I worked a wedding here last night! The venue owners were so kind. I was impressed with the beauty and decor of the resort. I would love to work several more events here. The bar area was incredible as well. The owner’s daughter runs it and makes all of her syrups from scratch with some things from their garden. They also had several nice and clean bathrooms for guests to use.I was blown away by their kindness and how willing they were to help us in any way even though we weren’t hired by them! They treated us like guests and it made a huge difference for us! Thank you for being so wonderful :)

It was our second time here and they do not disappoint!! We had a family trip and rented two cabins. The owners are wonderful and so accommodating. It is a true gem of a spot with so many amenities.There is an amazing deck to enjoy dinner, pool, a dock for your boat and it's dog friendly. What more can you ask for!! Can't wait to come back!!

The place was clean and nicely stocked. The dock is amazing, nice to see good maintenance on it, the bumper pads and sides were very nice. Taken care of, The trailer parking area could use some work, cleaned up and designated trailer parking spots. FYI, bring something to travel up and down the hill to the road. I saw that on a previous review and was prepared, thank God, big hill

We loved the private dock with kayaks, paddle board and canoe available for guest use! They also have a lovely pool overlooking the lake. Very friendly and helpful host Scott made sure we were taken care of! ☺️

The service is fantastic, a wonderful family business with people who truly care. Our favorite place to stay at Shasta Lake. Phenomenal view of the lake from cabins and main area of the resort. Great access to their private boat dock where you can utilize the resort’s paddle boards or kayaks, have lunch at one of the picnic tables. Don’t miss their restaurant 1 mile from the resort- delicious food with pool, foosball and a great bar. Best burger I have ever had and don’t miss the lavender mojito.

We decided to make a spontaneous trip to Lake shasta and came across this little gem. I can not say enough good things about how well we were treated right off the bat by Scott and his team. We arrived around 11pm and Scott was waiting up for us to show us where our cabin was. Our cabin was clean, comfortable and cozy. We took our pontoon boat with us and had a fantastic day on the lake. They also have a private dock to moor your boat overnight. There is a gas station and small grocery store nearby as well as a killer little bar and grill called the basshole (that's not a typo) the food there is fantastic and the service is great as well. We will absolutely be coming back to stay here again.

Mixed reviews on this resort.We had a great time overall but our cabin needed some updates. The outlets barely hold in your items that need power, the bathroom light barely lit up the room, the shower temp wasn't very hot except for when there was less people there so maybe we were at the last cabins to get it? The pool was cold but refreshing but be prepared lolThey do have a dock on the water for guests and paddle boards etc for you to use which is nice. The patio does have a pretty view and probably even better when the water is high. The deer are almost too friendly as I could had almost pet one! (That's not their fault)Other cabins appear to be in better conditions so pick wisely when choosing..The a/c did a well enough job to keep the main area cool but the back bedroom was so hot and the air wasn't getting to it.All the beds were comfy enough for a good night's sleep and no sore body parts the next day.The kitchen does have basic essentials to cook, or kitchen was small so there wasn't much room when preparing food..The people who ran the place seemed to be pretty nice overall, a few incidents with the woman but maybe she was just stressed out and that's how she was reacting at that time.They do have a wifi password and my phone worked for the most part in areas, but others didn't work at all. For me it wasn't a huge problem as I'm not on social media while on vacation.I feel that if our cabin had those improvements i could give another star.

Cute, relaxing, cottage environment. Super quiet, great views (sad the lake is dry this year, but thats NorCal for ya), and look at the cute little deer!! Great area to BBQ and play corn hole, pool is deep and kept really clean. You barely hear or see any of the other renters. Can't wait to come back when the lake is full and gorgeous. Julie the owner is so nice and accommodating, she truly makes you feel like you are at home.

I was very happy with my stay here, we stayed in the 3 bedroom 2 bathroom family unit very dog friendly, I liked the people and service great vibes, the resort was very beautiful and clean, I was also very happy they let us check out two hours over original check out time at no charge.The lake is walking distance from the resort with a beautiful fishing and swimming area. My brother and I caught a lot of fish here as we'll as the kids to, and the family loved swimming and raftingwe definitely made some great memories here. I highly recommend Tsasdi Resort, my family and i will definitely be coming here again thank you.Ben

Just had the most lovely weekend getaway to Tsasdi Resort. Booking was easy and affordable, check in was super quick, and the owners' mother who helped us get acquainted was so nice! We loved having our own space at the cabin, and the views were gorgeous, even on a rainy day. I would definitely love to come back in the summer. Thank you for a great trip!

Wow! I had never been lucky enough to visit before. The big public room for the resort has a beautiful fire place, large windows, big wood tables and comfy furniture. The amazing staff created a wonderful dinner and custom mixed drinks. Well worth a stay.

