Albertsons is a Grocery Shopping Oasis. Albertsons has Groceries that are in The Top Ten Percentile as far as Quality goes. Some of them have a Pharmacy right inside also. Besides the Sundries, Makeup, Hair Care, and Office Supplies, They offer a Very Fresh and Large Selection of Produce and Meats, Some Albertsons have Real Banks inside too. They "DO" have "ALL" The Wheelchair Provisions Also, and are Always Polite, Courteous, and Helpful to Me, a Disabled Person Myself. Albertsons accepts EBT also, and Credit Cards. I feel I should add that they have Excellent Holiday Items, As Well. 🙏💯🌟

In a time when Bidenomics is ruining us and food prices are soaring, Albertsons/Vons expect us to buy four of an item in order to get a pittance of a discount. Not very considerate of consumers. Not even worthy of one star.

Amal was absolutely lovely and hopeful! She was so kind and I just want to shout out to her and hopefully a manager will shout out to her. She's so kind and helpful and I just think she was the best customer service skills.

Top of the line meat fish deli .stock pretty good.friendly staff.nice customers.lots of room in the aisles.bakery lots of cakes pastries goodies.its a great alternative to walmart.more expensive but you'll notice the quality.

Groceries are pricey right now but even pricier here. Unless you select the items that are on special. Not for all your grocery shopping needs unless you have a huge budget. Five dollar Fridays are pretty cool. Great selection of flowers in the floral department. The only place I can purchase the White pizza from California Pizza Kitchen (frozen) since pre-covid, do that's a huge plus. Checkers are friendly and there's a Starbucks inside.

Went here to have a package delivered no one was in the customer service area asked for assistance manger told me to wait for her to finish the line. After that she kept to come to her line after about 15 minutes I told her if she could finally help me and she just started laughing at me in my face. Overall very unprofessional of especially when she is the manger I believe her name was amber.

I like Albertsons. Great place to shop. The store is clean and uncluttered. I was actually asked by a crewmember if they could help me find something!!! Edit: I am not familiar with the store. I asked where something was and they actually walked me over to it. Great deli meats and cheeses. They have a good selection of fresh bread too, like my fav jalapeno cheese bread

I love this albertsons but had a horrible interaction from a employee pushing the carts. A older blond lady with black sunglasses today put carts back, I went to grab one she held on to it and I need to push these. Then I couldn't get the cart unstuck while holding my son and she then told me you can do it " I've seen women with 2 children pull the carts back" then complain to another customer about me. I hurt my arm a month ago. A little kindness of helping me pull it apart or just not saying anything.Later I come by and she's complaining to customers she's the only one that cleans the carts. Also how she's stressed. This happened around 2:50pm.I work with animals and if a client is having a hard time holding their leashed dog I don't tell them Ive seen people hold 10 dogs at once then continue to not help and berate them to other staff members.

I come here often and I always have a good shopping experience this was my first time ever meeting Emily I had went through self checkout she stood behind me and watched as I was ringing up my order, then asked me if I scanned items. I told her I was doing 2 different transactions. She then takes me to where she can check me out okay no problem she’s again asking me if I scanned certain items I told her I was doing two different transactions barely finished one and the discount didn’t work. She voids my order gives me a refund then re scans my items. As I go back to get one of the right items so the sale could work I see her watching me, as I’m walking down the isle to the checkout up front then when I’m back at the checkout this time instead of going to self checkout I go to through regular checkout because there open now and again from self check out she’s watching me. I’ve never felt more uncomfortable by an employee especially while just checking out. Emily I hope you don’t do this to every customer because it was very distasteful.

Loaded cart and ready to check out and noticed only 2 lanes open. I will never shop at this store again because I went home and left my full cart with an employee explaining the situation. I called and spoke to a so called manager who explained that they were not allowed to have more than 2 checkers.

This is a main store for Lakeside so the stock on items I love are hard to get sometimes. But the procuse ladies who cut up the prepared containers are always helpful in getting me the times missing like watermelon bowls or Diced onions. Staff if friendly. And the bathroom is always clean

I had never been to an Albertsons before this trip. The place is big, and there's a ton of items to choose from inside. There need department was excellent the seafood department was excellent the prepared foods department was excellent. Also, I was very surprised and pleased to see that they not only sold beer, but also wine and hard liquor as well. All this in a grocery store? I'm from the East coast, they don't do business this way. I was able to get everything I needed, and check out was just a breeze. Check out person is very helpful and very polite. Plenty of room in the parking lot as well, and I found it well located for my purposes. It was all good at this stop and I'll be happy to come back again! Definitely a two thumbs up and worth the trip. I did get some food from the prepared food section, some beef tips and barbecue sauce and they were extraordinary. I'll definitely be looking to get more!

