This store always has what I'm looking for and you don't have to deal with out of control lines or rude cashiers. It is also nice going to a store where everything isn't locked up and you have to wait for someone to open it and hold it...definitely my go to place.

I used to shop here daily when I lived in the area. I was accused of falsifying an item return by two of the managers that said the vodka I returned was water. Well, anyway I got in touch with corporate center and received sizable disbursement for my trouble although I'm banned from this particular location. No love loss / Everything works out in the end seemingly.

I love their produce. It may cost more but the quality of the food is well worth the little extra. Picked up some fried chicken last minute for dinner. Well worth it!

Deli service was very disappointing. I had planned a family dinner with their food couldn’t find what I wanted and was willing to settle for a simpler item but was denied because apparently I was there too early and they can only do that close to closing time. I hope someone enjoyed their chicken that night not me.

Never had any issues in all the years I've been using this location. Typically well stocked, friendly staff, fairly easy to learn and navigate layout and product placement. Generally good produce and butcher products.

Love this store. I would give it a 5 star rating but their selection on plants are very limited if you ask me. They have orchids and money trees but never any vine type plants and the darn things are very expensive

Watched two ladies talking while I needed to get something from the hot counter . Their conversation was more important. Never going back in this store . People could at least acknowledge you but no they are to caught up in themselves .

Produce and meat top of the line the best you could get out by us.There can be big lines at times, I say sometimes seem under staffed on the registers.Prices are higher than most markets out by me, but they do have more selection.I primarily go when there's something specifically I want to get or that's on sale

This was a great experience. Armando helped me in the Deli department. We ordered 3 platters of food. It was good, although we ordered the chicken platter and the chicken was cold. I thought it would be warm. Armando was so nice though. Great customer service. He was professional and courteous. One other thing I have to say. When I paid for the food Lidia checked me out. She was conversating with a co-worker which caused a mistake to be made with my checkout, which slowed down the line and the lady behind me became annoyed. She was pleasant though. Thank you and God bless you.

The selection is decent and the prices aren't bad, but hands down the worst rotisserie chicken I've ever had.And they definitely need more check stands open. I waited 10 minutes in line before they opened another register. Thankfully the checker was fast and friendly. Otherwise this would be a one star review.Edit: now that the holidays are over the crowds are more manageable. I've raised the review one star because their selection is quite good. I've found lots of healthy snacks I didn't think they'd have.They're sushi is actually good compared to other stores and if you can get it when it's half off it's a great deal.Self checkout is slower and less convenient than going through a check stand. Frustrating.Chicken still sucks.

My first day visit to this store was astounding. I met 2 of the shelf packers, and they welcomed me to Lancaster with open arms. One older guy was ready to marry me off another younger team member. He encouraged me to visit again, and to enjoy my stay. Sadly, I never saw the older guy again , my visits to the store was 2-3 times per week even while I faced the tiring long distance from my hotel to the store in the blaring sun on my skin. I liked the store's layout.However, I have a few draw backs; no Caribbean foods, limited ready to go meats in the hot/cold food area. I prefer roasted turkey or Boars head Honey-glazed Turkey, baked chicken, especially the wings, lamb sirloin/raw/barbecued- the store only prepares beef/pork cuts.The store should make an effort to package portions of produce/meats/cuts suitable for single individuals/and hotel stay over business individuals.Lastly,I wished they had joined partnership with the hotel to transport us to the store to shop. I was disappointed that they didn't package 1/2 dozen eggs, they only packaged a dozen and more eggs in a tray.

I love this store and the employees!! The store is always neat, clean, and well stocked. When I went in a few days before Christmas Eve they were sold out of the fresh fresh vegetable trays that they make so beautifully at the holidays so Craig directed me to make a special order through Lisa G. So I would be guaranteed to have one because they would continue to make them, but they sell out quickly. Lisa gave me additional suggestions and ideas as I described what someone else had brought to my home recently. While I was waiting for her I got to chat with Jorge. He and Craig did not stop stocking while they were giving me information. It was amazing at the speed at which they worked and their genuine friendliness. I would go out of my way again to order something special from their store. In the past I have had excellent service from their deli department also for their special orders. Thanks, everyone. I hope you had a happy holiday - you certainly gave us excellent service!

Mostly has all items in stock, which is almost a miracle with the supply chain issues lately. Good produce, but a bit pricey and not much better than some other stores. Good sales.

Your “fresh” produce is disgusting. Got a red onion that was bad. Dark spots, soft and wet. Along with rainbow chard that stunk up the house. I was smelling something foul & musty and it let me to the Swiss chard. Just bought it today. Check your produce.
