Wonderful place to go if you believe in only giving the best quality food to your fur babies. And if you have finicky animals, this place is GREAT!! They let you RETURN DRY FOOD that you or your pet don't like, as long as there is more than 1/2 of the bag left!! And when buying those big expensive bags of food not knowing if they'll even eat it, this has been such a blessing!! I don't know how they can afford it, but I am truly grateful.

It was an ok store. When you walk in, it smells like a farm would. Reminds me of my old little desert community. The guy who helped me, was kind of standoffish. It was my first time there at the store. We just happened to be in the neighborhood looking for a small dog collar for my lil Chihuahua terrier mix. I guess he was disappointed that I didn't spend very much in the store. No need to.

Spoke with Valerie who helped us find a great dog food. She was VERY knowledgeable on what guess into the dogs foods. Unfortunately they did not have much other animal foods, I went in for African Grey parrot food...but if you want dog or cat food... this is your place.

Really clean shop and wide variety of feed and supplies. Very reasonable prices. Nice displays and easy to navigate between aisles. This is a feed store only. They do not have pets or animals here for adoption.

Great place for toys and fancy food, however they don't carry our brand anymore so I don't go as often. The manager is very nice and accommodating. Got into a conversation about trying raw food for my cats and he graciously gave me a bunch of samples to try. All the staff has been very helpful anytime I've had a question, and they have quality products here. Also every month or so they have a mobile vet and groomer I believe.

Small store, but the selection is pretty good. All of the dog foods they carry are high quality. The store is always organized well and very clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. There are lots of toys to choose from as well for all sizes of dogs. There are all sorts of treats to choose from, too, with a variety of shapes, sizes, and flavors.

Came in yesterday to get some cat food and let me tell you, this place is so amazing!!The employees were so helpful; they signed us up for the rewards program, gave us some free treats to try, and offered us some free goats milk to try as well! The lady who checked us out was efficient and kind, and the other employee who was next to her was so unbelievably sweet! She gave me such an amazing complement, and that made my day! I was already going to write a great review for the place just because of their wide selection of goods, and helpfulness, but that really was the cherry on top!I would love to come back; they had a great selection of products and their prices are great! They even had the cat food we came in for on sale! I highly recommend supporting this store over places like Petco or Petsmart and I will definitely come back soon! I love this place and I’m so glad that we stumbled upon it!

Second time I’ve been in here where the associate told me I shouldn’t buy a product you’re selling. First was I was holding a rawhide where they approached me and told me that’s not good for my dog. Second I was holding a bag of dog treats, of which brand covered half the shelves inventory at full price, and they approached me and told me it won’t be sold here after they sell out these, because of quality control issues. So my question is, why are you selling them in your store to begin with? Probably should teach your “sales associates” what running a business is all about and not pushing away customers from products you put on your shelves. Just not interested in going here anymore, plenty of other options that aren’t as expensive to begin with without unsolicited self-righteous lectures.

I will never shop at this location. The managers are rude and will not help you and also a female manager was helping my family out and when she was done talking to us just walked away. We were still trying to ask her questions and she just kept walking away. Poor customer service and that Manager should get fired. We returned our item at the Long Beach store which everyone over there are nice and professional. The Fullerton one also. But Long Beach took our return and we spent another $100 at the store. Also we told the manager at Lakewood we would use e return to buy more things for our dogs and she didn’t care. I told all of my friends and family to never go to the Lakewood store again cause of their customer service and attitude forwards there customers. Don’t believe the 4.5 stars on here.

Clean store. Helpful and friendly staff. Prices are same as many pet stores for the same products, but the customer service is way above those stores. We buy grain-free food and products made in the USA. We can find them here. The store brand Welcome Home is a good grain-free food my dogs love. It's made in America and the price is excellent.

Great variety of high end dog and cat food. I buy Orijen (dry) and Stella and Chewy (raw) here for my cats. It's nice to have everything I need all in one store. The store is also very clean and the staff is great.

This store is amazing. Chris is the best. I go here for almost everything. I buy my dog food, cat food, cat litter, and dog products. Chris has helped me with my dog's skin issues and is the most knowledgeable person that I trust and I usually don't trust anyone when it comes to my dogs. When I got my cat he helped me get the right things for him and helped me with suggestions on food, cat litter, and even the best cat box ever. This is the only store I go to and if they don't have it i ask for a suggestion and work hard at not going to Petco. They really do care about not only the customer but what is the best for the animal. They always carry my stuff out for me due to my physical illnesses and help me with my receipts. Most of the staff is friendly, professional, patient and knowledgeable.

The staff there are always super helpful, knowledgeable, and you can just tell how passionate they are about pets. They also have a policy where you have 60 days to return/exchange food if your pet does not like it. This way you can have your pet try different high quality foods without worrying about wasting your money if they don't like it. Hey if I don't like eating thing over and ovet again, why would I make my pet, especially if their natural diet would have variety in it depending on availability.

Great selection for animal food and treats. Workers are always there to help out. Only thing I don't like is that the toys are not made well enough for the price. (Rather go next door to HomeGoods for those.) Quite a bit pricey for the quality.

Love this place. I pay a little more than other pet stores but it's worth the money. They have many choices of healthier food for my fussy cats. I can buy food with veggies or without, raw frozen food, canned or dry. My cats eat canned and dry Fussie Cat cat food products and Fromm dry food. So much more healthy for the cats than Friskies products. There are vitamins, treats, toys, carriers, flea products and many other products offered for your pets. The staff is always available to help and answer questions. Experts come on certain days to give vaccinations for your animals if needed. Great store!!

I love Centinela Feed, the staff are always very friendly and helpful as soon as you walk in the door and I bring my dog with me so he gets a fun experience with all the scents and even a treat at the check-out register (after he performs a trick of course). They will even help you to your vehicle if you are getting large bags of food.
