Today I brought my kitty in to be groomed. I was a little concerned because he isn’t a huge fan of grooming. But he came out all nice and clean and trimmed up and didn’t seem the least bit upset. I will definitely be taking Crush back here again. I also have an appt to have my chocolate lab groomed next week.

Jasmine took wonderful care of our Senior dog, Big Red, even held him while brushing, as he has trouble standing. He is 16 going 17...a Cattle Dog /Chow mix, we are told. He was a street stray when we spent months gaining his trust. He has been with us, over 13 yrs.I was worried that no one would groom him, because he had so much difficulty standing, although he's healthy and needed a good bath and rush out. They had no qualms about taking him in and grooming him, plus Jasmine is a sweetheart.Since taking Big Red there a couple of times, I've also taken two of my little ones, a Poodle, Pierre, and a Maltipoo, Frankie, also both rescued street strays. Very pleased!

The one thing I will say about this place is that they do groom well. I used to take my doodle here for grooming and she always came back looking great. HOWEVER, that is the only good thing about this place. Having been a customer there for months, there were a few consistent problems. Sometimes I would call a few times and nobody would answer. Another time I dropped my dog off at 11am and they forgot to let me know when she was done...I didn't get her back until around 4pm. Lastly, some of the people who work there are very rude. When I was still learning how to groom my doodle properly, she had matting. One of the women there was extremely rude and condescending about it. I took full responsibility and learned how to comb her correctly but they didn't have to be so nasty about it. I don't come here anymore, I drive to quartz hill for her new groomer.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IMPATIENT - I’ve been taking my pup & senior dog here for almost a year. Of course puppies are going to struggle with getting adjusted to grooming - they’ve given my pup breaks in between if she had even began to get anxious. Today, i brought them in & Susan VERBATUM said “if your dog gives me issues im going to leave her as is i don’t have time to deal with it.”Just goes to show that they don’t have patience for animals.My pup deficated on herself and they didn’t even bother to clean her up.

After two very high recommendations for 'doodle' grooming, I brought my 7 month old puppy to be groomed. They did a good groom on him but there were a couple places I had to trim at home that didn't get completed.But the reason for the lower stars, which were going to be zero, was because of the person on the phone and desk. She was rude and really shamed me that my pup had not been to a groomer by 7 months old even though I told her I had been doing it at home. Because they were highly recommended I still made the appt thinking maybe the girl was having a bad day. But when I brought my pup in I received the same rude treatment for lack of professional grooming, my heart sank and didn't really want to leave him there but I did (I drove over 50 miles to be there). Afterward, he was VERY poofy and so cute when I picked him up, but that does NOT make up for the rude treatment I received.Prior to this appointment I do brush my pup at least 5 times a week and bathe him myself 2 -3 times a month depending how much dirt/mud/snow he's played in.Will I go back? Probably not.

OMG! LIZ and her cousin were so amazing! My golden retriever is 2 years old and has been petrified of getting groomed since his second groom at Ken Neil Kennels. We tried a third time but he would not budge and the older lady there said to us "Well I'm not going to drag him in here". We have groomed 3 other pets there, they were fine, but after Bailey's second trip back to them, he was petrified to go back and had a hard time with other groomer's. I took him to the Vet to get doggie calm down pills. I saw Perfectly Pampered Pets and explained to them how nervous and anxious he is at Groomers. They told me that Sundays we're their less crowed days so I maid an appointment for May 29, 2022. They we're so sweet to him! They even texted me to tell me he was doing fine, not nervous at all! How Sweet is that??? When we picked him up, not saying who the last groomer was, they did a horrible job, they told me about how sweet he was and what he did during his groom! I He looked not only beyond amazing, but exactly like the Golden Retriever since he was a puppy. Liz and her cousin we're so sweet and kind and did an amazing job on him, this will be his forever Groomer! Thank you so much Perfectly Pampered Paws Salon!

Our dog groomer of 10 years took ill and was no longer to able to work. Purrfectly Pampered Paws was recommended to us by a friend. We were a bit nervous to try a new place, and new people, but we have 3 yorkies and a toy poodle to bring in and they all came out so adorable! They were not stressed , they were happy and this made us happy. I loved the communication from the staff, if they were unsure about anything they made the effort to call us and ask. Everyone was so nice and the office was very clean. They are pretty busy though, so we could not get a same day appointment, but when they did have a cancellation, they called to offer the earliest appointment. I would definitely recommend them. One of our yorkies is a pup that can not sit still and tries to bite the hairdryer, they were able to work with him patiently, and give him little breaks until he gets used to the grooming process. We looks so cute ! We are very pleased and plan to continue taking our pets there

Amber, did a wonderful job on Baby, as she always does. He looks forward every 4 weeks to see Amber. Amber and all the staff are always so friendly and care for their clients. The office is clean, fresh smell and always a joy to take Baby there knowing he is well treated and loves his groomer. Don't change anything.. ( nice to be able to go back inside again now pandemic is over.) I have taken my fur babies here since 2015 and referred several of my friends to this place also. They are very happy as well.

