I’ve been coming here for about 6 months. I have had some really sweet groomers that seemed really good with my dog. Anita was particularly sweet. Today was totally different. I arrived 10 minutes early and got a lecture about not respecting their time and how I need to communicate better because they are super busy and can’t drop everything. What??? It was super weird and condescending, so I left and will never return. Didn’t have condescending, self important, pet groomer on my Bingo card today, but here we are.

great! not sure who helped me but there were two girls who were very helpful. i had to get two different cat foods for one cat who has teeth/urinary issues, and then another who needs to lose some weight and the girls were very knowledgeable and kind while helping me out. the girl who rung me up was also so kind (one of the same girls that helped me out) and we had a great conversation. thanks late night petsmart!

I walked in and saw a cashier that had no customers, and she did not greet me. There was an associate on the floor, on the aisle I was shopping, and he did not welcome me or ask if I needed help. I got up to the register to pay, and the same cashier that ignored me as I walked in greeted two separate parties as they entered.I'll stick to ordering from Chewy.

My groomer Jessica was wonderful with my senior dog. She was patient and took her time so he did not get stress, and he looks wonderful. Thank you for a good grooming job.

PetSmart really has a great selection of everything for my pet rats. & well ALL animals! It's a really neat store! I have 6 rats I've posted pics of 3 of them-"Ezra" " Salt" & "Trixie" 🐀🐁 such sweet pets to have! But this store is really nice all around for all pets!!!!! 💯💜🐁🐀

Brought my dog's here was so disappointed worst grooming i have experience first of all the groomers did a terrible job on my dogs didn't cut there hair right didnt trim there nails correct had to tell them to fixes there hair around there bottom s ehh then on top of it you can hear the girls gossiping about the clients they don't know how to communicate with the clients right who gave this girls a license to groom just terrible i won't recommends this place to no one then they have the nerves to call me an hassle me stop grow up

After not having my dog's nails trimmed the last visit, I wanted to ensure they would be on this visit. I was told if there were any issues, I'd get a phone call. I did receive a call only to inform me i was being charged an additional $10 for special handling.

I love PetSmart La Quinta! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE that they let chickens roam free in the store for people to play with!

My pup visited the grooming center. He's extremely nervous going anywhere new and not an easy dog to groom. Janelle was our groomer and did an outstanding job! It was the best he had ever had in his 14 years. We couldn't be more pleased.

If I could leave 0 I would I was at the fish section for over 30 mins standing in line while they assisted somebody before me while I was waiting longer, I continued to wait because obviously I went there to purchase items I continued to wait while the guy there wrapped the fish he knew I was waiting and took off to the back room. RIDICULOUS I asked the cashier to send somebody to the fish section again after 5 mins NOBODY CAME but they have workers coming down the aisles non stop even when I asked they ignored and kept on texting or whatever they were doing on that phone OBVIOUSLY NOT WORKING. Don't COME HERE IF YOURE LOOKING TO BUY ANYTHING BECAUSE ONE THEY NEVER HAVE ANYTHING AND TWO THEY JUST DONT CARE ABOUT MONEY APPARENTLY

They can't handle big dogs. Couldn't be bothered with a dog that was scared and needed a little encouragement. Told me to take my mastiff somewhere else. The Petsmart in San Diego loved my dog so much the manager made pins of her face and all wore her pic.

I have always loved petsmarts. However, I do not recommend anybody buying fish from the store. We were in there recently (about 4 days ago) and there were so many dead fish in the tanks and in the red claw crab tank, there was literally a crab that had turned to slime and mush. The fish looked so unhealthy And it was just disgusting that they were getting treated that way. I waited for 15 minutes for somebody to come over and bag my crickets that I purchased on an online order. I asked someone as soon as we walked in if somebody could get them and they said they would send somebody over. 15 minutes later nobody showed up so we finally had to ask again and someone came over and was not very nice about it. I would say that petsmart is on a huge decline in customer satisfaction.

Worst grooming service in the valley. Do not subject your pet to these people. The attitude of the groomers is anything but pet friendly. They double booked my express appointment and expected me to leave my 14 year old dog in a cage with them for 4-6 hours. No animal should be subjected to being caged for that long. Attitude was “oh well, either leave him or reschedule”. Express service requires that I rearrange my schedule so I’m available to pick the dog up right away or what’s the point, rescheduling 30 minutes before the appointment with a take it or leave it attitude tells me how they treat customers, imagine how they treat the pet.

I love this store. Always go to this place. This particular visit I wanted 2 convicts and I had saved up some money to buy them since it said the fish were 20 bucks a piece. When I finally had the money to get them, the woman at the fish area told me she was going to double check the price because she didn't believe it was correct. She was able to find the correct price which was only 5 bucks. I saved so much money by her amazing customer service to really save me some money. Kudos to that employee at Pet smart.

3 out of the last 5 times that I had a grooming appt., it was canceled the day of the appt.,with the excuse that the groomer had called off that day. They could not reschedule in the time frame needed.

Got our long hair dog groomed and were so happy with the results. They were able to get our pup in earlier and on just a days notice. Very impressed with the staff, will definitely be coming back.

At first, I couldn't find the dry cat shampoo in the grooming section, which is in the back on the right, by grooming. They only had dog products there.But I am glad I asked because they did indeed have a separate cat gooming section. Some other stores have them both together. My fur babies are 17, and its best not to shock them too much with a water bath.
