Today my vehicle broke down and I pulled into the parking lot of a tractor supply company. I grab my work bag and headed inside to grab a water and a snack as I have a one hour 40 minutes wait for a tow truck. Staff asked me to drop my work bag at the front counter so that I might proceed into the building. I’m not gonna do that. I typically shop at the tractor supply company in Temecula, it’s a much better experience.

If I could rate this Tractor Supply Co with no stars I would, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCE. Today I attempt to shop for a utility trailer an a few other items I was in need of for my new home I just bought in Lake Elsinore, as I’m entering some white lady at the cashier tells me that I order to enter their building I would need to leave my crossbody purse in which I had my wallet, cash, and other personal items in it. I of course told her I was not going to leave my purse sitting under a cashier boot and decide to take my business elsewhere. I end up going to the Homedepot across the street and purchasing my utility trailer from a local vendor from the area. I felt so out of place at this location and very discriminate by my race and appearance as there was other shoppers there coming out as I was encounter by that white lady with purses and I ask my self why were they not ask to leave there personal bags as I was ask too. They lost a $8k sale over a racist employee. That is the world we living in now….DON’T EVER SHOP AT THIS PLACE

Best store. Drive all the way from Temecula here--because they are always stocked up--no hit and miss. Customer service is mostly top notch. They try hard and are professional. Definitely recommend as a go-to place. Whenever other places don't have a product, they do! And they load for you too!

Great place for just about everything. Very helpful workers. I'd like to give a special shout out to David for going out of his was to take specific care of his customers. They are also very organized. From welding, to electric fences to winches they have it all.

When picking up latest online order after providing the order number &/or name you are still asked to provide additional information such as email confirmation of order, etc. It's already paid for, order number AND name/alternative name being provided should be enough!!! Staff needs better training, computer system or both...not impressed!!!

Went to the Lake Elsinore store to rent a trailer. Called first and the girl who answered was nice and helpful. When I got there, Dylan assisted me. I was extremely impressed with his positive attitude and friendly demeanor. It's hard to find good customer service anymore. Most people act like they hate their job and you're just an inconvenience. Dylan made me feel important. You can't put a price on how valuable that is, but I would say this kid deserves a promotion or at the very least a raise. He should be manager in my opinion. Great experience 🙂

Stop selling chicken feed that is suppressing our chickens of laying eggs! Get rid of Purina and Dumor Feeds. Tractor Supply has lost all our business as long as they continue to carry from companies sabotaging the egg supply!I have 14 laying hens, did not get one egg from them for 5 months, using tractor supply feed.I’m not the only chicken owner with this experience. Look it up, happening all over the country with tractor supply feed.Get your feed local! Round up, So Cal Hay & Grain or DeJongs Dairy are good choices for this area. I switched feed 2 weeks ago and have more eggs than we can eat.

Been shopping here for years but the customer service has declined recently. Don't buy a warranty whatever you do. They make you go direct to manufacturer and will not honor their own extended warranties in store.

Great place for hard-to-find ranch type stuff, helpful employees, home town feel. I know it's a chain store, but it feels more like a family owned hardware store. Has a little something for everyone. They even have cute chicks! 😉 if ya know what I mean😁🐤

Loved TSC back in my Ohio days, and am glad to have so many of em out here in Cali now. Great place for everything from tractor parts to chicks to dog food and a whole lot of things in between. Good daily prices and frequent sales.

I like this place a lot. They always have good deals on tools. The staff is real friendly. That's not easy for me to say, I'm the guy that looks suspicious in every store I enter. But they don't make me feel like that here.

Fairly new store with great service when you ask. They have great deals especially on the mark down table right when you walk in. Dog supplies are cheaper than the big name stores. If this was helpful please give me a like.

The staff was very rude and short when asking her for help to get vaccines. I watched her be rude to another customer that needed help with the dog food. With out us customers, workers would not have a job and at this difficult time, you would think one would be grateful to still have a job and taking home a paycheck.

Store is like a graveyard! NOBODY goes unless they have a specialty. Store has maybe 2 other people in there. Never see more than one cashier and all they care about is themselves, you ask for help and they give you an aisle to look. Not customer friendly at all. In my opinion.

Nice water tanks. I bought 2 X 2500 GAL. WATER TANKS at a really reasonable price! I would like to thank Melanie for making sure that the tanks were strapped down on the trailer at pickup. Purchased a couple of tool boxes with extended warranty a couple years ago. Had a small issue recently with both. Warranty was very helpful and resolved my problem with just one phone call in about 5 minutes. I am now very impressed with Tractor supply and there customer service. First time ever having a problem with anything purchased there and it was resolved very prompt and professionally. Thank you Tactor Supply.

Well, I wouldn't steal a grape from a grocery store, but today a female employee, probably an assistant manager, followed a potential shoplifter into the parking lot. Upon finding nothing in her purse, came up to me and checked my receipt for a candy bar and a $12 infrared heat detector I bought as a toy 5 minutes earlier. She made me feel like a criminal. I will NEVER step foot into that place again. She needs retrained. Shes not management material. She should be sweeping floors. Somebody needs to check her purse and her panties every night when she a clocks out. She needs to know how it feels. Over and over. Like writing sentences in school. "I will not accuse innocent, CASH-SPENDING SHOPPERS OF A CRIME AND HUMILIATE THEM BEXAUSE IM FRUSTRATED, BOTH SEXUALLY, AND AT WORK.

LOVE that store!!! Cool stuff, all supplies you need for your farm OR home. Clothes, Cowboy OR Work Boots...TOO much to mention. Even got some cool magazines! And don't forget your Razor like recreational vehicle on your way out the door...LOL!!
