Got a whole entire family reserved, first round of foods wasn't all that, second round were all nice fresh BBQ steaks, and the third round were somewhat Asian dishes which wasn't that bad. Very nice outgoing staffs, very cool and nice different experience which makes the whole trip goes by so fast. The gift shop were cool and packed with tourists. Little play ground for kids. Beautiful all around outdoor scenery. Cool little clean picnic spot. Plenty of parking space.

I took my two daughters and my daughter-in-law on the dinner cruise to celebrate all of our birthdays. It really was a perfect evening, the crew was awesome, the Captain was polite, funny and very informative and the food was delicious. If I were to change anything I would extend the time on the lake after the meal. Just a little extra time. I know I would be willing to pay a little more for an extra half hour. This came up as Mark Souza, we share the same home computer, but this was written by Dixie Mahan who was the one who had a wonderful evening with her "girls"!

Lake Shasta Dinner Cruises is something you should not miss if you are here. It is extra special and if you love good food, serene ambiance, great customer service, mind blowing water views and some great time then this is the place to be.I would have loved to go again but do look forward to my next visit.Please do go to the cruise and have the delicious dinner which is cooked with lots of love as the chef says.

Lake Shasta is a beautiful lake and water level was high, the cruise was what we had hoped for with the views. The crew on the dinner cruise was friendly. The boat was extremely crowded and people sat upon people to eat. The food was cold and disgusting, overall was disappointed for the price , my husband and I took 3 bites of main and left the rest.

We got all dressed up expecting a romantic dinner cruise. Far, far from it. Food is mediocre as it cooled-off and no wine on board. They should post that "prominently" on their website before one books the reso . Over $180 in dinner for 2 ? A dry dinner? Dry cruise surrounded by folks in shorts and beach-wear. A Tri-tip with Coke does not work, at all. And the anniversary we were celebrating with romance, was shot. No such romance sitting at a bench-table having small talk with strangers, rather than gazing into my wife's eyes. Terrible, never again.And there is nothing wrong with that type of excursion and folks in beachwear, But the description on the website should be very, very clear. "This is a very casual evening boat cruise, with a non-alcoholic buffet served".Do NOT advertise it as a dinner cruise. It is not.On the other hand, the staff was delightful. Very friendly. But the web-designer should be replaced.

Had a great time with the family on this lovely dinner cruise. The lake is gorgeous, the staff were friendly and good humored, and the food was delicious. Hard not to love tooling around a lake on a boat with great food and great company. Would recommend to anyone visiting this area. Also do the Shasta Caverns!!

The Dinner Cruise was excellent. The food was fantastic, the staff were friendly, and the views were amazing. The bus ride down from the visitor center to the boat was especially entertaining as well! I would highly recommend this experience to any considering it.

My husband and I enjoyed Lake Shasta dinner cruise so much. It was a fun and unusual "date night" for us. The food was great and the view from the boat was fabulous. It was a little uncomfortable and somewhat awkward at first, getting on the boat with strangers, can be a little strange. However, after a while everyone warmed up to one another and we visited, told stories and it was really fun to share an evening with other people that we have never met before. It was a delightful.

I took my wife there last Saturday for a " Just Because" weekend getaway. Trust me when I say it's better than I thought. We got to enjoy the million dollar view with the million dollar meal and the million dollar service. Matlock, Terry, Sam and Cody, each of the crew member were just awesome folks to be around with and totally made our experience wonderful and enjoyable. As a business owner myself, the ownership and attention to details that the whole crew carry is just self-evident to me. My wife has already said " This is where I want to celebrate my birthday for next year" lol

Everyone from booking to server was accommodating! This was an amazing time and the food was a 9 for a bbq setting! Everyone was very kind and professional. We had 4 children with us from 5 months to 9 years and they had a great time. The boat ride was absolutely beautiful. I would go again!

Our group was made up of 25 people ranging from age 50ish to 85. We had a blast! The food is EXCEPTIONAL and a wide variety of delicious meats, salads, breads, fruits and vegetables. The Chef is excellent! The crew was polite and accommodating in every way!! They all are truly a pleasure. We would recommend the Dinner Cruise to everyone. (Thank you James and Amanda! )

I have been on this dinner cruise a couple times and honestly enjoyed them both. Staff always fun, food always great, almost like they practiced thousands and thousands of times before our arrival. Interesting sights along the way. Unexpectecly interesting experience with going twice was to see the lake at nearly full and then quite low levels. At low level, the shuttle trip out to meet the boat included a semi thrilling ride over newly revealed real estate. BUT! BE WARNED!!! As soon as you return home leave an online review!!! I cannot overstate this, if you do not, you will be digitally hounded for the rest of your life, just do it, sit down and write the reveiw, why run, why hide, just face it, there is noooooo escape.Phew! Please, yes, the cruise was great, they both were, but please please, I cant take this anymore.

Just a note of Thanks!!! to all the staff at Shasta Dinner cruise. I have been lucky enough to have taken the screws six years in a row before Covid. My Red Hat group has chartered this boat and always use Captain Dave as our guide. I would recommend that everyone spend an evening or an afternoon on this cruise at least once in their life. My wife and I went on June 4th 2022 . We had such an amazing time ! The food was excellent the staff was so welcoming and friendly ! I would absolutely recommend to anyone for a fun date night ! 10 out of 10 on food and service ! Delicious and great environment will definitely go again!!
