We had taken our new puppy to Petco a couple of times. On the 3rd visit they called me and told me to come and get him since they could not handle him. Feeling dejected for having our little guy "banned" from there, we tried bathing him and he had do-it-yourself grooming for a few months #poorpuppy. We got Mountainview's name from a Pet hospital/boarding. We are extremely thankful for them. I dropped him off and wondered how he would do. When I picked him up they told me there is nothing wrong with our dog, he's just being a puppy. Snow will be back, they have gained our trust and our business!

Called to get a simple appointment. Woman who answered was rude and said ‘no large dogs’ even though my dog is 45 lbs and gets a simple hair cut and bath. What kind of groomer can’t do a 45 lb dog? That’s normal medium sized dog weight!!

This is the ONLY place to go! They always do such a great job! They work with my little Yorkie to get her done quickly because of her separation anxiety (and mine) and you can tell they just love their animals and what they do. Reasonably priced too. I moved to Murrieta and took you puppy to a highly rated and recommended place here.....what a mistake. Compared to mountain view it was terrible. I'll be making the drive from here on out.

We are new to the area and could not find a groomer familiar with the technically complicated breed cut for a Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier. We visited Mountain view because of their near perfect five stars and the beautiful work posted. Jasper and I always do interview visits with potential new service providers because my first priority is to find someone who shows that they like dogs and interacts with mine. Sonja greeted both of us warmly and said that she had not done a Wheaten cut but was willing to study the guide book in advance and cut him accordingly. We made the appointment and I left feeling totally confident. Fast forward...haircut done, dog in no rush to leave (so he was treated well) best breed cut in nine years. Sonja and team....you’re the best.

I appreciated the staff coming out to get my dog, Henry, for his nail trim. He's 14 now and he's a beefcake so I couldn't lift him. One of the girls that work there came out and said, "oh, I'll get him for ya." She lifted him right up, no problem. They are nice, fast, and professional at Mountainview Pet Boutique, Thank you!! Henry is a happier dog! Bouff!

What a great bunch here. They have good prices, but they are even better at what they do. They noticed a problem with my dog and took him to the vet. My vet was asking who groomed him...she was very impressed. I travel an hour to take my dogs there! Give them a try!

I had an appointment at 8:00 a.m. this morning I made my appointment weeks ago when I got there they said that they have me set up for next week I told them no I am out of town Labor Day weekend and that this is the second time they have wrote my appointment down wrong! They said OH WELL we have 26 dogs set up for this morning they didn't apologize or nothing I will never ever take my dogs to this place again!

I have two very different dogs, a 3 year old Dachshund/Chihuahua mix, and a 1 year Mini Australian Shepard. The Dachshund just wants to be pet, held, and loves attention from anyone willing to give it to her. The Mini Aussie is very anxious, scared and loud around people she doesn't know. So, we were a little apprehensive getting her groomed. This was her first time and had no idea how she would react. The staff were very nice and explained that they wouldn't force her to do anything she wouldn't allow them to do, since they wanted this to be a pleasant experience for her. They took the Dachshund in will no issues whatsoever, no surprise there. But the Aussie resisted, also no surprise there. The lady decided to pick her up and calm her down, so that she didn't pull out of her leash. She was so polite, calming and didn't even flinch when my Aussie tried to nipped at her face. We stuck around the area, just waiting for the call to come pick up our bundle of joy. But when she called a couple hours later, they were both groomed and ready to go. The Dachshund looked great, and the Aussie was completely done. They made her feel comfortable enough to groom her AND put a bandana on her, which she doesn't even allow us to do at home. They both were happy and literally smiling when they came home. I will definitely be bringing both our babies back there.

They treated Bentley like if he was their own. I had a difficult time finding a groomer he liked and who was trustworthy and I'm lucky to have found these wonderful ladies! They do an awesome job!

I used to take my dog to petco and petsmart for grooming, but after one visit here I'll never take my dog to those commercial chains again. The genuinely care about your pets, and care about doing a good job. They do a better job for a lower price, what more could you ask for.
