My family and I have had the pleasure of becoming acquainted with the park managers, and have always been treated with respect, and been shown above and beyond hospitality, and welcome, and it's clear that they truly care about the park residents. It's so nice of an experience in today's fast paced impersonal way of life, one in which customer service is rapidly becoming a fondly missed memory of better days passed. We werent sure what to expect when we first arrived at the park, and were a bit hesitant at first, but we're so very glad we chose this park, weve been so pleasantly surprised, and absolutely love the sense of community, and neighbor looking out for neighbor, theyve made us feel like family. We'll be sure to visit as often as we can, and have recommended many friends and family on their travels through the area. Some of the best experiences of my life have taken place outside my comfort zones and in unexpected situations. Thanks for everything Lakeshore villa, you guys are the very best!! The Lakeshore Vill RVPark has been one of the best experiences I've had in a long time when my girl and I arrived we were greeted with respect and before long we were set up thanks to the staff they have here my girl and I are older but they set are site up and made sure we had everything we needed. The facilities are clean they have a nice comm kitchen and rec hall but the main thing I like the most is how they make you feel right at home. It might not be the fanciest place around but it sure is the one where you can kick back and be part of something...Walkability: There are great places to workplace places for the dogs.

Beautiful PLACE . Lake right in back of the park. People are friendly & very helpful. Lewis is a wounderful person a great Manager and willing to HELP anyone whenever possible. Always has a positive outlook and I would Recommend lakeshore villa RVPark to all of my friends & Famliey. It's peaceful and Breathtaking. If your looking to get back to Nature' this is the place to be. Bathrooms are clean PEOPLE are friendly. Has a community kitchen that is open to everyone who stays. Recreational area has pool table And pingpong table along with many books to read. The Laundry area is clean and has great washers & Dryers with nice folding area's.The Lake is a great place to fish and fun boating & swimming for all. The locals are NICE& theres a MARKET and a few gas station s. Along with an ice cream shop. and Thrift shop & post office.Everything is walking distance. The Bass hole has good food and a BAR. It's a great place to visit hope to see you there.

We have been here twice and will come again. The park has a new owner and he is working hard to get it back to a beautiful place since last owners. Several nice people in the park who look after the campsites while others are away. Clean bathrooms and showers with lots of hot water. New gravel in the sites for convenient parking with new picnic tables. A work in progress for sure but I'm certain it will be more beautiful than it already is by next summer. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Great place! My HOMETOWN!FOOD is not to shabby! New owners though? I guess we'll see? Already hearing rumors their changing menus?Socks! Why do these people that have more money than common sense, come into these small tight nit towns and wanna change s%@t ?Oh well good luck with your new business! FIX THE MENU !! START SERVING FOOD! Gave it 1 star for the flat tent space, another star for the manager who waited for us as we pulled in late and gave a lower rate than quoted on the phone.No where in any reviews or on the website does it tell about the train that goes by about every hour not to mention the traffic on the road. They do allow partiers at all hours if that is your thing.I cannot recommend this place if you are looking for a clean, quiet place to stay.

My wife and I really enjoyed our time at this rv park. We enjoyed the area all the trees that give great shade during the warmer months. As well as the wildlife you will see on occasion throughout the park. Has a nice short trail down to shasta lake. Alot of nice people that come through here. Thank you for all the accommodations and amenities you offer your guest!

I made a reservation to stay there over the weekend in July of 2021 . A fire stated up therein the Shasta area the air quality was poor. I called to cancel my reservation a couple of times. There voice mail was full and I could not leave a message. It let me leave my phone # only. No one called back and they charged me for the site. I still can't get a hold of anybody. I will not be returning to this site again.

Our stays at Lakeshore Villa RV park have been great. We have stayed at the rv park on our way home from our southern California "snow bird" trips and also as a member of southern Oregon's "Crater Bass Club". The park is clean and well kept, a great recreation room is available, and Jennifer, the park manager is top notch. She makes sure all is well during your stay. We'll definitely be back!

Because the manager is wishy washy lies about lots of things talks about other tenants and their private business seems like she's on some kind of drugs and she has left tons of trash to lay around after labor day weekend and refuses to give the main owners number to let chee know that all of this is going on!! She conducts her business very badly. I have pics to prove it along with the bathrooms never stocked!!

The office gal is nice but a bit loopy, gravel sites not clearly marked, no grass, no camp store for forgotten goodies, bathroom and showers are okay. Laundry facility closes at 'dark', sketchy WiFi availability although they do have cable TV.

Love the bathrooms hereThere always so clean n water is hot for a long time n there's heat in the bathrooms & showers but also the Owner Lewis is an amazing person n does help out when he feels that the persons needing or wanting the help is trying to help themselves also.

Manager wouldn't provide shelter after a tree trapped me and my family inside our trailer in the middle of the night. Later found out the manager knew the tree was going to fall. And he did nothing

Loved it and hated to leave.Was so peaceful and the place was well taken care of.Little store about a half a block away.The lake was right behind our campsight and the kids loved it.Got lots of pics.If your looking for a good campsight, Lakeshore Villa RV is the place to go.

For the rates we paid I would have expected clean bathrooms. I don't know when the last time it was done. Besides that I only noticed a lot of trash backed up in the bins.
