesson, they can close anytime, depending upon the sweet will of the person having lock and key.

Arrived 13 hours early. They didn't have enough freezer space at the moment. They let me take my 10-hour break on site. Was unloaded and out the door before my scheduled appointment time.

Usually takes about 3 hours total waiting for a dock door and to get loaded. They will call you upon dock door opening and trailer load completion. Courteous dock workers and office staff.

Been here numerous times and they are mostly on time with loading. One time I got there at 06:00 but my appointment wasn't till 11:00, there were no trucks there and the shipper told me it was a good day to be early, got me loaded and out of there way before my appointment. When you drive in get on the scale and someone will bring your MT weight out to you. When you drive around back park in the dirt lot and walk to the shipping office, you do this and everyone will think you've been there before, even if it is your first time.

Check in abit confusing. first time get on scale and wait.somwone will come to you with instructions. After that easy peasy. Quick and easy. Loading , paperwork fast and right next to pilot and freeway.

Don't expect to get in and out. They are a bunch of lazy and slow loaders. After 4 hrs still no door, that's pathetic.

If you are a trucker stay away from Diamond Pet Foods, Both Lathrop and Ripon, very bad experience. I've been here for 5hrs and still not loaded

I consider this one of the worst places to pick up in this area appointment time was at 12 PM checked then at 11:30 PM did not call me to a door until 1:20 PM did not have my truck Fully loaded until 4:00 PM so the whole wait time was 5 1/2 hours

Got here to pick up a load.... been here almost 8 hours and still not in a door! They were behind when I arrived and still complained when I couldn't arrive on time because my last delivery took over an hour and was more than an hour away! WTH? SMDH!

Office Personnel is always great to deal with for loads. 4 * because not much pull up room for truck and trailer and the smell is awful here.

Loaded 35k on drives with tandems all the way forward then told me that if I moved them back it would fix problem. Spent 5 hours getting loaded and now they say they are going to take load off... been waiting 2 hours.
