Extremely disappointed that this place is not with the times. My wife had her phone stolen (pick pocket) from here in which it had her credit cards and drivers license. When talking to see if they could check the cameras they told her they don’t have cameras. When she talked to the police they mentioned it happens there all the time and she was the sixth person that day to be robbed. Get with the dam times and install cameras or at least put signs up to notify people of the high level of crime that your store receives. It’s clear the criminals know there are no cameras there.

I adore this spot! The staff is consistently friendly and accommodating. Whenever I ask for advice on wine or frozen food options, they are always eager to assist. They make the experience enjoyable and we often chat, sharing our opinions, until I find the perfect selection. While I'm not privy to how Trader Joe's is operated, I'm grateful for their wonderful staff.Kudos to the management of this place for fostering a work environment where employees are approachable and not burdened when asked for help. I never feel like I'm intruding or taking them away from something crucial. It's impressive how stress-free they are yet still able to have fun while serving customers.

They wouldn't sell me a nice plant because it had "display " written on a cellophane wrap and instead offered to choose from a sad looking half size half dying selection of 5 remaining on the floor. So ridiculous.

Great price, organic and love their green tea ice cream. Trader Joe’s staffs are always friendly. Clean and organized grocery store. Although some items are limited but it is organic and environmental conscious ideal place.

My first go to place, easy to shop, know where everything is. Ask the staff if you cannot find it. So many different things to try, plus prices are very good.Everything is clean, stocked, well organized. Bathrooms clean. Many plants and flowers to choose from.The crew is very helpful and attentive to customers needs.

I just started working in Lafayette so this was my first time at this store. The staff are all so amazing. I have a very friendly toddler who loves to yell at Hi at everyone. Every employee we encountered made sure to stop what they were doing and say Hi back to him. My biggest compliment goes to Eugene. I was struggling to unload my groceries while also not letting my cart containing my squirmy toddler roll away. He saw me and come over and held my cart while I unloaded everything. Talking to my toddler the whole time. Lovely staff!

The layout takes some getting used to and honestly I used to hate shopping here. But with quality products and nice helpful employees who are easy to find in the store, I love it now. Way better than Safeway where half the people look like they would rather be somewhere else. Try Trader Joe's today!

We are loyal happy customers for the last 18 years. Shopping there is easy, fast, and fun. The staff are so nice! The food is consistently good and prices are moderate. The store is clean, and the carts very thoroughly sanitized..Staff limit the number of shoppers for safe distancing. It is always a pleasure to shop at Trader Joes in Lafayette.

I love the staff at Trader Joe's even though I do not like large corporations. They are friendly, kind, and take great care of me. I care that places where I do business treat their employees kindly. As far as I can tell, the employees at Trader Joe's are treated kindly.

Old reliable that we always take for granted. Terrific, consistent service from friendly and helpful staff. Good deals on staples like milk and eggs, and we continue to love the goodies from caramel popcorn to the hummus/pita snack. The only issue can be parking, so don't come if you are in a hurry.

I loved this Trader Joe’s location. They are always very stocked up and the store people inside are very friendly overall. They also do have quite big parking area so no issue parking during weekends busy hours. This one is also quite close to Lafayette. As I stay there, I use this location pretty often.

I like it for it's selection and pricing of alcohol cheese and cut flowersThey have a fair selection of packaged and fresh foods ( mostly 'organic,') that are arranged in a rather confusing order.( Maybe just to me)The employees ,for the most part ,are friendly and helpful . The place does have a mess of a parking lot during busy hours of the day but that could be due to the 'driving skills' ,or lack of,of the customers.Over all , it's a nice place for a few things . Trader Joe's also has a very nice selection of tasteful occasion cards at a bargain for $.99!.

One of my favorite TJ's!!!! Always busy & parking is a Nightmare but worth the pain. Customer service is always fast friendly​ & knowledgeable. Fantastic floral selection. I recommend going in the mornings, less congested. Happy shopping!!!!

I like Trader Joe's. They took good care of their customers during the lock down. Their prices are good. My only negative criticism is that a lot of their produce is packaged. This is unnecessary and adds to the volume of nonrecyclable plastic in the waste stream.

In 1988 I was introduced to Trader Joe's down is Southern California when visiting a friend. I was so grateful when they started opening up here. The quality of the food and pricing is excellent. Trader Joe's is one of my go to for many of our staples such as Nuts, cheese, cereals, dried fruits, wines, frozen fruit, breads, eggs, butter, orange juice and so much more. I love the season items they bring in. The staff is always helpful and go that extra step to ensure you expectations are met.

They may not have everything on shopping list but what they do have are priced lower than the other nearby grocery stores!The checkers are the best! Hardly ever a wait and if there is a line starting to form, the clang of the bell brings them forth!
