This pet center is only interested in your pet if you pay up front! Our dog and our cat are or were active patients until today! Our cat was scheduled for surgery this morning, arrangements were made by our donor whom paid for X-rays days prior (in advance) was paying this afternoon for the surgery, they changed their mind and wanted the surgery paid upfront! Before they accepted the cat , sent us home with our sick cat! Charged $60 for bandage on the cat! We have never owed them any money, why they would send us home with our very sick cat is not acceptable! Doctors are supposed to help. I thought you paid when services are rendered!If you can’t pay upfront don’t take your pet here! We waited 2 hours for them to tell us they can’t see our pet unless we paid upfront! If you love your pets find another pet clinic unless you’re paying up front!

Dr Rosete is the best veterinarian around here. Our babies are never afraid to go see him because he is so kind and gentle with them. All of the staff there are so helpful and kind. And whenever I'm there to drop them off for grooming with Ms Raquel they totally ignore me once they see her.

Nemo and Goopy give this clinic two big thumbs (paws) up! We have had numerous visits now with Dr. Cristine Rosete and she has been amazing. The nurses and staff here are also fantastic. There's also an on-site groomer, Raquel, who is great as well. Our family really appreciates everyone here. Thank you to Dr. Rosete and her excellent team.

Love this vet and staff. Went in for the shots clinic and the vet still took a look at my kittens breathing issues at no cost. Definitely recommend to go here for all your pet care. Affordable prices on the shots as well. My 2 cats and dog love the staff.

I have been bringing my dogs to this vet for years, every dog I have ever owned has received all their vaccines here. This last visit with my newest pup I was absolutely blown away!! They took the time to really explain the treatment and my options as well as what was really necessary in order to save some money for the time being. They had same day appointment for my sick pup. I called about 3 times while he was there and they were happy to talk to me each time. He stayed there for the day and received IV and other tests, when I picked him up he was a completely different dog than the sick pup I dropped off. I am SO happy with this vet and all his staff there. They are absolutely amazing.**Update**Since my initial post about my visit with my pup I had to bring him back as he was positive for parvo. If I was absolutely blown away with this office when I first wrote this review I am completely at a loss for words now. He was there for several days receiving IV, meds and care from the vet and staff. I am so so thankful for Dr. Ernesto and all the staff at this office. I would call two times every single day to ask about my pup and they were always happy to talk to me and give me updates. The Dr. was very realistic with the expected outcomes but we chose to continue treatment and hope for the best. After almost two weeks I was able to take my puppy home. THANK YOU for saving my puppies life.

The doctor is great, but not sure with dog grooming. my dog was like done with practice haircut. my terrier is not that cute as others but you can tell after, its worst. i can do better if i knew it will ended up like a stray dog. uneven cut anywhere

This is the best Vet in the area... He is excellent at diagnosing and is the very caring and very cost efficient. He has a lot of experience with animals and he doesn't do any unnecessary tests, which most vets order. I take all my animals to Laguna Pet Care and have recommended many of my friends, who now take their pets to see this amazing vet.

We have two great dogs that are fortunate to be in excellent health. We keep them very well fed with best foods and we take our dogs here for shots and for our mini Aussie s allergy pills I like the easy attitude if the vet and his young team is fairly good.

I take my husky and my cats to Dr. Rosetti, who was referred by a friend who also goes there. They are the most reasonably priced vet, that I have found, in the area. Dr. Rosetti is knowledgeable and thorough and very caring! His staff is also very nice and accommodating! In addition, they have a Saturday clinic for vaccines!

We take our cats there for routine checkups and "mani-pedis" (since we don't believe in declawing). The kitties don't especially care to go there (or anywhere), but the staff is fast and efficient, so it doesn't take long and we're back home before they know it. 😼

If you really love your pet. Don’t take it to this place. This has been a terrible experience with them. My dog is bald and they shaved all there hair and they cut and hurt both of my dogs ears and she’s hurt and scared. I am very sad and my daughter is crying and upset. I showed this a picture of how I wanted the haircut and they shaved my dogs hair and didn’t follow my direction. I am sharing this bad experience because I don’t want any dog to get hurt. If you guys have any suggestions what I should do please reply.

I have a small breed dog. A few months ago I called my dogs vet office requesting information about fleas. I was told I was doing everything I could do to get rid of these fleas.Giving flea baths every 7-14 days, using flea powder and spray for the carpet and furniture,using the flea products for the nap of the neck,and even Capstar pills once a day. . Only to have no success. In the mean time I left several messages during business hours only to never one time have my call returned. Feeling as though I am an irresponsible dog owner because my dog has been suffering so much, I called my vet office today and someone actually answered the phone. I explained my situation, made an appt to see the vet today. $80.00 later my little dog came home with the same flea infestation that he left with. Needless to say I am furious!! The vet reccommmended a medication called Triflexia for $107.00. OK, fine. I'm not happy about the cost but I want my dog to be free of fleas. The vet informs me they do not have the medication in stock. I asked for a written prescription. They give that to me with much insistance on my part, not informing me that this prescription would be impossible to fill without having another exam in another vet's office. .I paid $80.00 to find out my dog is infested with fleas. Umm.. I already knew that BEFORE the appointment today!! I will be looking for another verterinarian for my little dog.

Dr. Rossetti is a bomb my little pity had allergy that only erupted in the summer time and nobody could diagnosis problem so I asked him the cheapest way to handle this and he gave her a huge shot and she is living a quality life after years of allergy panels and diagnosis and just missed treatments he took very good care of her