There are couple of things that makes the trip magical. Tsasdi and the surrounding places had it all.Like most people have mentioned. Host themselves are very welcoming. Room is well maintained and has a great view. Apart from that place, the place Basshole Grills from where we gat was great. People were nice, food was awesome. My wife who is a vegetarian usually ends up with the shortend of the stick when we travel out. But no this time. Bassole's bean burger was delicious so where there other non vegetarian burgers.Only flip side though is the shower cubicle is kind a small. I am broad and tall so was a little inconvenient. But then most might not face the issue. Will definitely be our destination when city life starts messing with our heads.

By the time I arrived at the resort it was already pretty dark and we had to leave before the sun came up however, being then holidays the resort was covered in classy lights. The cabin I was in was 17 the two story unit. The beds we're comfortable and the kitchen came stocked with basic utensils and dishes. It was a very cozy place and I am looking to go back soon for my anniversary.

My wife and I had a great time. The cabin was spacious for two people and the bed was very comfortable. Scott and all his staff are great. It was my first vacation taking a boat so I was very inexperienced. Launched the boat with no problem and docked it. Next day the battery was dead. I left the navigation lights on. No problem, Scott had a charger. The water level was very high so there was a lot of debris in the water. Our boat is a jet and of course we had issues. We jammed our impeller. No problem. Called Scott again and he hitched up our trailer and went to pick us up. We thought that was the end of boating. I was wrong. Nolan, one of the employees there, crawls under the boat and fixes it within half an hour. Scott takes me back to the launch ramp and off i go. Not only is the resort nice and quiet but there is a bar and grill called the Basshole down the road owned by Scott and his wife. The staff are very friendly. The thing that caught my wife and I was the food. It was excellent! Far better than expected with very reasonable prices. We made reservations for the following year before we left. If you are looking for a nice, clean, friendly, quiet place this would be it. Oh yeah, the fishing is great! Thank you Scott and everyone there for a great week. Eli & Natalie

Free kayaks, paddle boards, and canoes available.Quite a bit of salvaged parts along the edge of parking lot, seemed a bit like a trailer park and detracted from a polished experience.Beautiful area, the lake water was surprisingly warm.The trees block views of the lake. But the resort owned dockage is quite nice.CALL AHEAD, this is not a place to just show up and hope they have a room.Rooms are available for quite a few people in one suite. Stove, microwave, kitchen facilities.Internet available, but a bit sluggish. Don't expect to watch any videos on their wifi. Our cell phones didn't have any data service available at this location.About 13 total TV channels available.Grocery store, gas station, and restaurant is nearby. One each.Nice experience.

We really enjoyed our stay! Great location, rooms were spacious, and grounds were very nice! They also own the Basshole restaurant in town, where we had dinner, so glad we heard about this from the owner, since we would have never tried it otherwise. Food was fantastic - me and kids ordered tri tip, mac and cheese, caesar salad & fried green beans. Husband had the burger, which he said was one of the best he has ever had. We really wanted to try their famous fish and chips, but they were sold out.

Stayed there this last weekend for a wedding of dear friend. Found the resort to be lovely in it's location. Does make a beautiful setting for such an event. Cabins were clean and comfortable but deck needed some upgrading. Owners wife very accommodating husband has some anger issues....

Absolutely perfect vacation, minus the rain! Cabins are thoroughly clean, well provided with everything you need. Just bring some food and your good to go. Great views and the atmosphere was just right. The dock is in great shape with tons of padding. We went fishing just around the general area and pulled some nice German Browns out. Thanks Scott we will see you again soon!!!

This is GREAT place if you have a boat. They have there own dock so you keep boat in water. Nice canons to stay in. Staff is very nice and welcoming. Grounds are clean.If you do not have a boat, u can still enjoy Shasta lake. They have a pool for you on the grounds, or go explore the whole area.

For the very first time in my life a actually felt rested from a vacation. Kayaking hiking swimming fishing and the cabins are quiet and cozy best and most beautiful vacation in years everyone should go. Perfect for professionals needing a getaway. Or families wanting to reconnect I actually saw kids having fun with their parents. The lake is breathtaking and I left very happy.

Great place if you have a boat. Scenic spot on Lake Shasta as long as there aren't any fires in the area. We haven't been able to enjoy much outdoor time due to very thick smoke, even ashes falling in the air. Internet is very limited and cell coverage isn't good so not so great when you are spending time indoors.

This resort is in an excellent location. It overlooks the lake and the views are breath taking. We stayed in the modular home and it was quite comfortable. It had all the needed amenities for a relaxed stay. The resort is in close driving distance to many tourist attractions such as Shasta dam, Shasta caverns and turtle bay park. The staff at the office are very friendly and helpful. All in all a great place!

This is one of the best resorts we've visited so far. We went there with family friends and rented a house of 12 occupancy. Everyone enjoyed the barbecue, indoor activities and a nice surrounding area. The owner of this property is very cooperative and friendly. All and all it's a great property and we'd definitely like to come here again and again.
