I am incredibly grateful for discovering this store. Our dog's health had not improved despite taking her to the vet, and we were starting to lose hope. However, the staff at this store were incredibly helpful, and they specialize in holistic nutrition. They suggested giving her probiotics, and thanks to their guidance, our dog is doing much better day by day. We have renewed hope for her recovery. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Debbie and the store's staff who went out of their way to help us.

Where do I even start! This is pet lovers/trainer Disneyland! Not only are the staff kind and knowledgeable but they pride themselves in only carrying the best of the best product. From equipment to toys to treats and dog food - HIGH quality raw dog food!! This is hands down the best pet supply store I’ve personally been to. Thanks guys! You rock!

All the staff are friendly and professional. They even stay a few minutes after close if you call in advance. They offer coupons & specials. They are pet owners themselves. And Alison is just exceptionally knowledgeable - from stocked items, to symptoms & behaviors, to items & prescriptions they don't offer, she will give you information. She is a phenomenal resource and really cares about customers and our pets. I found her service & info is better than many Vets and she offers a holistic approach as well which is important for health & comfort of our fur babies. Food and supplements are excellent quality. Prices are competitive. I go there for my high quality Orijen & Acana cat food and supplements, toothpaste, vitamins, dried fish & rabbit treats she loves. Less preservatives, fillers, processed foods. Only the best for our Thea!

Amazing staff, as well as a lot of great independent brands! Big raw food section, organ blends, beef bones and my pup likes the chicken necks best. The Heartwise supplements have been helping my 110lb Presa Dane. Thank you all for help, my pup has shown so much improvement in his health.You can kiss Pets mart, Petco or any corporate pet store goodbye. Happy I found A Better Way !!

I come here about thrice a month. I've had no issues with them since I first moved to the AV 8 months ago. The store is clean and pricing is fair compared to the other holistic pet stores I've been to. There's a dog food they don't sell in store, but they order it for me and I usually pick it up when I get cat food. I didn't know this until the other day; they usually order a few at a time, even if I only prepay for one. That way it's in the store when I need it. I think that speaks volumes for their customer service. They're trying to make my life a little easier and I appreciate that. My only complaint is I wish they had a bigger selection in toys and accessories, and carried some basic things for small animals. Other then that seems like the store is well stocked. If they had a small animal selection, I wouldn't have to go to any other store or Amazon.

They're very friendly and very knowledgeable! There's even some happy dogs there that are happy to help you try on any Elizabethan collars or harnesses. There was a beagle there once who helped us pick out some tasty treats for our dogs. Prices are a little high, but if you think about it, you'd pay the same, if not more, for medications at the vet. Very good selection of natural supplements that help. My dogs love the coconut oil, and the phyto-flex helps my old girl's joints soo much. This place is awesome!

Couple weeks ago my dog was not well. I thought it was getting so bad I was going to have to put him down. They helped with different food and probiotics. My boy is a puppy again. He is playing with toys that he hasn’t done in years. Thanks to the helpful people there they saved my dogs life. Forever grateful.

They are very knowledgeable and helpful. If you want to give your pet the more natural healthy diet and supplementation this is where you want to go. Dont waste your time with Petsmart or Petco.
