This location just had a massive remodel inside and out. Looks bright and fresh inside now. Their inventory has changed considerably on the items they offer. Everything is no longer 99 cents. The price tags can be more than 10 dollars down to 99 cents. Take a good look when purchasing because many items are priced more than your regular grocery stores and dollar stores. Parking is plentiful. The parking lot is well lit at night.

My shopping experience here was fine but I felt an employee was unprofessional. While going down an aisle I overheard an employee having a conversation using the "N" word while on the clock and around customers very unprofessional

Good place in the beginning when everything was really 99 cents was when it was at its best I didn't like the prices going up I was like change the store brand now, but do many years later things change and if say things change I'd it was my store

It has come to our attention that some of the staff (employees) have committed a great insult and degrading approach against one of our protected citizens during a recent visit. We urge management to take serious actions to bring this issue to light. This would be in lieu of possible drastic legal actions.These employees engaged in insulting degrading mocking derogatory verbal insults as well as other derogatory actions. Management is urged to leave response of intent to address this issue. Leave name form of communication so we can contact them.This is a very serious matter as it involves major violations against our community members and will not be overlooked.Government entities (i.e. DFEH) will be contacted for sanctions. Had a great experience shopping the other weekend. All my questions were answered by the crew, and I found everything needed. Especially, when items are hidden between the front and back, instead of between shelves. The girl at the register, with glasses, was also delightful. The crew seemed to have an upbeat mood, likely because summer has been gearing up to be fully upon us, resonating with the shiny produce. To accentuate my trip, the mariachi duo who performed out on the parking lot, adding a lift to those in the surroundings!

Good selection of fresh fruits and veggies. Descent variety in salad/fruit bowls and other kitchen gadgets. During holidays 🎃🎄🐰🦃 this is our go to spot for decorations.

It's not at all like it is used to be it makes you feel like they must use any excuse to jack up the prices. I don't buy as often as I did before, now I think about it twice before I buy it.

Most of the time when the store is busy the lines to the register clog up but other than that everything is usually flowing.

It's my second visit to this restaurant with friends. We ordered 5 dishes all under $12.00 per dish, the steamed tilapia fish with black bean sauce, braised pork, pan fried eels, beef with onions and fish fillets with tofu. All the dishes were excellent. I highly recommended this place. A must try.

I dont know how someone can rate a 99 cent store anything below 4 stars! This 99 cent store is HUGE! They have everything possible and even name brand items! Yeah the lines are long and not always the most organized but that's because its so busy it ends having long lines and everything just falls and ends up on the floor. Its good for students that are looking for cheap stuff! They have the basic dollar tree/99 cent store items plus more! They even sell grocery items which is a plus for me! I've found lots of name brand items that I can find at Target or Walmart but its such a good deal here I end up buying things in bulk! If you want the most bang for your buck, come here! You wont be disappointment, I know I dont come out without a cart full of stuff! :]

The 99¢ store here is ran well, the lines are pretty long right now due to covid but that's understandable. They obviously carry affordable products but since it's a big store it is a very extensive selection. All in all, one of the better 99¢ stores I've been to so they deserve 5 stars.

I always come to this location, but will have to think twice as i experience one of the worst confrontation with a fruit stocker. She had the audacity to tell me not to check my fruits if they were rotten or not. I told her i spend a lot of money here and why would you be policing customers who have shopped at the store numerous times and spend hundreds. She personally got upset that she went to get her manager. Her manager later apologize and told me to have a good day and he would be talking to her about it. Don't mean to point finger but she was an older hispanic lady that did not speak English very well and I quite honestly think she had nothing better to do then to pick fights on something basic as this. For god sake this is a 99 cent store and you act as though your the owner, and if you were I would never shop at your store and would tell everyone not to and how your rude and inconsiderate behavior was totally unacceptable...

I live very close and therefore am a frequent shopper. Whenever we come to your store, we are greeted with smiles. That being said I would like to bring attention to Jaime, one of the store's example of an employee's dedication to customer service and satisfaction.My 87(I am so dead if she reads this)yr old mother had her companion pet taken from outside the store. The compassion from the employees was most heartening. Thru Jaime's help we were able to be reunited with our loved companion. All employees are definitely assets to the store. THANK YOU!(Our pet had been mistakenly taken by but latter returned. To the woman who showed great empathy by going that extra mile and checking with Jaime,thank you!

So while standing In the long holiday lines, an employee standing in line beside me says hey you want a secret.. register 1 then repeated several times & so I laugh & day ok & go to the register & sure enough there is a cashier counting her register & a customer already waiting so I line up & others do the same. The cashier who (speaking from a former cashiers perspective) is almost done by the time I arrive proceeds to spend the next 6/7 minutes pretending to count her drawer after she’s closed it twice. Then a manage walks over asks why she has a line & she says I don’t know I’m just counting my drawer. The manger says she isn’t open she is just counting her drawer I explained an employee suggested I come here because she was almost done with her drawer. She says idk who told u that but we’re taking the people in the next line. I replied with is that why she’s pretending to count her drawer all this time when she could have just told us that & we would have gone to another line? The manager says yes that’s why. I simply reply I just wanted to make sure thank you.

The lines can be long especially when the cashiers are constantly talking with their coworkers. I have even had a cashier stop scanning my stuff to flirt with the customer that already paid and had returned to ask her out. I thought the employees get paid breaks and half hour lunches. That's kinda disrespectful, but at least bearable given the cost I save compared to other retail stores. The real problem with this store are the creeps that work in the morning. At first they were actually friendly, that was until I expressed that I wasn't interested in Netflix and chill with one of them. Then a few weeks ago in January that same employee approached me in the parking lot wich was already troubling and told him that I'm already in a serious relationship and handed me a piece of paper with his phone number and said that he was too and he winked at me. I have never felt so degraded and now just driving by there on my way home makes me feel ashamed. I don't usually put people on blast but I don't want to feel like this but someone's man Rigoberto (909)964-08** is a jerk

The lines are long and I couldn't find anyone to help me get the balloons I was hoping to get for my sister's birthday. I had to go into the storage part of the store where one female employee told me she was on break before I could even say anything. The other employee that I came across was acting kind of odd, I asked him for assistance and it was like he was incoherent and just smiled and just mumbled and when I asked to speak with the manager he replied that he was in charge or a manager perhaps Im still not sure because I gave up by then and he smelled really weird. I think he said his name was Berto or Bernie. I never did get the balloons I rather pay more somewhere else than deal with people who make me feel unwelcome.
