I ordered a Sammi , while waiting I wanted one of the hot case buffet items, an egg roll, I consumed it immediately and told the employee to charge me for it, she condescendingly stated they are sold by weight, I guess with all that on the job experience she couldn't figure out how to make a price tag for .33 of a pound of egg roll to charge me correctly, like I ruined her day, sandwich was sub par as well

Enjoy getting the donuts and coffee in the morning. They have a great selection of glass bottle sodas, and they will try and get customer requested items. Overall nice grocery store with some of the better deli meats available in Lakeport.

I've always had good, friendly service. They have great produce. Good local milk. The seafood always smells really bad, I wouldn't buy any seafood there. They offer a lot of different Mexican products. Reasonable pricing.

Great deals on sandwiches and rotisserie chicken very tasty!!! Also great selection on culinary items; sauces, offers international section with spices, canned and packaged foods..... Bakery made breads tasty try the rye and cheese bundt (cheese bundt goes quick and seems to only be offered on weekends.)

They will not accept a nicely written paper for a sandwich order out of the deli. They prefer you use the paper order sheets but the sheets do not have all the options available to build the sandwich. Then you get to stand in the main line or checkout to pay for everything. Honestly I feel they need a better process

WOW! We were in Lakeport and had heard about this market and everything we heard was right! Well stocked with wide isles. We live in Mendocino Country and there is no store this nice there. Shop here then try to shop at the Willits Safeway. No comparison! To bad it's an hour a way.

I would always buy my deli meat at Brunos. But, recently I was surprised to see the bologna shrivel up, to about half the size, and paper thin when fried.My family loves fried bologna sandwiches.. I asked the deli manager about the quality of the bologna,and was this a one time thing... he told me there was nothing he could do.OK, people purchase deli meat expecting a better cut, but if there paying for it and not getting it, and the manager says "oh well"Oh, well, I will go somewhere else.

I love the new Ethnic Foods section! I've not only found old favorite items, but also some great new stuff to try! This store tends to carry things Safeway doesn't have, and their Deli sandwiches taste better -- so this is always a "must-go" store for me.

Our local grocer, and they are my favorite by far. We have asked about products that we noticed that they didn't carry, and within a few weeks they were now stocking that particular product. The management is very responsive and actually care what the customer wants. The clerks and other staff is just a pleasure. The very nice lead clerk who trains the other clerks seems to remember every customer. The deli is another shinning spot for a good treat.

So friendly and helpful here. We had been to Safeway down the street earlier in the day and it was chaos. Bruno's is less crowded, well stocked. They were out of pumpkin pie on Thanksgiving morning but they had sold out of the ones they baked the day before and even checked in the back for us.

Clean, great expanded selection of spices; baking isle is fantastic; meat department is great, deli sandwiches handmade to your liking; and breads in bakery are great. Produce department is spacious but a bit overpriced as with dairy too. Liquor department has good selection and nicely expanded entire isle for Hispanic ingredients.

They have a huge selection everything from Fast eats to great food. I accidentally walked out without paying for my donut. Walked back into pay and she was super understandable. Absolutely amazing prices and their rewards system is awesome

The prices are too high here $$$! They need a better shop your way rewards system. You don't get many deals at this place! They are good if you want that special item you can't find you will must likely find it there. They have good dough nuts, and deli meat and the sea food department is good. The service department has a Western Union.

What a nice store! Very orderly and well lit, large aisles, household and kitchen gifts, frozen yogurt station, all in addition to well-stocked shelves. They had local brands of jam, including one o can't get anywhere else without a special order.

While wanting to buy just a flower (Portulaca) I ran in to pay but realized I needed to get water...while my 78 year old father is waiting in his cool sports at...so here I am holding a flower and a 32 pack of water and I look in the basket in front of me and they have flour and eggs...well whatcha baking...she says it's for kids ministries..you see God works in mysterious ways. I love this store although I stress myself out due to my testimony. I love California!!! Here I am!!!

We ordered deli sandwiches to take on a picnic when we opened them there was literally two tiny pieces of meat in each sandwich. I had a salami and Swiss. In each Hal was only one slice of salami! How ridiculous is that for $6.99! Would love to be able to post the picture of this sandwich!

Very nice clean store with lots of great areas to shop this was my first visit and I came from out of town with my mom and had a pleasant experience. We enjoyed looking at the valentines gifts they had set up so cute.

I liked it a lot better when it was the old Bruno's. Placement of products of the Isles don't make sense to me. You have to really watch your prices some stuff way too high. The real rip off now is the tri-tip they cook on the weekend. Used to be great, starting making the cuts smaller leaving enormous chunks of fat on the meat. I used to buy one every weekend quit doing that. Nothing special about the deli, the bakery is still pretty good if you get there early and the coffee is still hot. Going to Safeway more and more now although more inconvenient with the parking be tough. Get there about 7 or 8 in the morning and it's okay. Bruno's is a little easier for me to deal with so that's why I go there.

The crab salad is always old. Please please please check to make sure it's not bad after a few days. Its been bad more often than not. But I enjoy it when it's still good.

Bruno's is one of three local full service grocery stores in Lakeport CA on the Northside of Clearlake in Lake County California. It's a well organized and friendly place to do your shopping. The deli is exceptional in it's quality of sandwich making and the prices are comparable to the area. What I do like is their rewards program, it gives me the rewards automatically that I'm due at the check out stand without me having to do anything but swipe my card. I don't have to download coupons or keep track of my points or remember to use them at the gas station. Just swipe my card and get my rewards.They have gone employee owned! That makes them that much more great in my book.

I love shopping at Bruno's. Their bakery is so very good. I'm addicted to their chocolate croissants, wheat, walnut sourdough bread and Marion berry pie. Their wine department is the Best! Friendly employees finish up making it a perfect place to shop..

Seems like a really nice place. The place was clean all the bakery goods looked great. The meat was on sale so I picked up some Ribeyes. Very nice staff and a clean store with reasonable prices.
