Love that place! With all our 7 animals and wild life outside really found everything we need. Sam is really knowledgeable employees. All our dogs and cats have medical problems and Sam would help to found correct food or treats for everyone! So thankful for his care and help to care all heavy bags to my car.

I've been coming here for years. Their prices are great, sometimes even cheaper than shops down the hill. They are even starting to stock a wider variety of accessories and food for exotic pets.

It's a great place to get all of your pet needs... everything from dogs, cats, gerbils, rats, mice, lizards, rabbits, snakes, birds of all kinds... yep even CHICKENS! CHICKENS. They have thier own signature brand bird seed that is a huge hit with the mountain birds, try it.. They have a great manager by the name of Emina... two really knowledgeable employees. GOT a question, they can answer it. Their names are I believe, Sam and Jennifer.

I love this place. I buy peanuts and bird seed from the store and feed the squirrels, Blue Jays and the pigeonsIt's cold now and they need the calories to survive the winter.

The groomer, Michelle, moved to AZ and we all sure do miss her. Haven't tried the new groomer. These peeps running the front end are great and dogs love them as much as the owners. They have decent prices and carry a large selection of few-ingredient pet foods.

Pleasure meeting beautiful Rachel today and her command on the history of the King Charles Cavalier Spaniel was impressive. Enjoyed the face to face interactions and thoughtful supplies.Store was clean and items I needed were on hand. Great location south side of 189 by the Blue Jay Nail Shop and Rite Aid. They also have a supply of Wild Bird Food and hummingbird food (little winged blessings).This store is owned by Robin and Tommy. Lisa does grooming. Do call in advance to schedule an appointment. They also have hummingbird seed and doggie bags to keep this pristine community green and clean.

We love Tommy's! We take our dog (the one with the long hair) to their groomer once a month. Cooper is spooked by any noise or sudden move; Michelle is able to calm Cooper, and she returns her squeaky clean, smelling sweet, and beautifully cut and groomed. Tommy's owner is always accommodating, friendly, and very willing to do special orders. Their pricing holds up very well to DTH prices.

This tiny little Pet Store up in the San Bernardino Mountains has a way of meeting the needs of the Locals as well as the Tourists! Be sure to stop by and say "Hello" & give a 'Shout Out' to others...They're the Best🐶💕

I went into the dog grooming area( separate from retail) the tired looking groormer was slouched on her chair and told me "she was booked until end of Sept." One of the worst customer relations I have ever come across. She must not be happy in her job. I am happy to drive longer distance for someone who gives a ,...we you know ,someone that has pride in her work. She should of given me her card, name and offered to call if she had a cancellation.

Friendly staff.... downside is my bulldog is on their nutrisource food and their open hours are horrible. I might have to slowly switch her to a food that is sold at pet smart so I can buy food after I get off work. Other than inconvenient hours... it is a nice store
