Worst employee service ever ! They always want you to buy a accessory like a speaker, phone case or earbuds with an employee discount , but in reality they’re just trying to scam you, I’ve experienced it multiple times here, once tried to buy a jbl speaker for 60, which was the original price, out of no where another employee shows up and replaces the first one that was helping me, she then proceedes to tell me the speaker itself is 130 if I don’t take another jbl product with her employee discount, such bull, don’t trust these people!

Definitivamente no volvere a esta tienda es de lo peor me cambiare de compañia. Fui a comprar de urgencia un telefono por el cual pedi el mas economico q tuvieran y si me ofresieron uno con un costo de 79.99 mas tax resulta q la chica la cual no quiso dar su nombre, agrego una funda la cual no pedi y aparte no me la dieron en 60dlls mas tax, cuando regrese a preguntar q avia pasado con ese cobro porq enrealidad no estava deacuerdo las chicas no me quisieron alludar para nada al yo desirles que avia llamado al 611 y que ese pago no lo tenian q aver echo y que no avian reportado sierta cantidad, comensarin a ocultar ala chica q me vendio el telfono y a manager de tienda, deje mi numero de telfono pero jamas e recivido llamada de manager supongo q jamas le dieron mi numero, quise llevar esto a corte pero yo perderia mas de lo q me van a devolver y es injusto miro q lo hacen mucho con las personas mayores, si alguien save como alludar con esto porfavor agan algo, puede q una voz aga la diferencia, mi consejo revisa q te venden y sino estas deacuerdo marca al 611 en ese momento de la compra y ahi si te aclaran las cosas.

No vayas a esta tienda te roban. Fui a comprar un teléfono pedí el más económico ya que era una emergencia, cuando vi la supuesta manejadora estaba poniéndole screen y case. Le dije que yo no había pedido eso y me dijo que era gratis ERA OBVIO QUE NO, me dio la factura y allí decía que lo estaba contando. ME DIO UN TELEFONO QUE NO CONECTA A INTERNET POR QUE ES MUY VIEJO TODO EL TIEMPO DICE LITE. Y CUANDO QUISE DEVOLVERLO DIJERON QUE NO POR QUE HABIA COMPRADOS UNA PROMOCIÓN.(EL SUPUESTO SCREEN Y EL CASE QUE JAMAS PEDI) El celular literal se traba. ES UNA FORMA DE ROBO YA QUE TE OMITEN INFORMACION Y HACEN QUE PASES TU TARJETA 💳 PARA PAGAR ALGO QUE NO PEDISTE 😡🤬 Obviamente ES UNA STAFA DISFRAZADA. Hare todo lo posible por poner un reporte o en corte civil para que aprendan a no estafar
