My Mom, Betty Heins, introduced me to this place. Currently, I bring my 18 year old Josie here. They treat her so gently and even point out concerns if they see something I've missed. Josie comes home looking beautiful, smells fresh, and prance like a puppy when she gets home. Love this place!

I originally wrote a good review but after last appointment i feel i need to change it. I have been going to them for several years. My favorite groomer has left. There seems to be a bit of disharmony going on. Last week i took my 2 little dogs in when i got to the shop there was a note on door stating everyone was sick and all appointments cancelled. This was understandable but a call would have been appreciated.I was scheduled for the next week . When i picked up my dogs one had his eye closed and i assumed it was shampoo. The rest of the day he kept scratching it and the next morning it was matted shut. I already had an appointment with vet that day. The vet put eye drops in his eye and viewed it under a blue light .It revealed an injury (a round dot). I called the groomers and left a message to let them know as the treatment and meds not counting appt. fee was $77. They never responded.I know things happen but i would have appreciated them letting me know there was a problem when i picked him up. Their failure to respond was unacceptable, especially since i have been going there for quite some time. Thus the change of review.

The staff was friendly and great to my 12 year old doggy. They are affordable and did a great job grooming my girl.

Well after saying bring my pet to be groomed at 8 am told me I need an appointment? A month away very disappointing