Never had an issue with this store always get our birthday cakes with no complaints but today I got a cake for my daughter's 10 birthday and when I say this cake was drier than a sand monster's BH no joke a coking hazard end up throwing what was cut away and passed out pop tarts not cool Albertson's and anybody who is actually paying attention would not look at this thing and be like oh yeah that's good to go

It's gotten better since covid and the employees are always accommodating and they give rain checks and work with you if they still don't have the items but the check is about to expire. It's also in a very convenient location so that's also nice. Produce is always fresh, although it is on the pricey side.

Super busy and meh since there aren't many choices. I try to avoid going to a big name grocery store. High prices unless you just through the coupon hoops.I do love their fried chicken from the deli. Convienent that there's a Starbucks inside.

For the most part I have had good experiences here. Have been coming here for over 4 years. But the biggest most current issue to date is all the homeless people loitering in the area. Fake beggars with their kids on the corner as you pull in on Fridays. They sit and lay around the front door areas on weekdays and midday on weekends. Now to top it all off I was stopped inside the store last night around 10:20pm by a sketchy looking person asking me if I was paying for my things with cash. Was business does he have asking that question? This homeless issue in East county is getting worse. Now they'll ask you for money inside the store instead of begging outside the front doors.Why can't stores implement rules where if this happens the person gets escorted out or arrested to help protect us while we spend our hard earned money at their store?

Took my sister to this location, Store was nasty, vegetables were mildewed, assortment of fruits limited and not fresh. Store floors dirty, smells like old meat wafting thru establishment. We declined to shop there and instead went to the Main St location. Sorry Not Sorry

I just got chased thru the parking lot by a short black haired lady over ten cents 🤣 I came back and paid it the whole time she made me feel like I'm stealing... 10 cents... She even started joking about me with another customer joking that I probably can't pay it.Not planning on ever coming back to this location.

What is wrong with this Albertsons, ESPECIALLY THE NIGHT CREW??? I'm absolutely appalled by the level of disrespect given and lack of customer relations these "employees" exert... I'm a long time customer and usually wouldn't complain, but on the multiple occasions of consistent issues, I MUST speak up as I see from other reviews this is sadly an ongoing trend... First let's start by when I first enter the doors and there are no hand baskets available, so after looking around I ask an employee and she rolls her eyes and says there's only TWO in the whole store and leaves me standing there... Now this is the second time I've had a similar issue. So now I'm shopping and in line when I see another customer getting ready to stand behind me and instantly I get a tap on my shoulder with a closed lane side and its the employee at register quickly asking me to close the lane. EXUSE ME ALBERTSONS BUT I'M NOT AN EMPLOYEE BUT A CUSTOMER, put your own sign down as its what you're being paid to do... Lastly as they bag my goods, everything is sloppily put into bags and I literally had to tell him to stop crushing my goods and I was forced to rearrange the bags myself... By far a sad shopping experience and I'll be shopping at sprouts for now as my blood pressure doesn't get effected by shopping there.

Just right now, me and my husband got so upset with the lady incharge in deli section. Not even acknowledge that we're waiting for our turn, she just have one customer that she continues my chatting with. Just an acknowledgement.would be great as if she didn't see us ...almost five minutes lady. We ended up leaving the store.

Great store with even better staff. Selection is good but seemed limited. I am after food items not knick knacks and yard furniture. Check out is typically smooth. They do use some of the handicapped parking to store carts?

The employees at this Albertsons are not friendly or polite. The few times I had to shop here was always the same type of issues from 95% of the employees. No smiles, no greetings, no manners and no “have a nice day” on the way out. The person working in the meat department was the only polite person this visit and I appreciated that.

I go here almost every day 5 mins before they close. Fill up a shopping cart with merchandise but only end up buying like 3 super cheap items 🛒🤷🏼‍♂️😵‍💫. Have a problem with that? Oh well. Merica muddafukka!🆗😎
