Worst Grooming Place EVER! Stay Away!!!! This is my experience today 6/22/22.Cut:Terrible! See pictures! I had to trim my dogs hair when I brought him home because it was so bad. His nails were also trimmed poorly and sharper than ever.Customer Service and PriceI called the day before to make an appointment for a haircut for today between 2-2:30. The staff told me they generally don’t take dogs after 12pm but put me on hold to see if they could make exception. She returned quickly and said it would be fine to arrive between 2and 2:30.When I arrived today at 2:05, the owner had no knowledge of my appointment. He said the groomers won’t return until 2:30 but I could leave dog and they would start him when the groomer arrived. I then confirmed the price range they gave me over the phone which was between $50-$60. He confirmed and said likely to be $55 and must be cash. Although the price he gave me doesn’t match his menu taped to the counter I agreed as it seemed reasonable and expected to pay no more than $60 (not including tip) My dog is a maltipoo and weighs 10lbs.When he called me to pick him up he told me it was $65 and I proceeded to ask why more. The owner replied that “he was more difficult”🤔I picked him up, paid him $65 but told him I was disappointed that he charged me more than the price range we agreed to. He then said he had to call the groomer to return and that cost more. I then told him he could have told me that when I dropped off my dog. Not to mention that there was no one else in the store other than him when I both dropped off the dog and picked him up. Clearly he was making it up. He just replied with “Next time” I was so upset with his lack of professionalism, dishonesty, and poor customer service that I just told him that there wouldn’t be a next time and I hoped the extra $5.00 today was worth losing a potential customer.I will never return to this place and hope you will consider this review a warning to all about this man’s poor ethic and poor grooming skills. $5.00 is not a lot but surprising someone with an up charge is not ok. And the actual haircut could have been cut better by my 5th grader.

This has to be THE WORST dog groomer in La Mirada. I left my dog Luna with them on Saturday 7/9. I asked for the summer cut and for them to be careful around her ears as I don’t like them too short. The groomer, a man, only nodded and just kind of waved me off, so I repeated myself and this time he said ok. Upon getting my dog back, I noticed that her cut is completely uneven, and they INJURED HER. Not only did he cut her ears too short but he actually cut her ear. Which I noticed when I was already home with her, there’s a small chunk, and dry blood in the photo. They charged me $60 because she was “matted”. I’ve gone to this place before when they had a different owner/groomer and I never paid more than $50 and they always cut her hair right and she never came home hurt. I paid $60 for an uneven terrible hair cut and an injured ear. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOGS HERE.

My family has been coming here for a lot of years they do wonderful work with our pets we always have our dogs groomed hair and maintenance at such as getting nails cut and general cleanings

Took My Teddy here for his first haircut and I was extremely happy with his cut they did exactly how I wanted his cut to be and he came out very happy. I highly recommend this place and the price was Affordable and This will be Teddy’s’s new hair salon place.

My dog Lucas doesn’t want to go anywhere else. Miss Kim is so patient with him she takes her time with him knowing that he gets nervous being around other dogs. Price is affordable and they do a great job.

I made an appointment 2 days ago at 1pm May 21st for my two dogs who need grooming. We walked them in on time and they said “no to busy” I told them i have an appointment and the dogs really need it but they kinda just kicked us out. NOT OK! We made and appointment they had our number they could have called to let us know they where to busy. WILL NOT BE GOING HERE EVER AGAIN! Disrespectful!

Don't take your dog here for grooming. First, I'll say this, It's still winter and cold!!! I specifically asked them to trim my dog's hair because he's used to having hair, and NOT give him a summer cut, but they sheared all his hair off leaving him bald in some places. They squared off his ears, and also cut off all his whiskers, which makes me wonder if they know what they are for!! I will never take him back to this place.

I asked very specifically for my dog not to be shaven I even gave example of where i wanted them to stop. I came to pick up my dog and got exactly the opposite of what I requested. Do not come to this place unless you want your dog to be hairless
