I had some hickup on my usual pharmacy and my prescription. When finally sorted out, after 4 calls during the day they didn't have my prescription available, and had to wait until Thursday... How didn't they say they didnt have it in stock since the begining? I asked if any other Walgreens did... By this time is 8:40 pm.closing at 9pm... I called.lakeside location, and by 8:57 I had my prescription... outstanding service, Nina and Halina

I went to pick up my prescriptions on my way home from the hospital after surgery last night. I called at 8:30pm to find out what the problem was since I had gotten a text from Walgreens stating there was a delay due to insurance. The pharmacist said she could not help me because they were closing in 16 minutes and corporate has strict policies on closing on time. I explained I had just had surgery and needed my pain meds. The pharmasist was unwilling to call the Dr regarding the issue or stay on the phone with the insurance company. She must have said they needed to close 7 times. Needless to say, I went home with no pain meds. It's unbelievable, to me that such a thing could have happened completely disgusted and disappointed with the pharmacists lack of compassion or concern for my situation. This particular pharmasist said she didn't typically work at the Lakeside branch. I don't see how that should have an impact on filling an important RX. I had the same RX a year ago for another surgery with no reflilis, so it's obvious I'm not some drug addiction fiending for pills.

Waited at the photo counter for 10 min before anyone came over just to drop off a fed ex package already labeled and ready to go. When she came to help she brought her long and obnoxious acrylic nails as well as her attitude. I said I wasn't sure if I just leave it here since it is labeled and paid for or if I wait. She says 'No u wait u need to give us your number' She then hands me her walgreens device to enter my number. I enter it give it back and she walks away, attitude and all. So I asked am I good? She rudely says yes! She was miserable and not a good representation of customer service for Walgreens.

One of the employees was telling us that we were in there for too long and that we needed to leave but we weren’t done shopping. The lady would not leave us alone and we were just trying shop. Then she was staring at us through the aisles and I told her to stop looking at us because it was creepy but she wouldn’t. I told this to another employee who was at the register but she would ignore it. Not good customer service at all.

Every time I have a prescription sent here there is always an issue. Due to health reasons I needed a medication delivered. They marked it as shipped when they hadn’t even shipped it out making it two days late. Then I call because I have a question for the pharmacist and get hung up on 3 times. I’m done using Walgreens in general but especially this one.

Only filled my prescription partial because they didn’t have all the pills which is fine but when I picked up what they did have they placed the order for the remaining pills. Why wait until I come in to place the order….should have placed the order when they realized they didn’t have enough.

Dr called in a prescription at 3:00 they said it would be ready in thirty mins. Went there at 4:30 have gave them an hour and a half. The lady said they didn't have anything... She asked someone else they said oh it's in the bin give us 30 more mins. Well I'm on trip number 4 here about 3 and a half hours later and now the newest guy said oh I'll get right on that. Give me another 15 minutes. I eventually got my medication. Guy was nice. Just was a little frustrated.

They're "automated" system for prescription drugs miserably fails repeatedly. Our dog has seizures, requiring two med every twelve hours. Our local veterinarian prescribes the med and sends over the prescription authorization to Walgreens Pharmacy. The pharmacy tells us that the Veterinarian doctor, either, has not authorized the meds, or that the doctor has not provided them the authorization. I/we then have to make repeated calls to both the vet and Walgreens and have multiple authorizations sent by the vet until Walgreens "finds" the request/authorization. Zero stars for the inconvenience, but bumped it up to two stars because once the prescription is finally ready, their drive-through service is really convenient and pretty quick.

I like shopping at this Walgreens but have never had a positive experience at the actual pharmacy. They will tell you that it will be ready in 20 min and two hours later you're still waiting. I am truly unsure what the disconnect could be. I'd suggest a different pharmacy if you need your medication quickly.

I had such a poor experience today. My doctor sent in a prescription at 11 AM. I got in line at the drive up behind one car and she was 17 minutes waiting for her prescription. Then I pull up and the guy says he has other people and will be back soon. 14 minutes later I pushed the button, no once came they just said be with you soon while they took walk ups inside that got in line after I did. Then when the guy finally came he was very snotty and when I corrected him on my name he dropped the phone and rolled his eyes and left the counter. Someone else came to help me and he tried to hurry, but the damage was done. 41 minutes in line is TOO DARN LONG!!! plus the added nastiness.

The drive through waits are something else. Not sure what takes someone 15 minutes at the pickup window, but it makes me late to get back to work. Have people pull into a waiting spot or something, ffs.

Been sending money to Mexico for more than 2 years at this walgreens through the WesternUnion app, today show up at this store to finish my transaction but when I told the lady at register she said that I have to do it at the kiosk at the store and explain her that i have everything ready on the phone but she didn’t want to do it that way she said it has to be done by the kiosk, she looks mad or unhappy poor service horrible attitude it was my store for everything but now rather drive little farther than go there im paying for a service not asking for anything free

My insurance switched to this Pharmacy and so far nothing but problems. I am disappointed with the pharmacy. Every time I have stopped in they have been closed for lunch and the other times they have been out of my medication and had to order it. I was told to come back in the afternoon the next day and that no other Walgreens carried the medication. No phone to call let me know if it has arrived.
