If I could give this store a 0 I would. However, the supervisor Kate from this location in La Puente was very rude and has atitude with customers. I do not know why the companies hire people that do not like there job. I came in person to make a claim because they charged me twice in the same transaction. They told me that i had to bring the merchandice back but how would I bring it back if it was skittles, chocolate, medicine, and juice. Very horrible experience because in total it was 28$ Its not fair that she did not offer a solution she was just strugging her shoulders and saying she can not help me. Please CVS make sure to hire people that are helpful.

I just moved to the area, so this was my first time filling my prescription at this particular location. The prescription was faxed in on Friday, so Saturday I went to pick up my prescription. There were about 5 cars ahead of me. I waited 45 minutes. I called the pharmacy to ask why there was such a long wait, but once they answered I was left on hold for 10 min. I walk in and I'm told my prescription won't be ready for another hour. Covid testing is what was taking so long. I just think they are so disorganized. I know this is a difficult time but this was a very negative experience nobody. No customer service skills whatsoever.

I was fascinated by the fantastic customer service at this pharmacy! I'm very happy I came across this pharmacy. I now know where to go if I need to buy any vitamins or medications! This pharmacy ought to be well-known.

Store hours show it closes at 10PM. Got here at 9:51 PM and closed. The lady at the register didn’t even turn around to tell me they were closed even though I was knocking on the door to ask her. WTH.

The old lady with the red hair is incredibly rude and completely unhelpful. She raised her voice at me! What kind of business allows this type of behavior from their employees?

Don’t even bother coming here to get tested for covid. I was there for 40 minutes and they helped 2 cars. Every other covid testing place I went to was in and out within ten minutes. There no reason it should take that long just to do a swab.

Sick and tired of the alarm warning your store has installed. It goes off at all hours of the night which wakes me up constantly. No other CVS store in the area has it. WTH???!

La dependienta que estaba por entrar en turno de trabajo, estaba parada donde están los perfumes y dijo en voz alta, aún no estoy en el reloj, así que no puedo atender a los clientes. Yo no la ocupaba solo estaba tratando de mirar si estaba el perfume que quería comprar. Luego que la otra señora muy amablemente me atendió, la de las pestañas postizas, grosera se entremetió y al pedir el perfume que yo buscaba, dijo que no era la medida que yo estaba buscando, y cuando yo respondí, ella groseramente dijo que no estaba hablando conmigo. Aparte de estarse quejado por la tienda no tener mascarillas y estar enferma. También estaba haciendo gestos y hablando en secreto, quiero creer que de la otra señora que es muy amable, y no de mi. Sinceramente me hizo sentir muy incómoda y sin ganas de volver, o tener que ocupar de su ayuda/ servicio.
