Personnel that helped with pick-up where professionals and the pharmacist was extreme kind, clear with her communication and seemed genuine when asking if there were any questions. I loved the service.

I transferred from Walgreens to CVS and I'm not happy with the service at Walgreens now that I'm at CVS I'm extremely happy it's been about a year or less I've been a customer and since I've been there the employees and the manager is very nice very patient answer all my question also explain stuff to me\nThank you very much

I have been with CVS over a year. It is always a relief to go and get RX. My last visit DX with Bronchitis, I went back to get prescription. I had to wait to speak with the pharmacist who was helping another patient. He had me wait to discuss new meds and old meds possible issues if taken together and his recommendation after I asked. This CVS is in Lathrop, CA and the Parmacist on duty was very helpful! Thank you Pharmacist and other staff for making a visit to the pharmacy not a horrible chore.

We have been coming to this pharmacy for years. They take long times to fill the prescriptions, never have any medicine in stock or available, are always understaffed, and have long wait times. They keep saying we are filling the prescription now so wait 10-15 mins but then you have to get back in line and sometimes it’s still not ready and they tell you to wait again. They have new staff now but the old staff was better.

My 5 prescriptions were promised by 4:00 pm. At 5:30, they were still not ready. When I finally got them, they were wrong. They had not filled my most important prescription (required daily), and then double-filled one of my other prescriptions. I had to come back to the store 3 times to get everything right (beyond frustrating) . When I asked the pharmacist why they had filled one of my other prescriptions twice, he shrugged and said "the insurance covered it". I don't even have words for this level of incompetence and complete disinterest in my personal health.They wasted my time and endangered my health. I will never use this CVS location again.

Very few times, you just expect that there is a Better word than \"Excellent\" or rating 10. This is the time, i would like to give that word. \n\nExcellent service. By the time, i finished my urgent care appointment for my daughter and came back to CVS, my prescription was readily packed.\n\nThe way that the person treated was excellent. very friendly Behaviour.\n\nas this appointment happened yesterday, and i lost my receipt, i spent 15 min finding the receipt to just give the Survey.\n\nThank you CVS. A true neighborhood Pharmacy.

My son's doctor has called in the wrong dosage for his prescriptions three separate times. The pharmacist at this location has caught it every single time. So thankful for her attention to detail and caring enough to verify all of the information.

Natalie, the clerk who works at the CVS register has the worst customer service I’ve seen at Target. I brought this behavior to the Pharmacy Manager’s attention.Hopefully he addresses her unprofessional behavior.

Is there -5 stars always something... with this people specially christine. Oh can't pay for those items here. Oh we are closed. We close at 500pm its 502pm. But thay are still working behind the counter. Worst customer service ever. Go elsewhere.
