The staff here is very knowledgeable and friendly. I love shopping here with my furry friend. He loves to get weighed and loves the treat he always gets from the staff. They have a very large selection of food, toys, treats, leashes, etc. I visit this pet store weekly.

I come to this store for my dog's frozen raw food from Steve's Real Food. There are so many pet stores that are closer to where I live, but now I only go to Furly's Pet supply as the staff is top notch genuinely friendly. I always leave the store feeling like the staff goes above and beyond to make me feel warm and welcomed. The store also carries good selection of healthy brand options, is clean and well lit, and items are well stocked and organized with spacious aisles. It's really a local gem in this community.

10 out of 10! I was told about this place from a friend at the dog park. I was looking for toys for my fur baby to keep her entertained, so I decided to bring Nova by and check this place out! This place is AWESOME!I was met by Raven and Cassidy, and both of them far exceeded being nice and helpful. They were beyond accommodating and helpful. They knew everything that I was curious about and had several different options that I didn’t know (lick mats, wobbles..etc) They didn't just point at an aisle and tell me a number but walked over with us and showed us every option they could think of.If Raven was talking to me, Cassidy was grabbing items and bringing them over and vice versa.As I was checking out, I mentioned that she was an extremely picky eater, and Cassidy was giving her different treats that she was denying. She spent time finding one that she liked.Raven and Cassidy decided to enrich Nova with several different samples of food to try for her.They were both so nice and helpful and I won't go to any other place nowOhhh the prices are perfect! On par with everything online!Thank you both Raven and Cassidy for being incredible to Nova and myself

I have been shopping at Furly's for several years and won't shop anywhere else for my dogs food and supplies. The customer service is unmatched and have an amazing variety of items. My poodle is incredibly picky with her food and Furly's let me try different food till we found what she'll eat. My dog's tail starts wagging as soon as we turn into the parking lot. She knows she is free to shop the aisles and a free treat is always waiting.

Love coming to this place all the time and I’m glad I found this place, they have great quality dog food and treats for a reasonable price. They have raw, dry, and wet food from many great brands, and their standards of dog food/treats and other pet products are better than big corporations. Their staffs are very helpful and welcoming at this location. Love spoiling my dog here! So many options to choose from that I cannot decide.

Furlys is the best! They have a wide selection of high quality food and treats, especially if you're looking for to start feeding raw or adding supplements to your pet's meals to get them better nutrition. All the staff are knowledgeable on the products and gave great recommendations everytime I'm looking to try something new. Super close for me. Great deals for quality foods your babies. Extremely helpful staff that’s well organized. They will remember who you are and what specifics are important for your baby. Have a net work of people & items in store to help w a number of things an owner may need. Recommendations for obedience training, grooming, pet sitting.I’ve been coming here for 5 yrs now and I will only go to other pet places to look at toys & that’s it.

Furly’s is amazing, and I’ve never even been to the place. Long story short - I live in Minnesota & here I cannot get a particular food I want for my pup (Small Batch brand raw dog food), so I ship it in from California. They’re super friendly, efficient, and professional. Every time I call to order a shipment, Jeff is amazing. Of all the places in the United States that carry and ship Small Batch food, I chose Furly’s. Definitely recommend & my pup agrees.

Simply the best pet supplies store we've ever used. The owners and staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. They know everything about the products they carry, the companies that make them, and how to get your pet what they need to be healthy and happy. We recommend them highly!One cool thing that many people don't know: If your dogs eat refrigerated or frozen raw food, and are staying at the PAWS pet resort a couple doors down the street, Furly's will store the food you buy from them and the PAWS crew will come over and get it when it's needed. This helps if you have to board your pup at PAWS for an extended period of time since PAWS doesn't have much room in their own freezer. Such a great service from Furly's!Update for 2023 (I just realized it's been 5 years!) - We still use Furly's constantly for all our dogs' needs. Recently our newest pup was diagnosed with kidney disease. After doing research I found that a supplement (Rehmannia) can help keep her kidneys a bit healthier. I asked about it at Furly's and, of course, they had the exact thing in stock. They have just about everything you need.

Great friendly pet store. Their artwork is really cool. They do have the option to order online and pick up in store, or have it ground shipped or delivered to your door through a courier. However, the prices on their website are slightly higher than if you go in store. I would suggest them to make the prices the same or do an adjustment if somebody asks. Friendly associates and great selection of pet food makes this store our number one go-to place for our cats’ food needs.

I work at a vet and this is by far my favorite pet store, but, more importantly, my dog's favorite store! She loves going in and the staff treats her so sweetly! She always runs behind the counter and sits, waiting for a treat from whoever is working that day. They carry great products. So many options and everything is so healthy and the staff is super knowledgeable! Fantastic family owned store!!!

The staff is always extremely helpful. They never seem rushed, irritated, or put out when you're asking for help. They are genuinely interested in your questions or concerns and will spend as much time with you as you need to find the products that they believe are right for you and your companion. If those products don't work out, they have a great return policy, although I've never had to use it because their recommendations are spot on! I drive past a few pet stores to get to Furly's for those reasons. We love Furly's!
