One of the nicer Ralph’s I’ve been to. Super clean flowery store with good clean aisles and plenty of fresh produce as well as organic vegetables to choose from. They had lots of sales and deals on this grocery trip for if you bought 5 of any one item. Chicken breasts were $4 per pound vs a pavilions right now is charging almost double. Only thing that knocked it down a star is the longer lines at checkout if you don’t do self checkout. But friendly cashiers!

I stopped here today because I was in the area. I usually go to a different store. I was impressed by how clean the area around the Ralphs actually is. I went inside and was just going to get 1 or 2 things. As I passed the meat department a butcher named Joseph showed me some fresh sordfish that looked fantastic. I bought a pound at a great price. Joseph also suggested the easy peal shrimp, I got a pound of that too. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about seafood. Thank you Joseph. I finished shopping and my phone number did not get me a discount, so the checker Sophia used her card and I got a $12.00 discount. She also help me sign up for a Ralph's card that works off my phone number. Thank you Sophia ❤️. I had a great shopping experience. What a great store and fantastic employees. Highly recommend

It’s been a Ralph’s for a VERY long time, but when I was a kid, this was an Alpha-Beta. They have every department that you might expect from a supermarket: Butcher, Floral, Bakery, Pharmacy, self check-out, full liquor section, friendly staff, lotto tickets, grab-n-go, etc. In the past few years, they have rearranged the store a bit. I would say that it has gone downhill, sadly. They're clearance section has a lot of alcohol options, but they are still ridiculously overpriced. I'm a bit confused by this, actually.

Evidently, Ralph's assumes EVERYONE is stealing from them...The entire bath and heigene section is inside a cage. And even Karen is being watched like a shoeless bum we with face tattoos at self checkout. But, hey, they make up for it by making one bag of everyday regular people groceries cost $60. So that's something. Now I'm broke and still starving!Thanx Ralph.;)

Tonight was my first time in this Ralphs and definitely my last. Things must be bad in Laguna Hills when they have to lock up the toothpaste. The surly redneck woman working tonight screams at me "SIRRRR. YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THAT HERE!" I have $300 worth of thanksgiving supplies in my cart, but I have to drop what I'm doing to pay for $3 in toothpaste on the spot. There were also abandoned pallets blocking multiple aisles at 6pm on a Saturday. I waited for 10 minutes in the butcher section to grab a roast and no one ever showed up. There were also out of all kinds of random things like whipped cream and French bread. This store is a mess.

This store has fallen so far in the past 6 mos it is not even recognizable as the once nice neighborhood grocery store. Prices escalate & customer service is worse than the dreaded DMV. It is no wonder Trader Joe’s is growing in popularity. The prices at TJoe’s may be a bit more but it will be worth a total change to have a much better shopping experience where the customer is still seen as a value to their business. I personally will never go back to the Laguna Hills store even living within 1 mile and shopping there over 10 yrs. Wonder how their corporate earnings will be as they continue to decline?

I went to purchase a gift cards this morning, the horrific customer service given from the morning manager was staggering. How she continues to have a job speaks how hard up this Ralph's must be for employees. When she gave the appearance of bringng bothered because I asked her twice if she could me she responded with an eye roll and exasperated sigh. As I'm mumbling under my breath she proceeds to ask me if I was ok? "No, I'm irritated by the lack of customer service being given." This morning manager then continues to be condescending, disrespectful and rude to the point she's yelling at me throughout the store as I'm leaving. This manager should be fired. It is utterly disgusting that this behavior from a store manager is tolerated. Ralph's should be ashamed for employing someone with such low customer skill set.

It's clean and tidy. The produce is good. It does not keep as long as sprouts produce, but for the prices, I am ok with it!

So glad I stopped shopping here. TO many times expired food, condiments and deli items on the shelf. When it was brought to the managers attention it never got addressed and time and time again if I didn't double check I got a nasty surprise when I was home and went to use something.Frozen chicken must be checked before you leave. Freezer burn packs are rampant.Pulled chicken sits after due date.The good news is that when you stop shopping there you'll find other places that also have better value items and variety.Plus Costco frozen chicken pound for pound is less expensive and better quality.As a local, I feel it's terrible that this store is run this way.

Last week cashier Reza treated me like a dumb Hispanic woman, making me feel discriminated. Instead of helping me with an electronic coupon that I clipped, he scolded me because he thought I didn't speak English well enough for him. He even told another associate that he didn't understand what I was saying and tried to humiliate me in front of the people who were waiting on line. On top of that, he charged me for an ice cream and a bag that I didn't buy. Ralph's should really enforce its policy about non-discrimination or at least make this Reza person go watch the videos he should watch to learn about discriminatory behavior and learn that without paying customers he wouldn't even have a job.

