Staff was very helpful. Did the self wash but Scout was not sure how to wash himself so I assisted. It was $18 and the water was nice and warm. One towel comes with the wash and it costs $2 per towel after that. I brought my own towels so all was good.It is nice having the warm water and dryers as well as not having to bend over to wash him. We also did the nail clipping for $10. All was good.

Friendly staff nice clean location had my dog Rose done early witch is usually not the case at other groomers and that was a very nice surprise. My pet looked great after. It was our first time there and will take her back for next haircut

I was very satisfied with the bath and hygiene trim we got for my Mini Australian Shepherd. They're following precautions guidelines with COVID and the place looks nice, clean and tidy. Had a 10am appointment and he was ready shortly after 1pm - wish it would've been a bit quicker, but still very happy with the result. Loved the bandana touch after his bath and the price was just right. I'll definitely come back to also use the self wash that looked like a great option as well for quicker baths!

I have a Belgian shepherd who grows a thick undercoat every winter, and we have been here twice and Jasmine does an amazing job! She always makes him look so handsome and he’s so happy and all the undercoat is out after being groomed here. He loves it, I love it! Highly recommend.

This place is absolutely awesome. My pup Oliver and my Cats Max + Bender always come out looking like super stars after every bath and trim they do here. Highly recommend!!They also have a self washing station that is fairly inexpensive and has this awesome shampoo/water hookup that takes care of rinsing and shampooing all in 1 go!

I really enjoyed my experience there! I took my husky for a self wash and both ladies who were working were incredibly helpful with answering my questions.A great cost for a self wash at $18! My pup came out of there looking clean, and with some good smelling perfume to top it off!

I've only done the self wash and had my dog's nails trimmed. With that being said, the manager is always very helpful. I think they could use more help keeping the floors and stations cleaned. I like the self wash option...the tubs are elevated and they provide all of the products and grooming tools you'll need. My only comment is that for the prices they charge I feel the floors/stations/tools should be cleaned more frequently.

I use the self-service for my MalinoisXGSD and they have it all nicely setup. Looks like they do really nice work as well, many if the dogs there getting groomed were looking very nice.

I took my one year old Maltipoo here for her first grooming experience and I was very happy with how the groomer handled her! She was gentle and talked to her. I asked for a poodle cut which requires extra trimming on her muzzle and her paws. She had a beautiful crown and cute pom poms on her legs! It was a wonderful experience. I liked that I could see the entire room and my pup was taken right away. No dogs in cages! Thank you!

I have a short haired medium size dog who was super stinky! Normally we can wash her in the backyard, but this time we needed a little more washing power! Found this spot on google and I'm sooo happy we did. I like the fact that professional groomers were on staff to help us and handle the things we couldn't- anal glands and nail clipping. I also loved that the tubs are up against a wall, so there's no accidentally spraying another customer. The wash tubs are real tubs, not steel ones, so it just felt nicer. The 2 groomers on staff were so kind and checked in on us during the bath. I really appreciated that. They took good care of my pup, too, when cutting her nails. Cost was also great. They are also taking their covid precautions seriously and only allowing one guest in at a time. I'll definitely return.

I go to the Lake Forest location and I have a 75 pound blue nose pitbull. This location is amazing at working with her. Madeline is phenomenal and I highly recommend you book with her. The location also offers you DIY if you want to wash your own dog.

First time at OC Grooming & Pet Spa. Scheduled appt for 9am. Was told 3-4 hours I'll call when he's done. So I arrived 4 hrs later expecting a call in route. "I told you I would call", he says. I said, "You also said 3-4 hours". Never getting a call saying we're so sorry we're running behind. NO communication!! Lost another client. We will never refer to this place.I heard a lot of excuses! No apologies! I got my senior dog 14 yrs old who has seizures....They did wash him then stopped!!FOUR hours and still they couldn't tell me when he could get groomed!! All I got was justifying... excuses😔so sad.

I am giving one star because I think nail trimming was rip off and they didn't inform that I would be charged double. They website says it $15 dollars for nail grinding.At the end she said I have to charge you extra for having two people . One is holding another one is trimming .I never heard that beforeTotal rip offIf she told me at the beginning I would just leaveSuch a bad businessPlus she never asked for proof of my dog vaccination

Love OC Grooming & Pet Spa. They really take care of my Goldendoodle. In comparison with the big chain locations which have an almost corporate feel to them, the staff here is incredibly welcoming and friendly. It doesn't hurt that my dog seems to like them, and she always comes out looking and smelling great!

This place has very friendly groomers and self dog wash stations for a low price. They supply all shampoo and offer blow-dry for a quick turnaround. Not recommended for big dogs if you can't pick up your dog, no ramps that I can see to put into tub.

My wife took our terrier there and asked them to clean him up, but that he should still look the same. They shaved him to the point that our cairn terrier looks like a beagle. What REALLY got to me was that they clipped off his whiskers. Im not a groomer but I know whiskers are more than hair. Don't take your dog here. Find someone who knows what they're doing.

I came to this grooming salon with my parents (who recently moved to the area to pick up their dogs and was so impressed with their customer service that my fiancé and I decided to bring our dog here. We’ve taken her to a different salon for years and although have never really had any problems there, decided to try this place because of the friendliness of the staff. You can tell they love what they do and it definitely shows in their work. Madeline was so helpful with our dog and genuinely cared about what was best for her, she didn’t try to sell us the most expensive option like many places would do. I will bring my dog back here regularly and recommended this place to all of my family and friends. The people who work here are what set this place apart.
