As I walk in to Rite Aid in Lamont, there is always a greeting. I personally enjoy shopping there for any last minute weekly supplies I need as well as my medicine. Not many stores with good customer service like this one.

The same awful pharmacist strikes again for the third time.This male pharmacist continues to plague our community with his sheer disregard for patients. Who tells a patient that their prescription will be ready tomorrow when they haven't had said prescription for over two weeks? Who says it'll be ready tomorrow the first call, but the second call says they don't have enough to fill it the day it should be due, and it's unknown when they'll get a shipment?What an absolute clown show ever since he showed up and has only lied and lied to countless patients who NEED their prescriptions to function. Don't go here for medicine, the pharmacy, and especially the useless pharmacist who lied to your face. He has made this Rite Aid into an unreliable and untrusting mess, and all of you should look to other pharmacies to avoid this man like the plague.I've been going here since this Rite Aid was built, and this male pharmacist is the absolute worst I have ever seen. You should be ashamed.

I been all over Bakersfield and Lamont trying to find infant Motrin , I called and the guy that answered as very kind and took his time to find it for me when he did he put it aside for me after almost every location being out of stock so thank you for that didn’t get a name but I hope they notice their hard work !

The Pharmacy the closet to my home. Unfortunately, it is the worst service in the pharmacy department I have ever experienced. German- looks like he just got out of bed! And this is every time, doesn't matter the time. The little waiting area chairs are hideous, GROSS! The water cooler is so dirt is just as bad!Every time I go to pick up my prescription and German is helping, my prescription is always "not called in" "it's not here" "what's your bday" "checked voicemail-not here" and I have to wait 30 mins more so he can figure out to get it ready and charge my card! DEAR MANAGER-look at your potential to grow the department with better customer service!

The pharmacy excels at being slow and making sure only one person does all the work while every one else back there does practically nothing. I've been using Rite Aid for years, and it's been like this since day one.

The store is okay, but over priced..The pharmacy sucks! You can literally be the ONLY person needing to pick up a rx and you wait 15 min or more! And dont even try the drive thru rx!
