We had a wonderful experience! No more washing my lab in the family bath tub! The facilities are clean and well stocked for use, and the employees are kind and helpful.While waiting for the tubs to be sanitized after the last customer, I was able to find some leashes on clearance. We will be coming weekly!

Everything is so easy! They have the food my dog loves, I can order online and pick up in the store and I earn rewards for doing it. What's not to love.

Sometimes the store is stinky, although it's likely more the fault of customers whose dogs defecate, etc in the store.We hate the Petco App, because it is not intuitive and it takes a lot of clicks to use a coupon.The Staff seem helpful, but there are times where they can't get the app to work, either but they do get the manager to override the app and give us our coupons.We really like the Cat Litter Refillable bucket, to use less plastic.Our cats really like the Whole-hearted, and the store does keep a lot of it in stock.The location is excellent.This store has a DIY dog washing station.

The girl that was working the evening shift tonight was absolutely PHENOMENAL! Her genuine care for me and my pup was so refreshing. Went there to buy harness for my Havanese puppy, asked the cashier to show me where there are, she pointed the isle and told me all we have is there,,,I had my Havanese and also Aussie doodle on leash with me, all I saw was extra small size that was too small, the guys behind cashier said this is all we have, but she said let come and help you, she was so helpful sitting on floor to try different size and colored harness on both of my puppies, while she was trying on the harness my Aussie doodle runaway , she told you hold on to this one and went to look for Aussie doodle and we both found him roaming around. She was so kind and open to help that no matter the price tag on the harness,, I was okay with her choice and the ones she recommended. If it wasn't because of her probably would of walk off empty handed. Wish and should of asked for her name 🤦Time was around 4pm and date was today August 7th 2021, I hope her boss would read this and thank her for the service she provided for me. I was very greatful went there to get harness for my Aussie doodle but because of her bought harness for both puppies 🙂😃🙂

The self dog wash station is the best bargain in town. You get shampoo, conditioner, an apron, and a brush to use. A clean and easy to use stainless steel bath tub, plus clean towels and a big professional dryer.

Saved money ordering online to pickup in store! Filled my order fast; received email instructions for curbside pickup in less than 30 minutes! Called phone number they provided when I arrived. Polite, friendly associate brought everything to my car and I drove off in under 5 minutes! Happy customer! I definitely recommend this location for no hassle quick convenient service!

Needed shots for my kitties. They held a clinic and we were in and out quickly. They were friendly and helpful. Much better going to the smaller location. Would recommend.

Low stress, lots of cool discounted merchandise, helpful staff. I have used the self service dog wash many times. If you avoid the busiest times (Saturday), there is no wait and only $10. Today I’m trying the vet clinic.

I really am surprised I like this store, but they have a very large variety of dog food and treats and carry our favorite, Spot Farms Organics. Petsmart stopped carrying it because no one reads ingredients. If they did Spot Farms is all they would buy their dog.I was surprised by how many other high quality food products they have and their prices are quite reasonable. Their employees were also nice, but not swarm of bees nice like Petsmart. They were friendly and helpful and let me go in and get what I wanted without smothering me.

Great place to wash my Golden Retriever! Lots of choices for healthy wet and dry food for both my dog and 2 cats. Employees very friendly and helpful with all my questions for good pet nutrition!

I use it to wash my dog and the pricing is really good, $12 that includes shampoo, conditioner and a couple of towels. There is a flower to blow dry out our puppy. The staff is friendly

Very nice miniature Petco without the reptiles, fish and birds. Perfect for the current dog or cat owner looking to quickly grab supplies in what feels like a higher scale establishment.Dog grooming is also offered at this location.

I use the do it yourself pet wash. These associates are at the top of their game all the time. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of five is that I think they should have two pet dryers.
