Big variety of healthy freshwater and saltwater fish, there’s lots of deals on live pets, food and more, also only store around I could find golden honey gouramis at (had no issues acclimating them and they’re really cool to look at). I’m glad I visited and will definitely be coming back 😌

I got my tortoise in this horrible place 4 weeks ago (10/29/23) today (11/20/23). I took her to a vet because she hadn't eaten since i got her and was acting strange. The vet told me she had a really bad infection and her jaw was broken. She could not do anything to save her because she was really small, so I had to euthanize her. This store had the tortoises all dirty, filled with excrement and stack on top of each other. DON'T BUY HERE, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE ANIMALS.

First time going to get some stuff to help my 15 year old gold fish, got me the right meds for the fish and was very friendly, and prices are fair, I spent less then I thought I was going to for the meds only 14 bucks for a good size bottle.

I've been coming here for at least a year. I've always enjoy the customer service. But today they went above and beyond one of the workers. What's kind of to Get something in advance for my brother that I sent on a lyft. Who is high-functioning special needs but still Needs help not only did the person have those things ready for him. They also walked it to the car, so he didn't have to come out of the lyft. Absolutely amazing and kind of him to do. Because he didn't have to do that

Great selection of saltwater and freshwater fish but they are super expensive when it comes to prices of the fish and supplies. If your getting basic fish or just getting fish supplies your better off going to a big chain pet store and saving the money.

I bought my first 2 clown fish there and I gotta tell u, they are super healthy. Started eating right away and the staff is super friendly and know their stuff. I made it my go to fish store and looking forward to getting more live stock from them. Definitely recommend.

Here I am supporting a family owned business just for it to back fire. Was told by an employee just yesterday who’s worked there 3 to 4 years saying we had 24 hours to return a fish for store credit only! Which I was okay with store credit I’ve shopped here for over 10 years as has my WHOLE FAMILY! We call today to let them know we will be heading over and a lady claiming to be the owner says that policy doesn’t exist! Yet right before purchasing they have a sign that says “no returns, exchange or store credit only”. They’re so unorganized you can clearly see there’s no communication between the “owner” and her employees because obviously they say one thing while she says another. DO NOT BUY HERE!! EVER SINCE THEY CHANGED OWNERSHIP It’s been so unorganized and unprofessional. To think I and my family have been a customer since 2010 well not no more, I rather pay high price for better customer service else where than to pay low price for a fish yet deal with an unprofessional employer!! Customer service matters everywhere you go but in their eyes it’s clearly the money they care for and not the service they provide to their customers!!

This is the only saltwater store worth going to in the Antelope Valley. The customer service is excellent and the staff is extremely knowledgeable. The prices are also extremely competitive.

great little shop. they have a lot of selection, and the staff know what they are talking about.They have a really nice selection of fish at decent prices.Too bad the lady who says she's the owner is rude. She will sell you a fish, and then if there is a problem with it and you bring it back they will take it without offering a return or store credit and then turn around and sell the same fish again for the same full price that they charged the first time. (ths happened 2 times)they also offer layaway and then will call you after and say they made a mistake on the price and try to change the price. if you don't agree they just cancel your agreement. make sure you don't pay cash their so they can't keep your money if they do that because they write no returns or exchanges on the top.

Went on a Saturday afternoon and found a very clean, well-organized shop with a wide variety of saltwater and freshwater equipment and fish. The employees were very helpful when needed and were content to let us wander and look to our hearts' content. Prices were on par/slightly lower than big box pet stores. The difference was the assistance with fish compatibility. I'll be coming here for future aquarium needs.

This is my fish store that I got almost all my Koi Fish from. I get my Koi food from here also. Very nice and friendly staff. Very knowledgeable about what types of pets they sell. I highly recommend you checking this place out if you like fish especially. Also, if you like turtles, snakes, birds, and lizards they have all that as well. They carry all the things you need like tanks and the stuff to put inside for your pets. I also got some live plants for my fish tanks and it looks really nice now. Considering the fact that PetSmart kept saying that they were getting New Bird cages in three weeks ago and still haven't. I decided to go and try three little fishes and they had the exact Cage I was looking for. And the sales person was very helpful. I didn't have to practically beg for her to come and ask me if I needed help. Nor was she too busy to offer assistance.

I really like this store since the prices are cheaper and they have a decent variety. There is a bird in the back that says hello when you walk by him and says bye when you walk away. They have discus fish right when you walk in and a lot of freshwater fish. They have a lot of tanks but I would never buy a tank that wasn’t used since the prices are insane for tanks. They have some reptiles and other supplies. If you haven’t been I would definitely suggest you stop by for a look around.

Their store is super clean and bright, couldn’t be happier to support a local fish business, and they have some bird supplies too, so I can go there for my cockatiels and fish!

I really, really like this store and they treat their fish fabulously. They have a huge selection of fish in every variety. What worries me is the reptiles. They have a ball python sitting in a tank without anything to hide in, which is just about the worst thing you can do to a ball python, and it broke my heart looking at him. Just a water bowl and substrate. Some of the other reptiles seemed to be lacking in tank details as well. I don't think there's any malice here, just a lack of knowledge. Still, everyone who works here is nice and I like spending my money here.

This is an update. I used to enjoy visiting this shop, but more and more frequently I started to see sick fish. Although I appreciate the greater variety of fish, some of the fish tank accessories are overpriced like the background sheets. I saw an oranda with a hookworm still attached to it. Goldfish tanks usually had dead fish that looked like they died a long time ago.There were fish I wanted but I only found they were sick only because I saw an employee at the time was administering medication. There were no signs to tell a customer the fish were sick. I waited a week then sent my husband to buy them if they were ok to go. The owner sold him the fish but didn't disclose any info to him at all. I am an experienced fish keeper and these fish died soon after even with careful transfer to my tank (now obviously because they still needed medication). When my husband tried to return the fish, the owner tested our water which showed perfect numbers and still she had excuses that she can't afford to give refunds and that she's trying to run a business, etc. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I used to visit the store every week. I haven't returned in over a year. I now buy online or PetSmart.