Liz took care of my dogs and did a wonderful job! My dogs were surely covered in more than enough dirt from our backyard and they're shedders! They came back so soft, smooth and smelling wonderful! It's been a little over... Maybe three weeks now and they are still feeling so soft and their shed isn't too bad either since we got the furminator. 🙂

This place is amazing! They are so sweet and took great care of my cat. Not only that I called last minute trying to get her groomed days before my due date. And they squeezed me in. I highly recommend this place for your pets. My cat looks and smells great and they’re affordable and accommodating.

Thank you to the excellent groomer at Purrfectly Pampered Paws! They gave my Saint Bernard Koda special care. Her ears were flushed, nails trimmed, pads shaved, and coat brushed to a nice sheen. They noticed some allergy related licking and used special medicated shampoo as well. Koda smells amazing and looks fantastic! Thank you again!

They have poor quality grooming skills. Left soap on my baby’s butt, didn’t clean ears or cut nails. Literally went home to wash him myself same day! When they redid him he had to be washed two days later because the soap wasn’t compatible with his skin and caused dandruff. But still nails and ears weren’t done even though I paid for those services and was assured their best groomer will take care of my baby. I just want a decent groomer

Brought in our Boo for a much needed COVID- era descruffing...what great service! Staff was genuinely friendly, professional, and Dani did a fantastic job. Most importantly, when I picked Boo up she wasn't nervous or stressed out. She was obviously well taken care of, truly pampered...and she smelled great.

Best place you can take your dog to be pampered and glammed up. They have the best customer service there is. You can really tell they have a passion and love for animals. My dog Geico absolutely loves going there. I trust them with my dog. They treat your dog with love and care. They are very caring. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad visit with them. 10/10 will be visiting very soon again.

They are very accommodating to your schedule. I have a King Charles Caviler and they always do a great job. The staff is friendly and the salon is clean and smells great. Their prices are very reasonable and they always go above and beyond to make your pet happy and looking their best. Thanks!!

We just love bringing our fur baby here to get pampered . The staff is incredible making sure that each animal gets the love and attention it deserves . The prices are very reasonable . I think in the many years we have been bringing our girl here there has only been one small price increase. They are closed right now because of the covid 19 . My prayers are with them all and can’t wait until they can open again and spoil my pup with her spa day . Thank you so much ! Purrfectly Pampered Paws.I’m glad to say they have reopened !!

This was my first time using this groomer, which with a GSD can be a bit terrifying. Lauren came highly recommended and did not disappoint. She was prompt, responsive and gave me exactly what I wanted. My dog came back looking and smelling great with no foxtails. Very happy to have found this place!

Very happy with the summer cut and accomdoting professionalism with my 9 yo Golden Retriever. I didn't give 5 stars only because they did shave the inside of his ears which caused severe skin irrational of which medication had to be administered. I called left msg and they did call me back to address the issue. Overall, something to be discussed upon his upcoming appt., but they did do a beautiful job. My Golden had the run of the place and picked him up happy, clean and cool for summer.

This place has always been convenient for my family, we have been bringing our dog here for over a year and I have no complaints. The people are extremely friendly and my dog has calmed down and doesn't cry any more compared to when I brought my dog to PetSmart. I highly recommend this place!

Brought our puppy here and was lied to about a service we asked for. One lady said my dog didn’t get deshedded because he didn’t need it, how ever another lady told my wife she wasn’t told about and that’s why it wasn’t done. So now four hours later we have our puppy back but he is still shedding every where. Very unhappy!!!

If i could rate this place a negative star I would. Today I had an appointment my understanding was @ 11am we live in Ana Verde/palmdale I drove 14min In our V8 . Upon arriving the BIG " lady "looked at my daughter and I foul to begin with I still politely said " hi I had an appointment today @ 11am since she didn't even greet me. She very rudely replied "NO she had her appointment at 10am" then she sat down and completely looked away like really ? I was left standing there. She could of offered me to reschedule if I was in the wrong ,treated me like a human being and acted appropriate since this is a business but didn't . I bit my tongue and walked out. Out of respect for the other customer that had dropped off her dog . I have never felt so disrespected by a "DOG GROOMER"or "Bather" whatever is appropriate name to her position.I was so offended and upset that took the time to call this business as I sat in my car before driving away and explained the situation. Anyway I will take my $1000 pom baby to get pamperd somewhere else . What a complete waste of time and gas stay clear of this place please save yourself the trouble.

Nick did an amazing job with our senior pitty! Smokey is super friendly except when it comes to his nails, then he turns into Cujo. Nick remained calm and did an excellent job on Smokeys nails. THANK YOU NICK!

First off, my dogs were at this place for 5 hours. I was told 2-3 hours. When I showed up they weren't even done and I waited another 15 minutes when I was told they were already finished, and I had to call three times. They forgot my dogs collar and when I called just said, oh sorry...and very rude over the phone. Will never come back here again and the job they did was terrible also, not what I asked for.

It was the best place I used to take my German Shepherd took him there for a little more than a year only with Nick I think he was one of the best groomers there sadly he does not work there no more and I have to take my dog somewhere else

Our German shepherd dog her name ginger she loved to come at p.p.paws for her grooming salon and they're taking care of her really fine. Also cheaper by the dozen 😃😁👌👍🐅🐩🐕🐈
