They accept TNR ferals and strays!! Vets that do this are hard to find these days. The price is doable at $150 for a feral neuter.The other vets I used before/ during COVID was $40, but they either stopped or are over $200.Vets are businesses with rent, payroll, taxes, etc. (Not to mention school debt) so I wish people would respect them more and not complain and expect them not to make money.

No idea what it cost. I get that they want to see the animal, first, but they can give ball-parks, based on a few key questions, otherwise it seems like a waste of everyone’s time…. They were courteous and friendly on the phone. The review is only because of obscure and non-ball-park-range pricing.

I was told on the phone when making my appointment that the appointment would be 20 minutes and we would be seen immediately since we made an appointment. My appointment was for 4pm , got there at 3:50 and wasn't brought back until 4:47, doctor didn't come in until 5:10 (told he would be in in 5-10 minutes or less) and I didn't leave until 545The staff was friendly but definitely seemed in over their heads. The doctor examine my cat for literally 1 minute then took him for shots. There was extra charges for vaccines that weren't listed on the website. I cannot reiterate how sweet everyone was though

Absolutely awesome Staff from the First phone call regarding Lucky My Kitty cat Boy was neutered and they made sure to give special instructions on his after home care . Then even called the next day to check on him. Excellent very friendly and will be telling everyone about them.

Worst place to go to ,, hidden charges then claim they were disclosed claiming worker has been there for years and would have mentioned it .. argued and implied I was lying that it was never told those charges would be made , terrible management as she implied I was a liar . , terrible ,poor service overly crowded .. horrible experience I’d recommend finding a more reputable place . I’d give negative stars if the option was available

This is one of the only affordable spay and neuter clinics in the oc. Though their waitlist is very long they do an excellent job. They also support 501c and really care about helping rescues that are just trying to save homeless animals. This animal hospital has integrity and actually care about more than just their bottom line.

I was quoted $90 when I called on the phone and once there they added procedures that were important for my animal to have done. Walked out paying almost double what they quoted me on the phone. The cost was hard to pay for me. I feel they had hidden costs they should have told me about over the phone.

I loved this vet. I loved the staff, I loved how they they treated Maddie, and I loved how she recovered. Mads was ready to play the next day. She didn't get to, but she was ready! 😁 Staff was helpful and friendly, and made me feel that I had been there many times instead of just twice. A suggestion. Have the bloodwork done. I almost didn't. Turned out she had an infection and a high white count. A course of antibiotics and she had her suregery. I'm very happy with everything.

Terrible was quoted $390 on the phone when I made an appointment for neutering when I got there the price had changed to $469. This is so wrong on so many levels!!!!!

My cat had surgery here today, brought him in exactly for a crypt-orchid surgery. I live a little far from this vet so once I got there to pick him up, they said they didnt have any cones that would fit him and handed me a bigger once, instructing me to "cut it to his fit". Once we had got home with him, his stitches had started bleeding and we had to rush to a Emergency Hospital. Point im trying to make is how does a vet who has performed such an intense surgery, not send the pet on its way without a proper cone? And how do they expect me to watch my cat to see if he messes with it while on the long drive home? It just doesn't make sense that they do not have cones to fit different sized animals. Absolutely blows my mind. Luckily we noticed the bleeding as soon as he was let out of the crate and took him to the nearest emergency hospital.
