I LOVE Grocery Outlet! They have a pretty good choice of food (and non-foods) considering it's a small store....The clerks are all very nice, the manager is very proficient and helpful.These people are working hard to keep the shelves stocked, feeding the masses can't be an easy job.I appreciate them so much!

If you live in lakeport or visiting, this is one of the most cost efficient place to shop. They have fresh veggies at the lowest price in all Lakeport. They also have a good selection of products but I mainly go there for the fruits and veggies. The store is always kept clean and the associates are super friendly and always helpful.I took off a star because their selection is limited compare to other grocery outlets.

UPDATE: We had a horrible experience with some leaking chicken. There were no paper towels hanging in the meat department like other locations and the restrooms were closed. We looked everywhere for something to wipe off the salmonella juice, even asking an employee who looked at us like we were crazy. We opened a package of napkins to use and put the remainder near the leaking chicken. When we checked out, a manager rudely told us if we didn't pay for the napkins, we are banned. There are other places to shop and that's what we do now.PREVIOUS: We're from Sacramento where there's lots of Grocery Outlets that are well stocked, so based on that, this one is OK. It's nice and clean and has great prices. Our favorite item is boneless, skinless chicken breasts with less than 1% added water. They don't shrink and are moist.

Manager (Ralph) is extremely rude. Does not know the meaning of personal space and doesn’t know how to handle situations properly. I was a retail manager for nearly a decade and have never come across another manager that will get in your face the way Ralph did over something so minuscule (small 6lbs dog in cart, not barking or bothering anyone and even making their customers smile and have a good experience in their store). I understand if you don’t want a dog in your store, but there are so many better ways to handle the situation rather than the way Ralph did. I was already at checkout when Ralph came up to me a second time and got in my personal space and I had to ask him multiple times to please back up because he was in my face. I have only had good experiences while visiting the Grocery Outlet located in Clearlake and will make it a point to never go to the Lakeport location ever again.

Clean store...friendly people and i saved $286.00!!!! Went shopping a couple weeks ago at another chain store and spent $200 and walked out with not enough food fortwo weeks. Today i spent $218 and i had a cart and a half full!! Booze and meat...and even snacks. Yeah.. I am very satisfied with my shopping experience!

This is my favorite store, I am so happy to have them nearbyish. My favorite cashier has given me so many tips on how to raise amazing tomatoes (shoutout to Keith!!). The store is well organized and the employees are friendly.

Plant selection is on point. They always get me with the orchids so pretty. Sometimes they have giant pots and other gardening stuff for supper cheap.

Store manager on duty today --4pm 2/22/2023 was highly unprofessional...The good points at this store: Store is clean, stocked and well maintained. The cashiers have always been very helpful & nice. The prices are great & have been the few times I have shopped here.This was the first poor customer service experience.I have never encountered a store manager like "Amanda" that’s that childish, immature and unprofessional in my adult life. Wow! I don't think I need to explain anything about my experience with manager- Amanda because this is not her first rodeo or poor review! LMAO!To be fair, good prices but check the dates before you buy anything. Whatever you do; stir clear of manager Amanda! Loland the store is great. No bathroom...

I love this place. I moved to Las Vegas and wish we had one of these here. I miss the great deals and miss getting black forest bacon...omg best ever. Plus I got a lot of great deals on pots and pans and casserole dishes. I also miss the deals on frozen food and on candy😁. I wish they would open some of these in Las Vegas

My wife and I went to this store about a week ago and their are 2 cashiers that are just rude!One is an older gentleman that critisizes what you purchase! I don't drink hardly ever and we decided to buy some wine this guy proceeds to say ( This has a lot of sugar in it!) really! It's wine of course it does! Also another time we went through the line and I asked for bags whatever it takes to bag what we have, and this older woman says do you have an EBT card to pay for it!! First of all I'm a Structural engineer and own a $2 mil dollar home here in Lakeport which is very high for this area!! I hope the manager reads this,as the cashiers need to mind their own business.

No public restroom, unlike any other GO I've been to. No paper towels in meat department, either. Chicken package open, got salmonella juice all over me. Cut myself on meat shelf! Grabbed a pack of napkins to dry off, left them in the meat department for others to use. Manager Amanda told me to pay for them or never come back. Good bye and hope I don't get an infection!!!

Great prices and an decent selection of meats and produce. You may find some "hidden gems" with some of the products but you have to risk it for the biscuit. Good selection of beer wine and alcohol. Overall my first choice.

I've always loved Grocery outlet, regardless of the city I've found them in. What's not to love? Great prices, good selection, surprises and plenty of my favorites, and helpful, cheerful employees! My only problem was making my limited cash stretch to a cart overflowing with my choices! Luckily, I only had to put back 2 items, the cashier was very understanding & patient, and the girls in line behind me were talking and didn't mind the delay. I love shopping at Grocery Outlet!

First stop on local shopping trips. The inventory varies but the prices are the lowest in town. Super clean always and the staff couldn't be nicer. Consistent fresh greens eggs and dairy. An ever shifting variety of the other food items we might desire.

This store is always great. They sanitize their carts and they always have full shelves. They also make available hand sanitizer stations throughout the store. I can appreciate thatand there is always plenty of checkout stands open to help the customers get out. A+++++
