Best customer service Even in the Pharmacy. Which if you know anything about the field you'll know it's not easy dealing on a day to day with Sick People. Any area you ask for help you will find a Smiling person willing to help. Best CVS Store in my opinionHHTs store are rude & clueless Covina you can never find help. El Monte to cry for.

I usually I don't have a complaint, but what happened to me last night is inexcusable. I was in a lot of pain and running a fever. I patiently waited for my prescription to be filled. The doctor had already given approval to Tommy XTran, pharmacist to fill it. When the other technicians asked why he is not filling it and that I was in pain. Xtran's responds was, "she doesn't look like she is pain." At that time, I had covered my head and face concentrating on keeping my anxiety and pain in control. I couldn't believe the inhumanity and the absence of compassion. I was the only customer waiting. Usually, he would fill prescriptions very quickly and call out the names. I finally took a chance to go up and ask for my meds. Tech looked it up and said I'll fill it. It was very obvious that the prescription had been already filled and placed to the side. My focus was on paying and getting home, anticipating the severe pain to come. I suggest a review of his conduct and getting to the route of his problem. I hate for this to happen to someone else.
