This place is ok for quick items needed, like I went by for tortillas and toilet paper. Negatives the store seems cluttered and dirty, like the floors in general. Then the way the registers are set up is confusing and as they usually just have one person ringing you up, the wait does get long.

don’t even stop here ! blonde lady kept following me around the store , and called 2 mangers up to the front because i was looking for big rice krispys for my pregnant wife , and couldn’t find them LOL ! the profiling gets out of hand won’t be here again they should all be fired , horrible staffing blonde lady is racist and gives you attitude cuz they think your stealing ! LOL they make minimum wage and sell things under 10$ what’s to steal .. they think there worth millions or something 😂👎

For being the only family Dollar around I would say this one's pretty good. They do have a frozen section area they do have drinks and all the sense of things you need for your daily routine. And the employees are very kind and very helpful.

My visits are mostly pleasant except when they run out of bags but that to me means that they are super busy. Everyone is polite. They deserve the 5 stars. BTW I go almost daily during my evening walks. The coupons are awesome too.

I've been to this store countless times but since they hired that thin girl with bangs and glasses at the front register it's such a drag to go. I was there at 2:40 pm today and she was yelling at an elderly man. After she yelled at him for about 8 times HE APOLOGIZED TO HER. It's so sad to see good stores go to waste because of unhappy employees. And even sadder to see how the manager allows it.

Very long lines with most of the time only one register open, if you want to grab an item really quick and go, set aside at least 30 minutes to wait in line. Fast customer service is not the focus of the manager at this store

Everytime I go in I'm greeted with a smile, the store is well kept. I just wished their price checker machine worked. Overall I have no complaints, all employees are very friendly.

Staff is very friendly and professional. Also the store had all the items I was shopping for at reasonable prices. From household items to auto items. Family Dollar is a great store.

Some items have a price on them and when paying they are marked a $1 more. Plus tax.So difficult, when paying management isn't on site.
