I came to this store since I moved farther from my regular pet store. But, they definitely lost a customer after my experience. Anyone looking for a pet store in the OC area should just go to Furly's.Very unwelcoming customer service and after my experience with the lady with reddish hair, glasses, and tattoos on her hand, I couldn't help but feel like she was racist.Ahead of me in line was an older white man and her tone seemed friendly, but when I (a person of color) came to the counter, her tone changed and was suddenly very rude. I asked "do i go to the other side of the counter to pay?" since the card reader was there, and she blatantly said "what" and I asked again and she replied with a flat "no". I finished my purchase and said "thank you", and she just ignored me.I wouldn't have thought anything of this interaction if she did not obviously treat the white person ahead of me with a better attitude.Seeing how this is a family owned business, I thought they would pay attention more to their customer service to build a client base, but this interaction reflects poorly on their business and I will not be shopping at any Pet Plus stores in the future.

SO HAPPY to see this place getting the hype they deserve. Our whole community would be lost without them. They Have the kindest staff in the world…hiding in this brown building next to a laundromat. isn’t it crazy how gems are discovered that way in real life?- you have to go looking for them. Stop driving by this place and go see these gems of humans n give them your business. The more you shop on Amazon, the more you force these angels to drive up the prices. We need them here! Gorgeous humble staff.God bless you guys.

I LOVE this place! I've literally made friends with the staff there Kim, Erica, Cami and Michael. They helped me soooooo much with my kitten who endured a severe vaccine reaction and wouldn't eat. I would come in and be in tears because I thought my kitten would die and they were so compassionate and so helpful and I can't thank them enough. I was there every single day buying different foods and treats to get my kitten to eat. They are professional, knowledgeable but most of all CARING! They have a variety of foods of canned, dry and raw. I'm extremely grateful and appreciative of this place supplying my pets nutrition and most importantly I'm grateful for these 4 people I've mentioned.

I stop in at this store at lease once a week. The staff make it friendly, knowledgeable, and fun! If they don't have something, they always try and get it. I love this store in Laguna Niguel .

Great supply store for all things pets, not just dogs. I noticed they had stuff for birds and cats as well. The store clerk was really nice and helped me find a bag of dog food that I couldn’t see. (short girl problems) 10/10 would come again.

Excellent store in good location, easy parking, not hard to take in dog. Erica knows her merchandise and went out of her way to locate a special collar I had been all over looking for my new small rescue dog. I appreciated the discount coupon, the individual help and pleasant staff there. Highly recommend this store and their other locations.

We have loved this local family pet supply store for over a decade now. They have the best live food for our reptiles, fish & food/grooming/accessory/toy choices for our furry 4-leggeds. Whatever you need, they can pretty much order, as well. Conveniently located. Check them out!

Pet store had a wide variety of food and treats. One of the Largest selections compared to some other Pets Plus locations. I found that out upon asking a worker and then actually going to the store itself. They carry more options and variety of products, they do have some products for different animals but it varies by store so call ahead. More actual selection for dogs and cats than big box stores. Higher quality products. Worker interaction was a little off, but I did come in about 40 mins before closing and after working most of my young life in retail I get it.

Attentive and friendly staff as You come through the door, once You're ready to pay or ask questions the attitude and attention seems to fade. I frequent this establishment because It's close to my house and convenient. Prices are high though unless You have the mailer with coupons that would allow for some discounts, assuming that what You want is specified in the mailer. Staff for the most part have been pretty good, but I have also had occasions in which some of the girls were not friendly or seemed just pissed-off and plainly rude. Again, as long as It is close, convenient, and, depending Who is there, I will continue to shop, however, inadequate Customer Service has an expiration date!

This place is great! I've been shopping here for over 10 years. The prices are not bad, and if you watch your mail they have LOTS of coupons. The staff is very knowledgeable, and friendly. Highly recommend shopping here instead of the big chain pet stores. Support your local small businesses!

This Pets Plus location and the one in Mission Viejo are great. Food might be pricey but there is something that can be affordable for everyone. I have a dog with severe allergies and they helped me through the entire process. Took over a year to figure it out but now my boys coat is full, his paws and face aren't red and itchy and he isn't chewing or scratching all the time. Extremely thankful!!!!

The girl at the front is always very sweet and willing to assist you in looking at the pets in the front. Learned all about the 7 week old cockatiel who lives there for now. Even held him. Nice quick place to find the feed and supplies you need. Not very many pets but that seems to be a regulatory thing.

Been buying my dog his food from there for years, super friendly & knowledgeable staff, large selection at a competitive price. I do wish they’d open earlier, but I always wait till they open, rather then go to a petsmart or petco, seems like all the other large pet chains will hire any teenager, pets plus staff genuinely care

It's a great selection...some of the employees aren't the nicest and will make you feel dumb for simple question. Otherwise would have been four stars at least.
