The employees at PetSmart in Elsinore were fabulous with Brownie they took such great care in his grooming needs and were at a very reasonable price compared to all the other pet grooming shops I called.And I did shop around... Lol.

I took my puppy to get a shower here ,but i was satisfied with the service my puppy was still smelling durty that shampoo they use is not that good . I recommen Pet grooming better you will so satisfied with the service my puppy smelled so good and her fur was very soft. Plus the person in the front desk was very friendly.

The employees are great! I had purchased an item that was on sale online on the Petsmart website at another store but there was an issue with them having it in stock. When I tried buying it online again, the sale had ended. I went to this store to see if they had the item I was looking for and they did. I showed them the online receipt showing the sale price and they were able to honor it for the price I originally paid for. Thank you so much!

Took 4.5 hours for my dog to get a hair cut and bath, no nail trimming now brushing of the teeth no ear cleaning. I get there to pick her up after 4 hours and they said she's not ready yet they have been really busy and said we don't close until 8 so you have plenty of time (it was 6:10pm on a saturday). Did she assume I didn't have plans? My dog looks way better but service wasn't great.

I came to this Petsmart tonight. They are suppose to close at 9:00 PM. There was a sign on the door that said they closed at 6:00 PM for today. Bad business and bad management. Waste of time and trip. Major store chains should not be doing this.

A manager named crystal (not sure if that’s how you spell her name) was super sweet and understanding! She was so friendly and professional about the topic I was taking about it. Very informative too!Awhile back there was another girl who helped me with the skinny pigs (hairless Guinea pig) and she was also really nice and very informative about the animal!Thank you petsmart

Do not come here to get your dogs groomed. Just like another comment stated, the groomers will find any reason to not service your pet. My dog is in very good condition and gets brushed daily, but because of the rain the past couple of days, he got knots on his ear. JASMINE said I had to take him to the vet so he can get his ears shaved there. Why couldn't they groom the rest of his body? Jasmine is the one with piercings on her face and is not friendly!

Called to ask for a shampoo for poisonous ivy and they told me to go to a vet. In the grooming department they never had any dogs with that I guess and don't know what to do. It's a wild plant can't be that hard. Gotta go to a vet really. that's nuts. The manager there was cool when I called back for store info on shampoos she recommended me to call Murrieta wich over there the service was worst even though they have a vet. Service here blows

Jessica is the best groomer for our fur baby. He always come out fresh and happy. I like that he can always have the same groomer so he isn't as scared when we go to get him groomed. She knows how we like him groomed and we make the drive from Moreno Valley just for Jessica

Staff is always super helpful and nice to me when I go there. It's NEVER busy which is a major bonus in my book. Sometimes you have to wait a bit to get help with aquatic animals but it's not too bad. They have a good selection of dog toys and treats but I feel the fish filters are always low or out of stock.

Clean & organized. Helpful, polite staff, and actually a little bit knowledgeable! Sometimes you go to a pet store and the younger staff has absolutely no idea how to help. I've found at this particular store they do have gems of useful information to share. They just recently started carrying some more chic brands there. Cuter collars, leashes, and harness vests, camping focused gear for dogs, specialized bakery items, and some pretty decent beds and, of course, toys for your fur babies. I noticed they started carrying collars and chew toys for XXL dogs. The prices are a little higher compared to Walmart, and sometimes for the very same brand! Amazon has got to be a big competitor for these guys too, but I noticed the prices on the things I was looking for was comparable. Add that to the fact that you get it immediately and you get to see and compare things in real life. As an added bonus, you get to bring your pets into the store. I was able to try on dog harnesses for our new pup to get the best fit. I know there are some social issues that come along with any pet store that sells live animals, but I'm just reviewing the actual store, not steering your moral compass.

2 stars only because the staff is always kind and helpful. However, nearly half the products I encountered in the cat food section were expired... Some had expired nearly a year ago. I was shocked at the amount of expired products on their shelves and will not go to this location again.

Kind people. Great selection. Location and parking is good. My only complaint is 3/4 times the line will back up and it seems that there is no one around to help assist at the checkout lane. An all hands on deck approach for 5 minutes can really help with the line congestion.

Dakota did an amazing job grooming our dog!! Our dog was a mess going in and looked like a million bucks after Dakota was done. Dakota handled our dog with such care and compassion! I just can't say enough!

I go to Petsmart about once a week for my cat food. The store looks clean the shelves are stocked well . I never get a warm feeling like I do at other places. I always get a feeling the employees are tired or burned out. They aren'tBad or anything they are kind of just there doing their 8 I guess.
