I do like Mendo Mill but almost every time I go in and need help it's hard to find someone, they don't have what I need or the "guy" that does come isn't very friendly or helpful! There's a few people that are friendly, helpful and knows their stuff but mostly they miss the mark for such a big company! That's been my experience in the past 10 years I've been shopping there! 😏✌🏼

I have never had a bad experience and the items I need, may be a lil pricey but .im glad I could find it with out having to travel. I love having access to the items I need... All in one shopping. . Also it's the only place to have your new keys made.

Great community hardware store, they have a little bit of everything stashed away in every corner. I'm here way to much! Love the points and perks and coupons. Most of the staff are very nice and helpful.

So far the staff was not so customer friendly, we went to buy a product that in the shelf was a certain price but when purchased it was a different price. We went to ask and the area that we received the product was an over product shelf. There was no sign that said it was over product and the price that was on that sign meant “nothing at all”. Therefore spending more than needed. 8/10Additionally, the staff in the section in charge is very tremendously rude and inconsiderate about others including my uncle post war veteran, they are super rude and think they know it all. Leaving me with trauma knowing if I ever want to shop with them again! Is this the service that you provide for those? Is us not the rule that the customers are always right (smiley face), yet they are doing the opposite with an angry face! Before you snap at a person know your area first and make sure you are aware of your products and the service you provide. This is why I would rather drive to Ukiah 45 minutes to go to Home Depot.

Over priced and sells used stuff. Paid well over retail for a propane heater than was used and smelled like a fine mix of mildew, wet dog, and cigarettes - it was, of course, the only unit in stock. Only reason to go here is for emergency purchases if you're willing to pay well over retail.

Still in the 21st century People are still getting racially profiled and discriminated against. I Purchase a grill over the weekend for a family event only to get it home and it not be conducive to what i needed. I kindly boxed it up to return it 2 days after my original purchase only To my surprise there is no return policy posted in store or on there receipts at all . I guess The manager makes them up and enforces very hurtful tactics to persons of color only. I can’t believe such a place still operates in barbaric behaviors. Please save your money and shop more reputable places

The store needs some serious updating. There is only a few of the staff that are knowledgeable. Most of the staff is friendly. I only shop there in an emergency situations.I visited this Mendo Mill on 2/16/22 and not much as changed. The shelves were missing key items, however one employee was very helpful in plumbing. He searched through pallets looking for the items that I needed.

I love the place. Well stocked, clean and organized. Great customer service. They gave me military discount even after I made my purchase. Dave patiently made the adjustment for me. Awesome service. This place is highly recommended. It looked like they have everything except for your food and clothing needs.

They always have what I'm looking for. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The store is always clean, with a pleasant atmosphere, and the prices are reasonable. This is my "go to" place for hard-to-find stuff, such as bubble (Christmas) lights -- which they ordered for me, at no extra cost. Excellent service!

Mendocino Mill was so helpful. I needed a CR 2303 battery for my remote start for my 2017 Jeep. It keeps turning itself off & on by itself. The guy at MM opened my keyfob up took out my old battery installed the new one & now all is good.

Had an amazing experience here today. Had help from a few staff members, all friendly. We are new generator owners and couldn’t figure out why the gfci kept tripping for our fridge, we planned on buying all this stuff to figure it out. David took the time to listen to our concerns and pointed out why it may not be working and showed us the actual cord we needed. He was absolutely right. He was extremely helpful. Thank you!

They have good merchandise and also competitive prices but more over they have very knowledgable helpful and most importantly (personally) courteous staff of employees. We spent over 700.00 and didnt feel like i spent more than the quality of the goods purchased.

I was sent to register then another and waited 20 before finally had to ask for help while two employees were just standing around in the main check who where the ones who sent to different registers .while they didn't have any customers at the time .after 25 minutes I finally had them call some one to assistant me at contractors check.placed a order for the next morning and here I set at 12:00 non still waiting on my materials.to say the least I'll just stay with kelsyville lumber next time .not the service I'll try again sorry team mendo .....