Very rude racist lady at Ralph’s , she refused service to a Mexican couple in their 50s trying to get Modelos bc they had passports and not IDs. She did not want to explain to them why they are getting denied service. And she was very sarcastic and rude saying “ no I’m not going to sell you them” and did not give them a valid reason . I told her, tell me why they are getting denied so I can translate it to them, and she refused. She didn’t want to explain it to me either. She decided to be a Karen instead of being a manager explaining to the customers as to why the Mexican couple got denied service , She then proceeded to be racist by mocking the Spanish language trying to speak it in a rude way, and when we where walking away, She was instigating the situation even more , by saying “adios amigos” . This lady is very rude and racist and it must show light here.

I don't always go to this Ralphs, I prefer the one in Laguna Niguel... but the times I go there is always a rude Hispanic woman and today I want to confirm that they steal the coupons that come out when you swipe your card... I know it's insignificant but the The fact that they don't give you something that is for you and only she keeps it for herself qualifies that person as a thief. Be careful, the cashier is called Adriana C., and to make a complaint there is no manager in the entire store, the manager is Angie Bermudez .. who was not in the store or did not want to receive the claim

Wow Chelsea was really rude 😒 at self check out. Don't understand didn't see her acting like that with other customers. But people at the bakery where awesome 👌 👏. Not sure if she was in a bad mood and needed to go home but wasn't happy with her attitude.

Was waiting on the meat department to assist me and it took them over 15 minutes. I then call them while in the store and it took another five minutes before they send someone back there to tell me that the person was on lunch....... no assistance at all!!!

Staff are beyond amazing! The store is always clean, super fast check out and the staff are always friendly. The manager is always kind and actively out and about. I accidentally left a bag of chips at the check out once and the kind employee ran all the way to the parking lot to bring them to me. Thank you Ralph’s Staff your doing amazing work!

Clean, modern and well-stocked store. Medium sized makes it easier to find what you need quickly and the self checkouts speed the payment process. They're rarely out of stock on sale items which is not the case everywhere.

I am new to the area, and this store is very well managed. I have only had one rude cashier (out of four so far) but it was on Memorial Day weekend so maybe he was just not psyched about working during a holiday. Crushed the bread, almost crushed the eggs.Mostly they seem very happy and attentive, and the prices are very good.

Waited at the bakery 5 minutes and did not get any service. Asked Deli clerk for help or get someone, he just said yell to the back. I did with no response. I asked 2 others for assistance and was ignored. I was there 25 minutes and did not get service. I went to Stater bros. and got quick service. Very disappointed.

Took a friend shopping at this location. She's disabled and has fallen on hard times (health condition, disability, divorce). The cashier refused to check her out and made a public spectacle of her using EBT. Made her wait over 20 minutes at register with no service. Cashier announced loudly to other cashiers attempting to help to not help my friend because she was using EBT. Another employee, Melissa, stepped in to check her out and helped her out with her groceries, where I had been waiting. The spectacle caused my friend great stress and made her cry. The manager was nowhere to be found. The employees would not notify or direct us to the manager. Cashier refused to provide her name and was not wearing name tag. Thank you Melissa for stepping in to help.

The make it on purpose hard to check on the screen if the price is as advertised in the store. Many times later I checked the charge you more or play other pricing games. Also can't use phone pay with their outdated system :(. Medium Quality Store with overpriced items!

Always liked them in the past. But today at like 345 pm - (not the busiest time of day) I couldn't get anyone (including the manager)to check in the back for some rubbing alcohol. The shelf was out. And it seems like such a basic item with only one brand so how do u run out. I had to put back about $50 worth of cold stuff like meat and cheese and milk .. Because it would get bad in my car at another store. Went to trader joes got my rubbing alcohol and my cold produce and went home- and I think I saved a few bucks too (shocker). i don't think I'll go back unless I have to. Staff kept sending me around store to ask other people- no one wanted to go in the back and look for me - including the manager. Heck if they had just pretended I would have at least felt like I had good service. I felt like I was being a bother. I don't like that feeling.

I miss the quality of Ralph's choices now that Kroger has bought them out. It seems the meats and produce is weeks old before you choose what to buy and get stale and rotten within a weeks time. People are nicer. I think they close earlier. People seem aware that quality is lower. They don't offer to help.
