I took my cat here to get cleaned and his nails trimmed. They had cut his nails way too short, they were bleeding and now his paw is swollen. He smells great and he's so soft tho, he looked beautiful! But yeah now i gotta take my boy to the vet to get checked out

I was happy with there service and my pet too,they charge me they the first time $65 ,second time $60 ,that fine ones we ask for a different cut,$85 that’s fine but one day my wife ask for a simple cut like the first time and charge $85 ,when I have a small dog ,only like 3 pound, last time I got desappointed ,

was the fitst time and would be the last time. was charged much more than I pay @ pet smart just for machining her furs no bath couldn't smell any shampoo on herthey set me in cornor fot asking,$120 ln cash after the job was done. Wondering what would happen to that business if IRS finds out about their cash demanding business without any recied!

We have taken our dogs there since we moved to Lancaster. Are dogs are happy to go because of the love they receive. The people there are incredible. We won't go anywhere else.

Haircut was 4/5 they miss one of the ears quoted one price by a rude lady on the phone - still took my dog in . Given different price after he was done. ( new to antelope valley and trying to Always supporting small business but not when people take advantage of you ) that older lady she just gives out bad vibes. Do yourself a favor stick to your current groomer if you don’t have one skip this one unless you want to pay more than what they quote you and get Attitude by one of the employee and a just ok hair cut .

Used to come here all the time before Covid. Decided to come back recently rude lady on the phone and when I went in person very rude(older lady). Thankfully day of appointment I got a much nicer lady that made me feel comfortable leaving my dog. I work nights so had my sister pick up my dog and they gave me back the wrong leash. Called and they said they would call me back to fix this never heard back. Very disappointed this used to be my favorite groomers.

My dogs and I love this place! We've been coming here for years and our puppies are always super excited every time we drive up and they always come home looking beautiful and happy. The owner Athena is very nice and I feel confident that my babies are in good hands with her.

This was our first time taking our 15 month old husky here, matter of fact her first professional dog cleaning ever since we always bathed her. We can’t always afford to do this but decided to treat our dog. I can’t express enough on how pleased we are with the service, not only was she super clean & smelling great but they sent of pics of her grooming upon request. Of course like most of you out there “like us” we were worried about leaving our baby Mia there but I have to stay she was well taken care of so no worries I will recommend this place to family and friends. Again it speaks volumes about a place when they truly love animals not just pretend too. Thank you owners/staff hope you see this review & Mia says thank you too

Someone had Recommended me this place and it was a total WASTE of Time I took my Little Pup , I understand it is safety policy For the people working there my Dog got scared while trying to get groomed I know my own Dog And To Try to Act Dangerous ? Never I was willing To Pay the EXTRA 100$ They requested to finish the job as they stated but then ended up just not wanting to finish the job . they did NOT take care of this matter Correctly I had to get out of middle of work Get My dog whose only HALF cut now how am I suppose to get another groomer last minute ? NEVER coming back to this place do not recommend it

Animal house is under new ownership now. The new groomer Athena is absolutely FANTASTIC!!!! In all the years I've been taking my dogs there they have NEVER looked as good as they do now :) i will always b a loyal client to animal house and my new favorite groomer Athena...THANK YOU!!

Oh my gosh love this place, prices went up. But its the only groomer "Ive ever been to where the dogs their grooming are not shaking in fear. Authina is great!" I recommend this place to anyone who luv's there dogs and want them well taken care of.

Our dogs love going there. In my opinion the best groomers in the A/V. We have taken our dogs to other groomers in Palmdale. The only place I will ever take my dogs to is Animal House Grooming.

My dog always has a little seperation anxiety and the people at the shop are great with her. She always looks great when she leaves. The shop is cleam and the prices are good. They are worth every penny.
