We love PNC. I visited today and I was thrilled with all the options. I was able to get our 12 year old Labrador Retriever some great items. Duck pill pockets to hide his medication in were a hit. Alongside a Moose antler which Peyton just loved!! Knowledgeable and kind staff there!! Thank you!!

I came in here last week after a vet visit and was greeted by a very nice woman with a ton of knowledge on raw food. I never knew this place existed but i will be coming back weekly, best spot in Lancaster for raw food.

I’ve been twice here now, & the gentleman at the register told me if my girl didn’t like as far as joint & arthritis -and also the pill poppers I could return them. I spent well over 350.00 dollars. Since I’ve been calling the past 2 weeks leaving several voice mails during regular business hours and spoke with someone whom couldn’t help me because she didn’t check me out. I thought it was a gem of a store. Now, I won’t be going back. Being a business you would think they would want to be in business. I haven’t seen a whole lot of foot traffic in there I don’t see why they can’t answer the phone? I guess there always in the back. Thanks but No thanks.Happy 4th.

I honestly don't know what we'd do if the PNC wasn't here! They have been a Godsend with our pups. The manager and his employees are amazing! Always so kind and willing to help! I was in there today. My chihuahua, Tink developed a chicken allergy AND needed not only low calorie but a low sodium diet. The lady (don't want to mention her name here for HER protection, but you know who you are!) there took almost an hour out of her time to kindly call a few pet food companies for me to figure out the sodium levels. She was amazing! Thank you so much PNC for everything. We'd be totally lost without you! ❤️❤️

I’ve been a proprietor of the North Valley Veterinary clinic for a long time now, so I was very excited when they opened up the PNC right next door because they refer me to some of the products they carry and I don’t have to travel to them, which is great! I love the look of the place. It’s neat, organized, and kind of like a boutique. I also get that boutique kind of experience every time I go in, the employees really know the products and are pet owners themselves, and as such make good recommendations. I got a new puppy not too long ago, and a particular employee, David, actually helped me size my puppy for a harness. Got down on the floor with him, measured him, and put the harness on and adjusted it for me. I appreciate the time and effort that I receive each time I go in. Highly recommend it, especially if you are look for higher quality food and treats.

PNC for the win! The top quality foods that were normally so hard to find were all there in one place at a competitive price. I have fur babies young and old and was able to complete my shopping in one trip. Such helpful staff, knowledgeable about grain-free diets as well. Really appreciate the loyalty program, I look forward to my get one free stamp😊

When I heard the NVVC was going to expanding to include its very own Pet Nutrition Center I could not have been more ecstatic. The NVVC takes such amazing care of our pets and that includes recommendations on pet food, supplements and even supplies. Being able to walk next door and buy hard to find items is such a luxury. But for those that can't make the drive I recommend buying online. The PNC website is great and has a ton of selection. Take a visit to the store and see for yourself. Could not Believe how big it was. Great prices and hard to find items make it worth the trip.

I took a tour (so to speak) of all the different diets with David. I've been looking for a new diet for my puppy, ideally one that's a smaller kibble, wasn't full of just fillers, but most of all, one that she likes!! She's really, really picky. David gave me enough information to make an informed decision and I chose to go with Elevate. Cannoli has switched over very well and really loves her new food!! There's also a huge variety of treats and extras too! I'll be bringing Cannoli in soon to pick out her own treat!!

I just stopped in to get some dog food for my senior dogs. The staff is very informed and directed me quickly to what I needed. Thank you for the wonderful service and... my dogs love the food.

I'm surprised at the wide variety of really healthy foods for dogs and cats. It is a nice, fresh take on a pet store.
