I work next door to Top Dog. They are getting ready to expand to the suite next to the current location and the construction was a bit noisy. I went over to ask if there was anything we can do about the noise and they immediately prioritized the request. It’s not to often that you find businesses that cater to their neighbors like that! I woulddefinitely recommend this business! Thanks for your help Raul!

Great service . my english bulldog been having problems with food, he gets constipated with all the food i been giving him. But top dog helped me out on they gave me samples of food and told me different brands i can get. My dogs loves it and he dont get constipated anymore. Thank you and i will be going back for more food and dog supplies.

I was looking for a probiotic for my Maltipoo and found a small bites food that already includes the probiotic. This place has a lot of variety! The customer service is phenomenal! I will definitely be a returning customer 🐶

1st time here by recommendation so we made the drive (my puppy is a son of HitMan). Absolutely loved this Bulldog store it had so much more than your regular pet store. And a huge WOW and Thank You to the Great Customer Service!!! They definitely know what they're talking about if you have questions. I visited this pet store on March 11th for my puppy's final shot. We have previously gotten his shots here before & assumed the "vet" would know what shots to give the puppy. To our surprise the "owner" didn't even mention to us what shot our puppy was due for & just gave him the shot over the counter without it being in a private sanitary place. Days later we called the shop to ask when his rabies vaccine expires & what does he tell us? Turns out he was given the incorrect vaccine the day of our visit & we were never informed about the mistake. Also, he was never given a rabies vaccine!!!!!!!!! We basically got ripped off from the money we spent in the first place for the incorrect vaccine. Now realizing it, the "owner" had an extra person who was assisting with the shots (most likely wasn't even certified) who had given him the incorrect vaccine & dosage to the actual owner. This has already happened twice. The same guy who was assisting the owner wasn't even aware the previous time of how much to give our puppy, he kept asking us as if we're the ones who are certified?? Overall very upset with the service provided by this shop. Unsanitary & unprofessional.
