When I first came in was greeted with wonderful customer service I didn’t catch the guys name but he gave me the rundown on how to use self dog washing station and products. I love that there was plenty of stations open for use and everything I need to wash my dog. I also like that I wasn’t rushed on the wash and I had plenty of time to get my dog cleaned. I will definitely be coming back next week to wash again thank you 🙏

Great spot Chloe looked beautiful and like she enjoyed her bath and clean up! Will definitely come back! Also has a pet store with a great selection!

I’d leave 0 stars if I could! I took in my schnauzer for a bath and haircut & just hours after getting home, I could tell he was very uncomfortable and in pain! I started checking him and immediately saw they had hurt him in all his private areas 💔 I called at least 20 times before someone actually picked up. When I asked what happened to him and sent pictures of what I was seeing, I was told they had no clue and all they could do was provide a cooling gel. They also said he could have hurt himself some other way when clearly it was major cuts and burns all over his private parts and his tail. They didn’t apologize for hurting my dog or admitted to being at fault. I will never take him here again. It took several days of applying an antibiotic ointment his vet recommended before he was no longer in pain & redness/inflammation went away! Sadly he now has a scar on his tail for life & is traumatized due to the horrible treatment at your elegant pet 💔😔

10/10 loved it! Went in for the self serve wash to wash my girls. Was $18 per pet which Included diluted bottles of shampoo, conditioner and ear cleaning solution. They also have add ons such as cologne and paw rub which are $1.Also offer aprons for you so you don’t get wet and a powerful blow dryer and towels to dry your dog.Wash stations are a good size fit two medium sized dogs which was perfect for me to wash both my girls at the same time.The actual store in general had many things from crates, dog beds, food bowls, treats, bathing supplies and toys. Employees are very helpful and polite.

Vey nice self cleaning pee shop with lots of dog merch. Many cleaning stations and I saw a drying station. There are grommet standing by too. I have a Bichon and it’s a puppy with fast growing nails. I came here to get his nail cut. It’s fast turn around and very cheap price. There sell dog treats and will do dental cleaning.

I love taking my baby here. Valerie is my toy poodle’s groomer and she is amazing. My baby always comes out looking so cute with bows on her hair.

Groomer did an excellent job. Our doggo was nice and clean. Place was not as pleasant and inviting. Walked in and didn’t smell good. We doubted the quality but overall good price but don’t think we will make it back to Your Elegant Pet.

I brought my 55 lbs English bulldog in for the self service wash. It was my first time so they walked me through how to use their facilities and products provided. I upgraded to an oatmeal shampoo and they already provided a soap for the face, conditioner, scrubber, cotton balls for an ear wash, face towel, regular towel, dog brush, even a disposable apron for myself. My booth had a ramp for him to walk up. I loved that I was able to take my time washing and drying without feeling any time constraints as some other facilities do. In general it’s a difficult task to bathe my bully, but Your Elegant Pet helped to make most of it easier. I highly recommend!

My dog went here for a haircut. After getting him home my poor dog has been crying and itching all night and day. Public please be very careful. My pup is family and this is so difficult for any doggy dad to witness. I actually am so afraid for the public. Stay away from this building

I took my 4 month old doodle here for the first time to get him groomed. They did such an amazing job and my puppy was happy. I’m definitely a lifer now. Everyone is always so friendly and kind ❤️

This place does a great job with my Chihuahua's nails because they are black it's not easy for some groomers to see where the quick is and she yelps which makes me feel so bad. I pay a little more here but the end result is worth it.

Our dog always comes home happy and smelling good. They do a very thorough job, and she's always ready to be picked up when they say she's ready. They aren't available for walk-ins usually, but the service is worth planning ahead for.

Absolutely great service! The self service wash is awesome! They provide you with all the necessary items you need to wash your furbaby. There is no time limit which is great because it takes a while to wash my big guy! And the prices are reasonable. Highly recommend this place.

Unless you get a full groom and don't do a la carte services, they rush the job. It didn't feel like they did a thorough job in cutting the hair between their paw pads and cutting their nails.

This place is awesome what a great idea. I took my dog and gave her a good bath in their tub, no mess. They will provide everything for you, shampoo, towels, blow dryer, ect... The staff are friendly and helpful. The store have everything you need for your pets. I highly recommend this place, you won't be disappointed. Fair price to.

Valerie was amazing to my Maltese who is partly paralyzed. She was sooo gentle and cleaned her and washed her glooppy eyes.Thank you for everything ❤️ Everyone was soo kind and caring. Would recommend 100%

I get my dog groomed here and he always comes back smelling super fresh and brushed out super nice. Plus the people are very nice and friendly. Christy is great! They have a nice store with high quality food and products.

Great Grooming! great selection of food! I have been taking my pups here for quite a while. They always are able to fit me in even when I don't have an appointment. My dogs come back smelling clean and scrubbed, would highly recommend 👍

I've been taking my Labrador here for years. They've always done a great job, but now they seem to have forgotten that pets are personal, and so too should grooming be personal. They appear to be afraid of their customers now, because our calls aren't important. If I wanted impersonal and my dog and I treated like a number, I'd go to one of the big pet stores.
