This place is great like the Whole foods of Dog and Cat food! And the staff is very knowledgeable about giving your pet the best options available. Dustin was great and had a lot of knowledge about dog nutrition! Hes helped my dogs digestion tremendously! Couldn’t be more grateful for this place!

The store is tucked away, but offers a really great selection, a little of everything and all the good brands. Store associates are helpful and courteous, store is easy to meander but it its a bit small so if you're looking for something more niche they may not carry it, but you can call ahead and ask. I came here for some emergency pill pockets and left with some healthy looking stuff for a reasonable price.

Our Bernadoodle had his first grooming appointment with Brittni last week. She did such a great job!! We will definitely be booking all future grooming appointments with her. Also, Kriser’s has a great selection of treats 😊

Friendly staff and great selection for food—only place nearby that sells Farmina— would be great if y’all could keep the toys stocked though! They also carry a bunch of Primal inventory e.g. their goat milk, frozen bone marrow and toppers ☺️

I come to this store at least once a month to pick up raw dog food so as you can imagine I spent quite a bit behind the food at the store. The store is really tiny which is fine because I don’t really care about the size of the store but I feel like the customer service can be improved. Based on my experience today, I probably would never go to the store again. I’m not going to name the person who was at the register but the vibe was totally off. She was rude and disrespectful. If I’m going to spend over $400 every month on your business, I expect at least decent customer service. Just a hello and thank you would be nice to start with.

Just came from groomer at Laguna Niguel store. Helen was her name. My cocker spaniel was skinned like a hound dog. Does NOT look like the cocker spaniel I love. She even cut the ears short! I never like to be negative, but not happy with the cut she gave my spaniel. Please inform her what a cocker spaniel should look like. Or I will never visit again. Thank You. Naneki

My spouse and I moved to Aliso Viejo about 2 months ago and we found Kriser’s, which we thought was the coolest pet food store we’ve ever seen. The selection of all-natural foods and treats were amazing and we took to coming in regularly to get our pet’s food. The girls who worked there were all incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the products, it made the shopping experience nice and relaxing. Recently, they hired a new sales person named Jacob. When we first met him it was...uncomfortable. He tended to have explicit music playing he was working, which is not professional at all considering how many young children come into the shop. We just wanted to get our pet food and leave but instead he kept asking about our plans and personal life when there was clearly a long line of frustrated people behind us. We came in again yesterday again and he was there, and after what he did, I am sorry to say I will be taking my business elsewhere. As he was ringing up my spouse, he did his usual thing of trying to force you to converse with him, except this time he actually started recommending different MARIJUANA STRAINS to my spouse (to clarify, no, it was not the calming CBD pet products they offer). All of this was within earshot of CHILDREN. My spouse was so shocked they just awkwardly went with it so the transaction could just end already and leave. When my spouse told me what happened I couldn’t believe it, but with this was the last straw. I loved shopping at Krisers and I recommended it to all of my friends. After this, I will be letting all of my friends and coworkers that shop at Krisers of what happened and advise them to shop elsewhere. It’s a shame, I very much enjoyed shopping there until this new man started. Oh well.

The knowledge of the staff and the patience of the groomer is worth the multiple visits. Food Selection is top notch too. Lots of good treats for your pets including toys that last and local events designed to bring you closer with your pet and other pets. Reworked my thinking on what a pet food store is.

This location USED to offer great services and scheduling flexibility. However, over the course of the last six months and in no less than three occasions have we had to cancel services here. Between rude staff, abrupt scheduling change needs, and an unprofessional attitude, I will not be returning to this location.

One of the employees who works here is really slow at checkout. There was only two people in front of us and we were in line for 20 minuets. They only had two-three items each and we only had two. It took so long we ended up leaving without anything we had to be somewhere.

Didn't even get to experience this place because the first time I called they put me on hold for ten minutes. When I called back they hung up on me. I was recommended this place by one of your groomers but I guess customers aren't important to this place.
